The problem of this study was to investigate the degree to which moral values are· included in the educational program of engineering students at selected California public community colleges. The study also attempted to determine to what degree an increased emphasis on the teaching of moral values would be beneficial to engineering students, as well as others.

A review was made of articles and books on the subject of values. Particular attention was given to material which specifically referred to technology and its relation to values.

The problem undertaken in this study was to ascertain the status of the 1969 teacher education graduates from Central Washington State College in regard to their major field of preparation and subsequent placerrent within, or outside that field of preparation.

I have attempted to apply the imagination of my senses to the furniture object in order to satisfy other human needs aside from comfort. These artistic requirements remove the piece of furniture from the realm of neutrality and tastefulness and expect the viewer - user to experience visual communication.

The purposes of this study were: (1) to survey the incidence of aerospace education in grades nine through twelve of Washington State schools, (2) to discover what courses and units include such education in the curriculum, (3) to determine who the teachers are, and the nature of their preparation, (4) to gain a description of what kind of education is attempted under this heading, and (5) to discover what the opportunities are for expanded aerospace education within the schools surveyed.

The purpose of this study was to assist in determining program preferences for a series of television shows beamed for the aged. This involved educational television and particularly KUSU Channel 12.

It was the purpose of this study: (1) To compare the amount of vocalization produced by each child before the experiment with the amount of vocalization during and after the application of operant conditioning techniques. (2) To compare the variations in the vocalization produced by the children. (3) To explore the possibility of shaping those vocalizations into meaningful words. The study sought to verify the following statement: Utilization of operant conditioning principles will increase the amount and variety of vocalization in language delayed children.

Textbooks approach mathematics differently and there is a variation in terms of the amount of time allocated to a topic, the development of elementary concepts and laws of arithmetic, and the amount of drill and repetition. The sequential development of the texts follows closely, but the scope and content differ significantly.
