The purpose of this study was to determine how whiteness and white supremacy are upheld by white hearing officers on community college campuses. The literature shows that racial bias exists in K-12 discipline systems, that no reporting mandates on demographics exist in higher education conduct, and that community colleges often serve minoritized students. Therefore, the problem statement centers on the connection between community colleges conduct systems and whiteness/white supremacy.Data was collected via interviews with three community college conduct practitioners, as well as a review of documents from their institutions’ conduct offices. Dual enrollment is a college acceleration program that allows high school students to take college classes while still in high school. This program as it exists today prepares students for the academic rigors of college, but it does not adequately develop the social or psychological skills they need to succeed in a college environment. Through leadership experiences that span a 20+ year career in higher education, one Black female attempts to demonstrate how Black women who suffer from imposter syndrome experience leadership and overcome through the power of resilience. Supported by research, the implications from these stories highlight the ever-present hardships, and resiliency, that enable Black women in leadership roles to “press on,” or persevere, despite the syndrome and the professional community that threatens to shut them down. The purpose of this study was to determine whether emotion affects cognition, that is reading comprehension at the college level. This qualitative study used a phenomenological approach to answer the research questions as phenomenology is appropriate to understand and assess the participants’ experience with cognition and emotion (Greening, 2019). The theoretical concepts of Constructivism, Control Value Theory of Achievement Emotions, and Emotion Regulation Theory were used as a conceptual framework. From October 1-December 31, 2021, the Virtual Library of Virginia (VIVA) conducted a survey of students at Virginia colleges and universities. More than 5,600 valid student responses from 41 institutions were received, reflecting an overall response rate of 10%. The largest response (58.5%) was from doctoral institutions, with private, two-year, and four-year institutions responding at 12-14%. New employee orientation and onboarding programs can assist NHS. This study examined lecturers' perspectives regarding the practice of inclusive education. The quantitative study design with survey was applied. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling technique. A total of 30 lecturers who teach students with disabilities from one university were selected to complete the online survey. The survey questions were developed based on the concept of inclusive education’s implementation that have gone through a validity and reliability testing. This mixed-methods sequential explanatory study seeks to explain the relationship between community engagement and citizenship competence among tertiary-level students at Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas, a public institution of higher learning in Dasmariñas in Cavite, Philippines. Specifically, it seeks to (1) determine students’ level of engagement in various community development activities and their levels of citizenship competence; as well as (2) discuss and analyze the relationship between these two variables.
