This edition starts off by detailing the announced plans for the new athletic center and includes specifics of what the building will contain. It is hopeful that this new gymnasium will begin construction on before the end of this year. Additionally, the issue highlights a senior prep reception, varsity baseball wins, and a lecture on the Panama Canal. The column Alumni Notes on page six gives information regarding what some alumni are doing currently. A list of names is on the last page, these are the people with unpaid subscriptions to the newspaper.

This issue of the Wooster Voice contains a photo of the "Wooster University" debate team. There is a short story told primarily through a series of love letters sent between a couple. Page 5 contains a description of a wedding between Adelia Annat and Edward Shupe. The Alumni Page contains several bullet points about life events for specific alumni. Page 7 is a description of Wooster during the 1880s when military drills at the school were common. A basketball game between Wooster and Kenyon is also described.

This is the first issue of the Wooster Voice 1909-10. "Rules of the Pan-Hellenic Association of Sororities," is a featured list of rules for possible incoming members. In "Class Elections," the elected seniors, sophomores, juniors, and seniors are highlighted. "Personals," are updates on the class of 1908 and 1909. In "The Volunteer Band," invites students to open meetings of the World's Student Volunteer Movement. The last few pages features the names of either students or staff.
