In recent years, protein-based nanocarriers have attracted widespread attention for their excellent biocompatibility and superior delivery efficiency. However, single protein carriers suffer from some issues, such as high environmental sensitivity, insufficient targeting ability, and poor in vivo circulatory stability. The latest research progress of protein-based nanodelivery systems was analyzed, and common construction strategies were summarized and categorized, such as self-assembly technology, flash nanoprecipitation method, and pH-driven method;the advantages and limitations of different methods in particle size control and encapsulation efficiency were clarified. Kebiasaan merokok masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan global, termasuk Indonesia. Tingginya prevalensi perokok usia remaja menjadi tantangan kesehatan masyarakat yang salah satu penyebabnya adalah perilaku merokok orang tua. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan antara perilaku merokok orang tua dengan usia awal merokok pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi potong lintang berdasarkan data Global School-based Student Health Survey (GSHS) 2015. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 2027 responden yang dipilih secara acak sistematik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel. Masalah klaim tertunda BPJS Kesehatan pada layanan rawat inap kategori one day care (ODC) masih menjadi isu strategis di Rumah Sakit (RS) Fatmawati. Hal ini menyebabkan layanan tidak efisien dan potensi kerugian finansial. Hingga saat ini, mekanisme deteksi dini yang sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi masalah potensi klaim ODC belum tersedia secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola klaim ODC serta menyusun model konseptual deteksi dini potensi klaim ODC berbasis data Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS). Fyn is a Src-family tyrosine kinase implicated in synaptic dysfunction and neuroinflammation across multiple neurodegenerative disorders, including Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Parkinson's disease (PD). Saracatinib (AZD0530) is a potent Src-family inhibitor that has been explored as a repurposed therapeutic; however, its clinical utility is limited by poor kinase selectivity caused by high sequence conservation within Src-family ATP-binding sites. Here, we combine surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and X-ray crystallography to define saracatinib recognition by the Fyn kinase domain (KD). SPR single-cycle kinetics shows that saracatinib binds the isolated Fyn KD and full-length Fyn with low-nanomolar affinity, whereas dasatinib binds with subnanomolar …

Boerhaave’s syndrome is a rare and life-threatening form of spontaneous esophageal perforation, typically triggered by forceful vomiting and often misdiagnosed due to nonspecific clinical features. Although Mackler’s triad (vomiting, chest pain, and subcutaneous emphysema) is classically associated with the condition, it is infrequently observed in full. We present the case of a 32-year-old man with a history of ulcerative colitis (UC) who presented to the emergency department with acute chest pain and repeated vomiting following dinner. He reported a sensation of food impaction and sought care 2 hours after symptom onset. Examination revealed subcutaneous emphysema and abdominal tenderness. Imaging with …

Inertial measurement units (IMUs) are central to global navigation satellite system-based and alternative navigation solutions. This paper combines three lines of research to explore a novel methodology for using inertial sensors: factor graphs, spline-based trajectory estimation, and high-grade inertial sensing. Spline-based factor-graph trajectory estimation is increasingly used in the literature, especially for asynchronous or high-rate sensors. However, prior models neglect the impact of the Earth’s rotation, which is significant for high-grade IMUs. We extend spline-based factor graphs to incorporate accelerometer and gyroscope models that account for the Earth’s rotation. The integration of quantum computing into governmental and business processes has raised concerns about potential threats to these systems. To address this, we introduce a novel extension of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, QATT&CK, which provides an extended taxonomy for classifying adversarial Tactics and Techniques in quantum cybersecurity. Our adapted framework bridges the definitions of traditional cybersecurity with a focus on quantum computing infrastructure, enabling a more comprehensive understanding of adversarial behavior in this domain. Background: Research on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in emerging markets has largely centred on under-pricing and short-term returns, with limited attention to sustainability-oriented issuers. This study addresses that gap by examining the role of green innovation, defined as IPOs issued by firms with explicit environmental sustainability frameworks in shaping IPO outcomes in India.
