This thesis presents a collection of poems that attempts to foreground often dismissed or invisible landscapes and the people who inhabit those spaces. Children account for more than one-fourth of all people in forced commercial sexual exploitation and for one-third of all discovered trafficked individuals, rising to fifty percent in low-income countries. Moreover, child sex trafficking has only increased over the years, with many European countries predominantly recognized as destination and transit countries for commercial sexual exploitation. Background The quality of caregiving and the parent-child relationship is critical for early child development (ECD) and has been shown to be modifiable. This study evaluated an ECD project in Tanzania, assessing the effectiveness of radio messaging (RM) alone and a combined radio messaging/video job aids/ECD (RMV-ECD) intervention.

Methods This two-arm pre-post evaluation study enrolled a cohort of caregivers of children 0–24 months in four districts of Tabora region, following them for 9 months. ปัจจุบัน การย้ายถิ่นของกลุ่มแรงงานนักฟุตบอลได้รับความสนใจจากกลุ่มนักวิชาการที่ศึกษาการย้ายถิ่นมากขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง อย่างไรก็ดี การศึกษามักมุ่งเน้นการทำความเข้าใจการย้ายถิ่นฐานของนักฟุตบอลจากภูมิภาคผู้ส่งออกนักฟุตบอล โดยเฉพาะแอฟริกาสู่ภูมิภาคยุโรป ซึ่งเป็นอดีตเจ้าอาณานิคม ขณะที่ในความเป็นจริง มีนักฟุตบอลจากภูมิภาคแอฟริกาหลั่งไหลเข้ามายังภูมิภาคอื่น ๆ ทั่วโลกอย่างต่อเนื่อง สำหรับประเทศไทย มีนักฟุตบอลชาวแอฟริกาที่ย้ายถิ่นเข้ามายังประเทศไทยจำนวนมาก และหลายคนได้สร้างคุณูปการแก่วงการฟุตบอลไทย จึงนำมาสู่คำถามที่ว่า ปัจจัยใดส่งผลให้แรงงานนักฟุตบอลจากทวีปแอฟริกาย้ายถิ่นเข้ามาค้าแข้งในประเทศไทย การศึกษาพบว่า พลวัตของโลกาภิวัตน์ รวมถึงการแปลงฟุตบอลเป็นสินค้า กอปรกับการที่ฟุตบอลกลายเป็นอาชีพที่ประชาชนจำนวนหนึ่งมองว่านำมาซึ่งรายได้จำนวนมาก ก็นำมาซึ่งการย้ายถิ่นฐานของนักฟุตบอล สำหรับทวีปแอฟริกาซึ่งประสบปัญหาความยากจน อาชีพนักฟุตบอลกลายเป็นความใฝ่ฝันของเยาวชนชายจำนวนมากที่ต้องการแสวงหาชีวิตที่ดีกว่าเพื่อตนเองและครอบครัว อย่างไรก็ดี ข้อจำกัดด้านการพัฒนาฟุตบอลในทวีปแอฟริกา ทำให้นักฟุตบอลชาวแอฟริกันต้องการไปค้าแข้งนอกทวีป โดยเฉพาะทวีปยุโรปที่ให้รายได้สูงสุด อีกทั้งยังมีอิทธิพลเหนือสื่อที่เผยแพร่ฟุตบอลในทวีปแอฟริกา แม้ประเทศไทยที่จะมีลีกฟุตบอลที่ดี แต่ถือเป็นเพียงทางผ่านที่ช่วยสนับสนุนให้ผู้คนได้เห็นนักฟุตบอลกลุ่มดังกล่าวมากขึ้นเท่านั้น อย่างไรก็ดี มิใช่นักฟุตบอลทุกคนจะประสบความสำเร็จในการยกระดับตนเองไปค้าแข้งในยุโรป ขณะที่จำนวนหนึ่งตระหนักว่าประเทศไทยมีความเหมาะสมและเลือกที่จะค้าแข้งในประเทศไทยระยะยาว

บทประพันธ์เพลง “เสียงแห่งแรงบันดาลใจในห้วงภวังค์” สำหรับวงโมเดิร์น อิเล็กทริกอองซอมเบิล มีความยาว 35 นาที ประกอบด้วยเครื่องดนตรีอะคูสติก ได้แก่ ไวโอลินแนวที่ 1 ไวโอลินแนวที่ 2 เชลโล ดับเบิลเบส ฮอร์น เปียโน คีย์บอร์ด กีตาร์ไฟฟ้า ทิมปานีและ ทรัยแองเกิล ผสมด้วยเสียงจากอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ซึ่งถูกสร้างสรรค์โดยผู้วิจัย รูปแบบการประพันธ์แบบอิสระ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างสรรค์บทประพันธ์เพลงผ่านจินตนาการความฝันเพื่อสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงแนวคิดและการตีความจากสิ่งที่เป็นนามธรรม โดยนำมาถ่ายทอดในลักษณะศิลปะเกี่ยวกับเสียง รวมถึงการศึกษาค้นคว้ารายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความฝัน เช่น ทฤษฎีของซิกมุนด์ ฟรอยด์ คาร์ล ยุง อัลเฟรด แอดเลอร์ คาร์ล กุสตาฟ และคารุส อีกทั้งการวิเคราะห์บทประพันธ์ของคีตกวีที่ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากความฝันและวิธีการเชื่อมโยงจินตนาการไปสู่ทฤษฎีดนตรี ทฤษฎีเสียง ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการจดบันทึกสิ่ง ต่าง ๆ ที่ปรากฏในความฝัน เช่น สถานที่ อารมณ์ความรู้สึก และวัตถุต่าง ๆ แล้วนำมาสร้างสรรค์เสียงจากการตีความสิ่งเหล่านั้น โดยใช้เทคนิควิธีการที่ได้ศึกษาจากการประพันธ์หลากหลายประเภท ได้แก่ อะคูสติกมิวสิก อิเล็กทรอนิกส์มิวสิก อิเล็กโทรอะคูสติกมิวสิก มิวสิกคอนเคร็ต และซาวด์สเคป นำมาผสมผสานเพื่อให้ได้งานสร้างสรรค์ที่ไร้ขีดจำกัด

สุขภาพจิตเป็นพื้นฐานของความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีและเกี่ยวข้องกับสภาวะจิตใจของบุคคล โดยโรคซึมเศร้าเป็นโรคที่มีความผิดปกติทางด้านอารมณ์ ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในปัญหาสุขภาพจิตที่มีอัตราเพิ่มขึ้นทุกปีในระดับประเทศและระดับโลก เป็นภัยเงียบของสุขภาพที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสามารถในการทำงาน การดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันที่เกิดขึ้นได้ทุกเพศและทุกวัย โดยผู้ที่ป่วยระยะรุนแรงจะนำไปสู่การพยายามฆ่าตัวตาย โรคซึมเศร้าจำเป็นต้องมีการบำบัดรักษาจึงจะสามารถหายได้ ปัจจุบันการเข้ารับบริการของผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าถึงแม้ว่ายังมีการเข้ารับบริการยังไม่ทั่วถึง แต่จำนวนผู้ป่วยสะสมในช่วง พ.ศ. 2559-2565 มีอัตราการเข้ารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉลี่ยในปีหนึ่งๆ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 10.17 ของจำนวนผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าสะสมทั้งหมด จากการศึกษาพบว่าสภาพแวดล้อมภายในสถานพยาบาลสามารถเพิ่มหรือลดความเจ็บปวดทางด้านจิตใจได้ จึงนำไปสู่การศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเยียวยาผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าในโรงพยาบาลเฉพาะทางจิตเวช กรณีศึกษาโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา ที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมและรูปแบบกิจกรรมของผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าที่มี ความรุนแรงระยะเล็กน้อยและปานกลางต่อสภาพแวดล้อมเชิงกายภาพ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อจำกัดของสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา และเพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาและการจัดการพื้นที่เชิงกายภาพของโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา เพื่อนำไปสู่สภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเยียวยาผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากการสำรวจและการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วมในบริเวณพื้นที่บำบัด และพื้นที่กิจกรรมของผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าส่วนผู้ป่วยนอก รวมถึงการสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าภายในโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา และผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทางเพื่อหาข้อสรุปเชิงเสนอแนะผลการศึกษาพบว่าสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเยียวยาภายในโรงพยาบาลจิตเวช พื้นที่บำบัดโรคซึมเศร้าส่วนผู้ป่วยนอก ประเด็นด้านความปลอดภัยมีความสำคัญมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นด้านแสงสว่าง พื้นที่ว่างและความปลอดโปร่ง โดยลักษณะทางกายภาพของพื้นที่บำบัดของโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญามีข้อจำกัดต่อการบำบัดผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า ในประเด็นตำแหน่งการใช้งาน แสงสว่างภายในพื้นที่ เสียงรบกวนและความเป็นส่วนตัวที่มีการใช้พื้นที่ส่วนกลางร่วมกันกับจิตเวชเด็ก โดยสาเหตุมาจากการใช้พื้นที่อาคารเดิมที่ไม่ได้ออกแบบหรือจัดการให้เอื้อต่อการบำบัดผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า จึงควรมีการแบ่งพื้นที่ให้เป็นสัดส่วนตามการใช้งาน และเพิ่มบรรยากาศให้ผ่อนคลายเพื่อสะดวกต่อการเข้ารับบริการของผู้ป่วย ญาติ และเจ้าหน้าที่ให้มากขึ้น

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of Clostridium butyricum supplementation on improvement of production performance and egg quality by stimulating the intestinal absorptive function and altering the cecal microbial composition. A total of 216 Hy-Line brown laying hens at 66 weeks of age were allocated randomly into 3 treatments with 6 replicates of 12 hens in a completely randomized design. การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบหาความสัมพันธ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระยะของโรค ภาวะวิตกกังวลและซึมเศร้า กิจกรรมทางกาย ความสามารถในการประกอบกิจวัตรประจำวัน ภาวะโรคร่วม การสนับสนุนทางสังคม กับคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคมะเร็งลำไส้และทวารหนัก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนักที่เข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลตำรวจ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย และโรงพยาบาลราชวิถี จำนวน 94 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินภาวะโรคร่วม แบบสอบถามอาการวิตกกังวลและอาการซึมเศร้าของผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาล แบบสอบถามการมีกิจกรรมทางกายสากล แบบประเมินกิจวัตรประจำวัน แบบประเมินการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนัก แบบสอบถามเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา และเคยนำมาใช้อย่างแพร่หลายในการศึกษาในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มโรคมะเร็งในประเทศไทยมากก่อน และเหมาะกับบริบทผู้สูงอายุไทย ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.84, 0.78, 0.83, และ 0.89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและสเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนักอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( X =2.26; SD= 1.24) 2. ระยะของโรค กิจกรรมทางกาย การสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความสามารถในการประกอบกิจวัตรประจำวัน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกต่อคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพในผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนัก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r= 0.757, 0.323, 0.608, และ 0.222 ตามลำดับ) 3. ภาวะโรคร่วม มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบต่อคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพในผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนัก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r= -0.314) 4. ภาวะวิตกกังวลและซึมเศร้า ไม่ความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนัก

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาหาความสัมพันธ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาอาการหลงเหลือภายหลังการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 19 ในผู้สูงอายุ และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง อายุ เพศ ภาวะอ้วน การสูบบุหรี่ โรคประจำตัว ประวัติการรับวัคซีนป้องกันโควิค-19 ก่อนการติดเชื้อ ความรุนแรงของอาการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 การรักษาที่ได้รับระหว่างพักรักษาตัวในโรงพยาบาล ความเครียด และกิจกรรมทางกายกับอาการหลงเหลือภายหลังการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 19 ในผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ที่มีอายุเกิน 60 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไปทั้งเพศชายและหญิงที่มีประวัติติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 เป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 4 สัปดาห์ขึ้นไปโดยนับตั้งแต่วันแรกของการติดเชื้อ และเคยเข้ารับการรักษาทั้งเป็นผู้ป่วยนอก ผู้ป่วยใน หรือหอผู้ป่วยเฉพาะกิจโควิด-19 ในโรงพยาบาลราชวิถี โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ และโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย จำนวน 87 คน เลือกการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดความรู้สึกเครียด แบบสอบถามกิจกรรมทางกายระดับสากล และแบบสอบถามอาการหลงเหลือภายหลังการติดเชื้อ ไวรัสโคโรน่า 19 ในผู้สูงอายุ โดยเครื่องมือมีคุณภาพทั้งความตรงตามเนื้อหาและความเที่ยง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อีต้า สถิติสหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. อาการหลงเหลือภายหลังการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 19 ในผู้สูงอายุ พบมากที่สุด 10 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ อ่อนเพลีย/เหนื่อยล้า ไอ นอนไม่หลับ มีเสมหะ เจ็บคอ ปวดกล้ามเนื้อ มีน้ำมูก หายใจลำบาก ปวดตามข้อ และปวดหลัง 2. ภาวะอ้วน เพศ ความเครียด โรคประจำตัว มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับอาการหลงเหลือภายหลังการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 19 ในผู้สูงอายุ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (rxy=.69, η= .31, rxy=.33, η=.23 ตามลำดับ) 3. อายุ ประวัติการรับวัคซีนป้องกันโควิค-19 ก่อนการติดเชื้อ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับอาการหลงเหลือภายหลังการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 19 ในผู้สูงอายุ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (rs= -.23, rxy= -.16 …

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแนวปรากฏการณ์วิทยาเชิงตีความ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ทางจิตใจของวัยรุ่นหญิงท่ี่เคยถูกกระทำความรุนแรงจากคู่รัก ซึ่งมีการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือวัยรุ่นเพศหญิงที่เคยถูกกระทำความรุนแรงจากคู่รักเพศชาย และปัจจุบันได้มีการยุติความสัมพันธ์แล้ว จำนวน 6 คน โดยมีช่วงอายุ 20 - 24 ปี ผลการวิจัยสามารถแบ่งได้เป็น 4 ประเด็นหลักคือ 1) ประสบการณ์ความรุนแรงที่เผชิญในความสัมพันธ์ ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้เกิดความรุนแรง และรูปแบบของความรุนแรง 2) การตัดสินใจเมื่อเจอความรุนแรงในความสัมพันธ์ ประกอบด้วย ตัดสินใจอยู่ต่อในความสัมพันธ์ และตัดสินใจยุติความสัมพันธ์ 3) ผลกระทบจากการได้รับความรุนแรงในความสัมพันธ์ ประกอบด้วย ผลกระทบขณะอยู่ในความสัมพันธ์ และผลกระทบหลังจากยุติความสัมพันธ์ และ 4) สิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้หลังจากยุติความสัมพันธ์ ประกอบด้วย แนวทางการข้ามผ่านประสบการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น และการป้องกันตัวเองจากความสัมพันธ์ที่มีการใช้ความรุนแรง โดยการวิจัยนี้ช่วยให้เกิดความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์ทางจิตใจของวัยรุ่นหญิงที่เคยถูกกระทำความรุนแรงจากคู่รัก ทั้งระหว่างที่อยู่ในความสัมพันธ์ ขณะยุติความสัมพันธ์ และหลังจากยุติความสัมพันธ์แล้ว โดยสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปพัฒนาการสนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือทางจิตใจให้แก่วัยรุ่นในกลุ่มนี้ เพื่อให้เกิดการช่วยเหลืออย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ

ปัจจุบันโรคซึมเศร้ากลายเป็นที่สนใจของคนในสังคมและถูกกล่าวถึงเป็นวงกว้าง คนในสังคมมีการยอมรับเข้าใจ และให้โอกาสผู้ป่วยซึมเศร้ามากขึ้นเมื่อเทียบจากอดีต ส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าสามารถใช้ชีวิตและทำงานกับคนอื่นได้ปกติ แต่ในขณะเดียวกันก็ยังมีบางคนในสังคมที่ยังคงมีมุมมองด้านลบหรือมีเจตคติที่ไม่ดีกับผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าอยู่ ทำให้เกิดความรู้สึกกลัว ไม่ต้อนรับ ไม่ยอมรับ ไม่เป็นมิตร ไม่จ้างงาน ไม่ให้ความช่วยเหลือและไม่พูดคุยด้วย ส่งผลกระทบทางลบต่อผู้ป่วยโดยตรง ผู้วิจัยจึงออกแบบการทดลองเพื่อศึกษาการลดเจตคติรังเกียจกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าผ่านการจินตนาการถึงการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า คนไทยที่มีงานประจำและไม่มีประวัติเป็นโรคซึมเศร้าจำนวน 141 คนเข้าร่วมการทดลองออนไลน์ โดยถูกสุ่มแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ เงื่อนไขควบคุม (n = 68) ซึ่งถูกกระตุ้นให้จินตนาการว่าได้ร่วมงานกับผู้ที่ไม่ใช่ผู้ป่วยซึมเศร้า และเงื่อนไขทดลอง (n = 73) ซึ่งถูกกระตุ้นให้จินตนาการว่าได้ร่วมงานกับผู้ป่วยซึมเศร้า จากนั้นตอบมาตรวัดผลการจัดกระทำ มาตรความวิตกกังวลในการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มผู้ป่วยซึมเศร้า มาตรวัดเจตคติรังเกียจกลุ่มผู้ป่วยซึมเศร้า ความถี่ของการปฏิสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า คุณภาพของการปฏิสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าในชีวิตจริงและความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคซึมเศร้า ผลการศึกษาสนับสนุนและไม่สนับสนุนสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ คือพบความแตกต่างของความวิตกกังวลในการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าระหว่างเงื่อนไข ไม่พบความแตกต่างของเจตคติรังเกียจกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าระหว่างเงื่อนไข พบอิทธิพลของการจินตนาการถึงการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าในการลดความวิตกกังวลในการปฏิสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าและเจตคติรังเกียจกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า และไม่พบว่าความวิตกกังวลในการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้ามีอิทธิพลส่งผ่านต่อเจตคติรังเกียจกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า การวิเคราะห์เพิ่มเติมพบว่าปัจจัยทีมีอิทธิพลในการลดความวิตกกังวลในการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า คือคุณภาพของปฏิสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าในชีวิตจริง งานวิจัยนี้จึงให้ข้อค้นพบเชิงประยุกต์ คือ สามารถนำการจินตนาการถึงการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางบวกไปประยุกต์ใช้ในบริบทต่างๆและผู้เกี่ยวข้องควรส่งเสริมการปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระหว่างผู้ที่ไม่ใช่ผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า กับผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าที่เป็นธรรมชาติ งานวิจัยนี้ยังมีประโยชน์ทางวิชาการคือเป็นงานวิจัยแรกที่ทดลองใช้ทฤษฎีทางจิตวิทยาสังคมในการลดอคติที่คนในสังคมไทยมีตอ่ผู้ป่วยจิตเวช

This study aimed at examining the functional use of English present continuous tense by L1 Thai learners, under the theoretical framework of the Interlanguage Hypothesis (Selinker 1974; Tarone 2006). The functions investigated included instant, continuing, temporary, habitual, and future (Eastwood, 1994). A Grammaticality Judgement Test (GJT), aiming for perception, a Fill-in-the-Blank Test, focusing on production, and interviews were employed to elicit data from the subjects, i.e. 30 L1 Thai learners of the intermediate proficiency level. งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาโปรแกรมลดความเครียดตามแนวคิดส่งเสริมสติและการสร้างความเป็นชุมชนสำหรับนักเรียนในบริบทการเรียนออนไลน์ 2) เปรียบเทียบคะแนนความเครียดก่อนและหลังการทดลองของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 3) เปรียบเทียบคะแนนความเครียดของตัวอย่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ปีการศึกษา 2565 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 จำนวน 41 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงและแบ่งตัวอย่างลงกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมผ่านการสุ่มอย่างง่าย กิจกรรมใช้ในโปรแกรมประกอบด้วย การทำสมาธิ การคิดอย่างมีสติ การทำโยคะส่งเสริมสติ ฯลฯ โดยมีการจัดโปรแกรมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 8 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 30 นาที รวมทั้งสิ้น 240 นาที ผู้วิจัยใช้การทดสอบทีเพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความเครียดในการทดลอง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าหลังจากตัวอย่างกลุ่มทดลองได้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรม ตัวอย่างมีระดับคะแนนความเครียดที่ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 (ก่อนการทดลอง x̄=2.165 และ SD=.437 หลังการทดลอง x̄=1.850 และ SD=.411) โดยตัวอย่างมีความเครียดลดลงในด้านร่างกาย ด้านความสัมพันธ์ และด้านการเรียน อย่างไรก็ตามไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ระหว่างตัวอย่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมหลังจากการทดลอง (กลุ่มทดลอง x̄=1.850 และ SD=.411 และกลุ่มควบคุม x̄=1.992 และ SD=.360)

การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนานักกีฬากอล์ฟอาชีพในประเทศไทยให้มีความเป็นเลิศในการแข่งขันระดับทวีป งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้เก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 7 คน ประกอบไปด้วย ผู้ที่ปฏิบัติงานหรือมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับสมาคมกีฬากอล์ฟ (อาทิ สมาคมกีฬากอล์ฟอาชีพแห่งประเทศไทย และสมาคมกีฬากอล์ฟอาชีพสตรี) จำนวน 5 คน และนักกีฬากอล์ฟอาชีพ จำนวน 2 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาความเป็นเลิศของนักกีฬากอล์ฟอาชีพไทยนั้น มีอยู่ด้วยกัน 3 ปัจจัยหลัก ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านวินัยส่วนบุคคล แรงจูงใจในการเป็นนักกีฬากอล์ฟอาชีพ และการเพิ่มพูนความรู้เทคนิคการเล่น 2) ปัจจัยด้านผู้ฝึกสอนนักกีฬากอล์ฟในประเด็นมาตรฐานการสอบใบรับรอง และหลักสูตรการสร้างผู้ฝึกสอนนักกีฬากอล์ฟอาชีพ และ 3) ปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่เกี่ยวข้อง อันได้แก่ สมาคมกีฬากอล์ฟ ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน รวมไปถึงการบูรณาการร่วมกับองค์กรอื่นและปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนอื่น ๆ ปัจจัยทั้งสามล้วนมีความเชื่อมโยงกับอุปสรรคของนักกอล์ฟอาชีพที่สำคัญด้านหลักสูตรและการรับรองนักกอล์ฟอาชีพที่มีมาตรฐาน ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเพิ่มพูนทักษะ การซ้อม การเดินทางไปแข่งขันที่สูง และปัญหาการเข้าถึงเครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีทางวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาได้ยาก ทั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้อภิปรายผลและเสนอแนะแนวทางในการปิดช่องว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้นักกีฬากอล์ฟอาชีพไทยมีความเป็นเลิศในระดับทวีปได้ไว้ข้างท้ายของงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ด้วย

The present study examined the relationship between hypermasculinity, rape myth acceptance (RMA), and rape proclivity in male college students attending a mid-sized Midwestern university. This was done to uncover how aspects of traditional hegemonic gender socialization may create pathways for rape proclivity later in life. It looked at college males in particular because sexual assault is a major problem in college campuses and the main perpetrators are male.
