HillmanTok is a free online learning community featuring Black educators and experts using TikTok to create video lectures and livestreams that teach a vast array of topics, from practical skills like gardening, cooking, hair care, and wealth building, to humanities, like histories, Black arts and entertainment, and mental health. Beginning, almost accidentally, on Jan. 20, 2025 with a 3-minute TikTok video by Dr. Leah Barlow, welcoming her students to her African American Studies class, HillmanTok rapidly became an educational movement with a massive following in the hundreds of thousands.

This presentation brings together four librarians from public and academic institutions who have navigated significant challenges while developing collections, programs, and resources focused on Palestine during the past year. Rising youth public health disparities can be attributed to the social determinants of health that influence health and wellness. Youth sport providers can be influential in creating healthier environments that facilitate positive youth development and social emotional learning, thus positively impacting life-long health behaviors choices and public health. The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of an education module developed by an occupational therapist on sport’s providers perceptions of their capacity to implement positive youth development programming and to create a health-promoting environment.

Polysomnography (PSG) remains the gold standard for evaluating sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) and related conditions, yet its clinical potential is often limited by overreliance on the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) and similar summary metrics. This narrative review offers a structured, physiology-informed approach to PSG interpretation that integrates sleep architecture, arousal burden, respiratory event morphology, oxygenation patterns, and CO2 trends. Recognizing phenotypic patterns-such as REM-related and positional OSA-through sleep stage and positional stratification is essential for directing targeted therapy. This study analyzes the crisis communication strategy employed by PT ANTAM Tbk in response to the spread of misinformation concerning allegations of gold-related corruption in 2025. The crisis was sparked by a social media post suggesting that ANTAM's gold products were counterfeit, although the actual issue involved unauthorized use of the brand by former employees. Using a qualitative case study and the Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) framework, this paper evaluates the company’s strategic communication in mitigating reputational damage and maintaining stakeholder trust. In this study, a broadband light source (visible and ultraviolet) was used to name minerals via fluorescence spectra and estimate slick oil thickness, ranging from sub-millimetres, using the reflecting spectrum technique. Using a fluorescent technique, we obtained fluorescence spectra of the samples, converting and processing the signals to produce high-resolution data, which enabled the identification of the types of dissolved elements and oil slicks in the Tigris River, highlighting pollution sources and potential control measures. The staff education project was implemented in a behavioral health hospital in the Midwestern region of the United States. The behavioral healthcare setting experiences poor transitional care, resulting in high readmission rates of psychiatric patients. Poor transitional care is associated with inadequate knowledge of evidence-based transitional care strategies among psychiatric nurses. Employee wellness programs are available in many health care organizations but remain underutilized by health care workers. Low employee participation in these wellness programs can negatively impact employees’ health-related quality of life (HRQoL), which, in turn, may adversely influence patient care and overall health outcomes. Background The Ordos Basin, a vital energy hub in China, contains considerable coal reserves. However, the environmental issues arising from coal mining warrant attention, especially given the fragile ecosystems of the Jurassic coalfields. Methods This study investigated the Guojiahe Coal Mine in Shaanxi Province. Based on measured concentrations of 31 trace elements dissolved in sandstone aquifers across varying geological ages, this study conducted a comparative analysis of the evolutionary characteristics of these trace elements between unmined reducing and post-mining oxidizing conditions using numerical simulations. This study explores the utilization of fabricated piezoelectric polyvinylidene fluoride nanofiber (NF-PVDF) materials in wearable electronic sensing applications by investigating their current-voltage ( I − V ) characteristics under controlled ultra-low-frequency excitation forces. The results demonstrate a significant power harvesting capability, achieving an output power of 0.12 µW/mm2 at an operating point of 5.04 V and 7.7 µA. Additionally, the piezoelectric harvester was integrated into a charging-discharge circuit alongside a rectifier capacitor and a typical IoT wearable sensor, leveraging the advantages of a flexible substrate. Eccentric muscle actions are integral to human movement, rehabilitation, and performance training due to their characteristic high force output (overload) and low energy cost and perceived exertion. Despite the growing use of eccentric devices, a gap in the research exists exploring multi-muscle activation profiles during multi-joint eccentric-only, isokinetic exercise. This study aimed to quantify and compare surface electromyographic (EMG) activity of four leg muscles—vastus lateralis (VL), tibialis anterior (TA), biceps femoris (BF), and medial gastrocnemius (GM)—during a standardized (isokinetic) submaximal eccentric multi-joint exercise using the Eccentron dynamometer. Background/Objectives: Dietary modulation of the gut microbiome is a promising strategy for mitigating gastrointestinal diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and colitis-associated colorectal cancer (CAC). Cocoa powder is rich in polyphenols, including (-)-epicatechin and (+)-catechin, which have been associated with beneficial effects on gut health and microbiome modulation. Importantly, changes in the bacterial populations associated with the gut mucosal layer may have different health impacts compared to changes in cecal or fecal microbiomes. This study explores the relationship between hand grip strength (HGS) and cognitive function in China’s middle-aged and elderly population. We employed a cross-sectional design using data from 4535 participants aged ≥ 45 years from the 2015 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study national dataset. The relationships between HGS and various dimensions of cognitive function, as well as the association between HGS and cognitive impairment, were investigated using ordinary least squares regression models and logistic regression models. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a multifactorial neurodevelopmental condition characterized by impairments in social communication and delayed language development, repetitive behaviors, and sensory processing abnormalities. The genetic background of ASD remains incompletely understood due to significant genetic heterogeneity and complexity. This review aims to present current insights into the genetic landscape of ASD, focusing on both common and rare genomic variations. We describe candidate genes associated with ASD, as they are involved in synaptic function and neuronal signaling, making these findings potential therapeutic targets.
