This study aims to identify the contents of crisis communication used by the government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to raise awareness of the dangers of coronavirus (COVID-19) and reduce its spread in three phases - preparation, initial and maintenance - following the Crisis and Emergency Risk Communication model. The study implemented content analysis for three elements from the crisis and risk communication components introduced by the UAE government. Developing natural language processing applications for Arabic must consider the different linguistic characteristics found in speech and translate those characteristics to script in order to reduce computational complexity and therefore reduce the word error rate (WER). Suprasegmental features are fundamental properties of speech that can enhance the performance of many natural speech processing applications. The present study considered stress as a prosodic feature comprising the prominence of syllables in speech by developing a tool that generated phonetic transcriptions and predicted the stress position. This paper investigates the impacts of increasing prices on the following sectors in Saudi Arabia: electricity, gas, water, manufacturing, agriculture, transport, storage, and communications. It evaluates the changes in producer and consumer prices and household living expenses. The Saudi Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) was developed along with a price multiplier approach used to analyze different simulations. Two findings stand out. First, there are differences in impacts according to household groups and the direction of the effects. Low-income and middle-income households were the most negatively affected by the price hikes. This study evaluated the effectiveness of dialogue strategy on improving the oral expression skills of Arabic students at Nigerian colleges of education in Niger State. A quasi-experimental approach was adopted to analyse two groups: a control group consisting of students from College of Education Kontagora and an experimental group consisting of students from Minna College of Education. Blended learning (BL) is a recent trend among many options that can best fit learners’ needs, regardless of time and place. This study aimed to discover students’ perceptions of BL and the challenges faced by them while using technology. This quantitative study used data gathered from 300 students enrolled in four public universities in the Sindh province of Pakistan. The findings show that students were comfortable with the use of technology, and it has a positive effect on their academic experience. This study aimed to identify the attitudes of teachers in Al Amal’s classrooms and institutes at the primary stage regarding the use of e-book in teaching deaf and hard- of-hearing students. Using the Descriptive-Survey Method, 71 teachers of deaf and hard-of-hearing pupils took part in this study.
