Majorities of Vermont residents support extending temporary Obamacare subsidies, expanding Obamacare overall, loosening restrictions on Medicaid eligibility, and establishing a national "single-payer" health care system. Vermonters strongly disapprove of President Trump and Congress's handling of health care. Nearly half of state residents say that paying for overall medical expenses is difficult and two-thirds say that their costs have increased in the past twelve months.

The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) profession faces numerous challenges in maintaining sufficient capacity to provide frontline medical care amid increasing demand for its services from government officials and the public. The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study is to explore the experiences of EMS professionals on how the lack of executive leadership education impacts their careers and the viability of their organizations. There are many common myths and misunderstandings associated with kratom. Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a tropical tree native to Southeast Asia. In recent years, kratom use has grown in the United States. It is sold in various forms, including capsules, powders, and most commonly as liquid extracts or “shots." These kratom products are promoted as health supplements, advertised for benefits such as boosting energy, enhancing mood, or producing opioid-like effects. This study aims to analyze the structure, conduct, and performance (SCP) of the Garut sheep market in Garut Regency, West Java. Garut sheep are one of the region’s leading livestock commodities with high economic and cultural value. However, the marketing of Garut sheep remains inefficient due to issues such as imperfect market structures, price fluctuations, and the weak bargaining position of farmers. A descriptive quantitative research method was employed, utilizing a case study approach in six sub-districts of Garut Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors affecting the interest of the young generation in the livestock sector. The research was conducted in the province of West Sulawesi, using a sample of 230 people selected through purposive sampling. Instrument testing used the Pearson product-moment and Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, with variables consisting of independent variables: social factors (X1), economic factors (X2), government role (X3), demographics (X4), information access (X5), and technology support (X6), with the dependent variable being interest in working in the livestock sector (Y). The purpose of this study was to determine how common Succinivibrionaceae bacteria are in calf feces. Four female calves, with an average age of 6.48 ± 0.51 months, participated in a Latin square trial featuring four dietary treatments: control (C), tannin (T), amino acid (AA), and a tannin-amino acid mixture (TM). Duration of each treatment was 14 days whereby faecal samples were that were harvested on day 14. The treatment trial for 14 days included the collection of faecal samples on day 14 for the extraction of DNA to conduct Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis. This trial was therefore undertaken to investigate the effect of durian (dario zibethinus) seed extract supplementation on the growth performance, carcass yield and internal organ development in broilers under heat temperature. 5 treatment groups, including control group (P0) with no extract addition and 4 treatments (P1- P4), where the levels of durian seed extracts used were added into-drinking water at dose concentrations of Nil, 1.0 mL/L, 1.5 mL/L, 2.0 mL/L and 2.5ml/L respectively. Solid organic fertilizer efficiently utilizes livestock waste, with laying hen excreta providing the highest nitrogen (N) content among livestock manure. Combining laying hen excreta with dairy cow manure and fiber sources as a fertilizer base is expected to meet KEPMENTAN No. 261 of 2019 standards. Abstract
This research aims to evaluate differences in soil nitrogen content, nitrogen absorption by plants, and forage production of Calopogonium mucunoides plants grown on andosol and ultisol soils during a 90-day planting period. The research method used was experimental, with treatment factors in the soil type (andosol and ultisol). The parameters observed included the soil’s moisture, temperature, pH, nitrogen content, and the plant’s nitrogen content and forage production. The results showed that Andosol's average soil moisture value (53.61%) was higher than Ultisol (43.68%). The soil temperature of Ultisol (24.34°C) tends to be higher than Andosol (23.36°C). The purpose of this study was to determine the performance and repeatability values of S/C, DO, and CI in the South Garut Farmers Cooperative. Reproduction data used were individual reproduction records of 162 Friesian Holstein dairy cows. The results showed that the average reproductive performance for S/C for parity 1 was 2.20 ± 0.797, parity 2 was 2.40 ± 0.974, parity 3 was 2.28 ± 0.947, parity 4 was 2.22 ± 0.965, and the total value of S/C was 2.28 ± 0.921. Livestock waste is one of the factors that must be considered in livestock farming, as it can cause environmental pollution. Quail feces, a type of livestock waste, generally has a low carbon-to-nitrogen ratio, necessitating the supplementation of carbon source from rice straw. Rice straw, which contains high fiber content, is often discarded or burned and has not been utilized by farmers, even though it is suitable for processing into solid or liquid organic fertilizer (POC). The study investigating the relationship between body weight and egg weight in Padjadjaran quails, encompassing both layer and broiler types, was conducted at the Quail Breeding Center within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry at Universitas Padjadjaran. The research involved 100 female quails, consisting of 50 from each type, all of which were 15 weeks old, along with their eggs. The method applied in this research was case study method and used secondary data.
