A pandemic is the worldwide spread of a new disease, such as a new influenza virus or the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. It's important to prepare a plan to deal with pandemics. The study aims to control the pandemic viral disease by vaccination. The objective of weeks for the second dose of Moderna or Pfizer. The CDC recommends that other eligible individuals wait three weeks between Pfizer shots and four weeks between Moderna doses, particularly the elderly and those with compromised immune systems . Most patients who develop myocarditis after Covid vaccination respond well to medicine is much more common …

Study The Impact Of Serum Melatonin Level On Male Infertility And Reproductive Hormones And Its Correlation To Semen Parameters, Fahad Alsalih
Al-Qadisiyah Medical Journal
Infertility is the inability of couples to achieve pregnancy after one year of regular unprotected coitus. Infertility is the problem of 15% of young couples in different countries and male factor infertility accounts for 50% of cases. Melatonin or 5-methoxy-N-acetyltryptamine was discovered by Aaron Lerner in 1958 while studying bovine pineal glands. Significant advancements have been made in the research on melatonin, which has revealed its vital roles in regulating sleep-wake cycle rhythms, decelerating the aging process, and functioning as an antioxidant or anti-inflammatory agent. Additionally, melatonin, a critical component in reproductive functions, has the ability to eliminate free radicals …

Background: Acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(I.T.P) is a bleeding disorder in which the immune system for unknown reason produce antibodies against platelets, which are necessary for normal blood clotting resulting in decrease number of circulating platelets, manifested itself by bleeding tendency, easy brusing or extravasation of blood from capillaries in the skin and mucous membrane .Objective: to choose the most appropriate therapy for acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura management .Methods : 65 patients were enrolled in this retrospective study, who were admitted to AL-Zahraa teaching hospital from January 2000 to January 2010 . Relevant information were collected according to preceding data collection …

Pseudomonas aeruginosa became an important cause of wound and burn infections and serious mortality in burn patients. The virulence factors of these bacteria including their capacity to form biofilm, their ability to hold antibiotics resistance genes as well as rapid motility in vivo and in vitro. Thus the present study was designed to highlight some the virulence factors among different strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. All isolated strains (10 isolates) had the capacity to produce biofilm ,one of them (No.3) has shown high level of biofilm (OD.2.5) and it was resisted to most antimicrobial agents; for this reason further investigation was …
