This study provides empirical insights into the relationship between stress factors and employee performance, contributing to the development of effective stress management strategies and human resource policies. The main objective is to analyze and evaluate the impact of stressors on employee performance across different work sectors. The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between abusive supervision and turnover intention by using the meta-analysis method. Among the screened 1,323 studies, 18 studies providing 21 correlation values were chosen for this meta-analysis. Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) Software was used to analyze the collected data. The reliability analysis process included publication bias tests and heterogeneity tests were applied to the collected data. The aim of this study was to assess the concentration of radon (²²²Rn) in 31 locations, including schools, public buildings, and private residences in the municipalities of Gjilan, Kamenica, and Viti, to compare the results with international standards and identify potential public health risks. Measurements were conducted during May–June 2025 using the portable AMES PRM-145 device, which detects alpha radiation through scintillation cells. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, calculating the average radon concentration and the annual effective dose according to UNSCEAR and ICRP (2009) models. Acute hemorrhagic rectal ulcer (AHRU) is a relatively rare disease that can lead to massive hematochezia. It presents as a sudden and brisk painless bleed that is common among elderly patients who have chronic conditions such as coronary artery diseases associated with the use of anti-platelets, diabetes mellitus, hypoalbuminemia, liver diseases, sepsis, stroke, and chronic renal failure on hemodialysis. This study examines the role of media in health education and disease prevention through a combined approach of literature review and empirical analysis. The survey was conducted through a structured questionnaire administered to a representative sample of 160 people. The data showed that 91.7% consider media an influential factor in shaping their health behaviors, while 85% reported making significant health-related decisions—such as visiting a doctor or changing dietary habits—based on information obtained from media sources. This study evaluates the effect of breed and nutritional factors on the physicochemical properties of fresh milk at the Vita dairy in Istog.Eighty milk samples were analyzed, collected from 20 farms with four cow breeds: Holstein, Simmental, Red Holstein, and Montbéliarde, during the months of May–June 2024. The samples were assessed for parameters such as: fat, protein, lactose, pH, acidity, specific gravity, dry matter, and freezing point.The results show that milk from the Holstein breed has a higher content of fat (4.02%), protein (3.30%), and lactose (4.70%) compared to Simmental. This study investigates the critical relationship between demographic dynamics and urban development in post-conflict Kosovo, analyzing how population characteristics shape formal settlement growth and spatial planning efficacy. Using a mixed-methods approach, we integrated quantitative data from the Kosovo Agency of Statistics (2011-2024) with qualitative insights from expert interviews (n=15) and spatial analysis through GIS. Results indicate that Kosovo’s youthful demographic profile, rapid annual urbanization rate (1.8%), and intense internal migration have directly driven unregulated urban expansion, a proliferation of informal settlements, and significant strain on public infrastructure. Kosovo continues to rely heavily on lignite for its electricity generation, making coal a dominant and unavoidable part of its energy landscape for the foreseeable future. Rather than pursuing an abrupt replacement, this paper advocates for the modernization of existing coal infrastructure through digital technologies that enhance efficiency, reduce emissions, and improve operational transparency. Smart monitoring, predictive maintenance, and real-time control systems are emphasized as cost-effective solutions to improve the performance of current power plants. Arterial hypertension is a major global health concern, often requiring effective management strategies to reduce cardiovascular risks. This study underscores the clinical effectiveness of Single Pill Combination (SPC) therapy in managing hypertension among patients previously on monotherapy or suboptimal treatment regimens. Although BMI and comorbidities such as dyslipidemia were prevalent, they did not consistently predict treatment response—highlighting the complex interplay of factors influencing blood pressure outcomes. Although there was variation in how each patient responded, SPC therapy generally led to better control of blood pressure. Anxiety is one of the most prevalent mental health concerns among adolescents, significantly impacting their well-being and daily functioning. This study explores the level of anxiety among adolescents aged 15-18 in the city of Prizren, focusing on differences by gender, age groups, and type of school (public vs. private). This study examines the relationship between self-efficacy and academic performance in students, analyzing differences according to socio-demographic factors such as gender and residence. Participants (N = 115) of this study are students from different university programs in Kosovo. A quantitative method was used, with two instruments: the General SelfEfficacy Scale (GSE) and the Academic Performance Scale. The results show a positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and academic performance. Furthermore, based on the results, males have higher self-efficacy, while students from rural areas have shown higher levels in both variables.
