Developing Communicative Competence By Implementing Project Based-Learning In Esp Classes, Hayotkhon Shernazarova Teacher Of Western European Languages Department
Philology Matters
Higher education plays an important role indeveloping communicative skills of ESP learners. ESP is oriented towards mastering the skills for professional communication. However, most of the students find themselves incompetent in the course of their work. The article discusses the benefits of using a project work to history students to improve their speaking skills as well as professional communication. The topicality of the articleis determined by the fact that the projects proposed have not been actively introduced into curriculum designed for history students.

The Liminal: Interdisciplinary Journal of Technology in Education
Since 2016 the notions of post-truth and fake news have been playing an important role in the world's social and political life. They developed with the political victories of Donald Trump and Nigel Farage. However, what would have happened if they had lost their political gamble? Would be still talking about post-truth and fake news? In this Op-ed, I claim that these two concepts have only political value. Furthermore, through a short reasoning, I use a historical perspective to prove how biased and vague these two notions are and how wrong the approach of calling them so is.

Marker Of Difference: Historical Construction Of Stigmatization Toward Zainichi Koreans, Hyomin Lee
Scholarly Undergraduate Research Journal at Clark (SURJ)
Abstract
This paper explores the historical construction of stigmatization toward Zainichi Koreans in Japan, as well as the consequences of such stigmatization. Zainichi Koreans are a minority group of ethnic Koreans living in Japan as special permanent residents, a unique identity formed as a result of the history of Japanese war imperialism and post-war nationalism. Zainichi Koreans have been residing in Japan for many generations now, and are no different from Japanese except for their ethnicity, or lack of Japanese blood. The homogeneity of Japan that boasts of pure Japanese blood is constantly conflicted by the long-term presence of Zainichi …
