Beyond Adoption: How Technology–Organization–Environment Factors Shape The Use Of Social Media Technologies And Performance In B2b Companies, Peter Grabner, Barbara Čater

Economic and Business Review

This study examines how technological, organizational, and environmental factors shape social media technology (SMT) use in business-to-business (B2B) markets and how SMT use relates to customer relationship performance and marketing performance. Building on the technology–organization–environment (TOE) framework, we develop and test a structural model in which perceived simplicity of SMT (technology), SMT strategy (organization), and mimetic competitive pressure (environment) shape SMT use, which in turn affects customer relationship and marketing performance. We collected data with an online survey of 195 marketing and sales professionals from B2B companies in Slovenia. Results indicate that SMT strategy is the strongest predictor of SMT …

Economic and Business Review

This study compares Nigeria's 2025 Tax Act with regimes in South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States using quarterly panel data (2000–2025) and complementary econometric and machine-learning methods. We estimate fixed-effects difference-in-differences, autoregressive distributed lag/cross-sectionally augmented autoregressive distributed lag error-correction models, dynamic panel generalised method of moments, and local projections to identify short- and long-run effects on revenue efficiency, compliance behaviour, and fiscal space. Predictions for VAT/corporate income tax revenues and gaps are generated with Elastic Net, Random Forest, XGBoost, and LightGBM, and heterogeneity is assessed via generalised random forests and doubly robust learners. Results show a significant, …

Geographical Pattern Analysis Of Gis Images With Deep Learning And Voronoi Network, Nidaa Kareem, Tawfiq A. Al-Assadi Sep 2026

Geographical Pattern Analysis Of Gis Images With Deep Learning And Voronoi Network, Nidaa Kareem, Tawfiq A. Al-Assadi

Journal of Intelligent Informatics, Networking, and Cybersecurity

Localization is not enough for the analysis of spatial patterns; a principled geometric and statistical framework is required. This paper proposes an integrated spatial intelligence system combining deep learning, computational geometry, and spatial statistics, which is a unified and interpretable system. It is based on segmentation localization that accurately localizes the centroid of each object without the disadvantages of the bounding box. These centroids form a natural Voronoi tessellation of regions of spatial influence intrinsic to the data instead of imposing any artificial restrictions. A geometry-based density formulation is used to improve representation, which includes Voronoi cell areas and neighborhood …

Deterministic Multi-Domain Computational Framework For Bi-Ionic Propulsion And Thermoelectric Resonance (Stalwart V18.1), Daniel Schramm

Defensive Publications Series

This paper details the mathematical and computational architecture of a multi-domain physics engine designed to validate interrelated aerospace systems, specifically bi-ionic vector thrust and solid-state thermoelectric energy recycling. To eliminate computational hallucination and enforce strict physical boundaries, the engine is constructed utilizing highly deterministic Python libraries: SciPy for immutable, universally accepted physical constants; SymPy for strict, symbolic equation rendering and mathematical proofs; and NumPy for continuous spatial array generation. This framework interlinks discrete physical phenomena (magnetic containment, plasma gyration, kinetic wave damping, and thermal energy harvesting) into a singular, codependent mathematical ecosystem. The novel contribution is the Master Resonance Equation …

Physical Oracles And The Instrumental Status Of The Terrestrial Biosphere, Volodymyr Kotegov Sep 2026

Physical Oracles And The Instrumental Status Of The Terrestrial Biosphere, Volodymyr Kotegov

Defensive Publications Series

This document develops a general instrumental framework for evaluating physical systems that function as oracles — systems capable of generating high-dimensional observations on the actual physics of the universe, exhibiting substantial computational irreducibility, and producing data in measurement bases not yet fully formalized by the agent. Within this framework the terrestrial biosphere is analysed as the strongest currently known Slow Oracle.

Humanistic, ethical, and sentimental considerations are excluded. Evaluation proceeds solely in terms of expected utility, option value under residual uncertainty, basis diversity rent, thermodynamic opportunity cost, and resistance to model collapse. The central claim is that, while residual uncertainty …

Caldwell Hermes‑Awh V1.0 High‑Flux Enthalpy‑Recycling Modular Extraction System Open-Hardware, Build-And-Test Atmospheric Water Harvester For Low-Humidity Environments, Michael Victor Caldwell Mr.

Defensive Publications Series

Caldwell HERMES‑AWH is a modular, solar-regenerated atmospheric-water-harvesting system designed for low-to-moderate relative humidity, nominally 15–35% RH. The design addresses the major practical bottlenecks of conventional sorption-based atmospheric water harvesting: slow water-vapor diffusion into thick sorbent beds, adsorption heat that reduces uptake, poor thermal uniformity during regeneration, loss of desorbed vapor, incomplete condensation recovery, and low daily cycle count.

The system uses multiple thin structured sorbent cassettes, each carrying a 0.5–2.0 mm active sorbent layer on a thermally conductive backplane. Cassettes operate in sequential modes: ambient-air adsorption, thermal preconditioning, closed solar-thermal regeneration, vapor recovery and condensation, and cooling/reset. The system maintains …

Control-Plane Route Staling In An Ethernet Virtual Private Network Using A Stale Route Target On Ethernet Auto-Discovery Routes, Anonymous Sep 2026

Control-Plane Route Staling In An Ethernet Virtual Private Network Using A Stale Route Target On Ethernet Auto-Discovery Routes, Anonymous

Defensive Publications Series

A control-plane route staling mechanism for an Ethernet Virtual Private Network (EVPN) is disclosed. When a single-homed link between a local Provider Edge (PE) router and a Customer Edge (CE) device fails, the local PE router removes the associated Media Access Control (MAC) and Internet Protocol (IP) forwarding entries from its hardware forwarding table, retains the corresponding EVPN Type 2 routes in its local routing information base, suppresses Type 2 withdrawals, and starts a configurable stale timer. The local PE router readvertises the EVPN Type 1 Ethernet auto-discovery route for the Ethernet Segment with a predefined stale route target in …

System And Method For Statistical Modeling And Automated Lifecycle Refresh Detection Of Digital Media Assets, Manisha Arora, Yassine Idrissi, Bruno Caforio

Defensive Publications Series

A data-driven, statistically rigorous analytical framework is disclosed for determining performance decay and optimizing the replacement timing of digital media assets (such as images and videos) in digital media campaigns. The system ingests campaign-level and asset-level metrics on a daily basis and extracts high-dimensional visual and semantic embedding vectors from the media assets using a deep neural network feature extractor. A visual taxonomy is constructed by clustering similar assets into visual archetypes using K-Means clustering, allowing for aggregate fatigue analysis within specific thematic content clusters. The statistical decay engine fits a non-linear saturation model (e.g., a Hill function S-curve) to …

C++ Iterator Hardening Via Restriction Of Scripting Engine And Inter-Process Communication Execution, Kentaro Hara Sep 2026

C++ Iterator Hardening Via Restriction Of Scripting Engine And Inter-Process Communication Execution, Kentaro Hara

Defensive Publications Series

Memory safety flaws, such as use-after-free vulnerabilities, are caused when collection structures are modified during active iteration loops. Modifications to an active collection structure are sometimes induced by unexpected execution of a scripting language engine or an inter-process communication mechanism, whereby dangling iterators are produced. To mitigate these flaws, a thread-local counter mechanism is disclosed. A counter within thread-local storage is modified across iterator lifecycle operations, including construction, copy construction, move construction, assignment, and destruction. Within a rendering process, execution of a scripting language engine is blocked via a process termination if a non-zero value is held within the counter. …

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure describes a paired toroidal system containing a magneto‑responsive fluid and distributed electromechanical transducer elements. Each toroid operates in a distinct activation mode: one responds primarily to magnetic field variation, while the other responds primarily to electrical excitation within the fluid. The internal geometry may include non‑orientable pathways, such as Möbius‑like channels, which influence circulation, resonance, and signal propagation. The system enables coupled induction, amplification, and modulation behaviors suitable for neuromorphic, spintronic, or computational applications. Implementation details are intentionally omitted to avoid enabling reproduction.

Adaptive Homeostasis: A Strategy For Preserving Stability And Generative Capacity Under Uncertainty, Volodymyr Kotegov Sep 2026

Adaptive Homeostasis: A Strategy For Preserving Stability And Generative Capacity Under Uncertainty, Volodymyr Kotegov

Defensive Publications Series

This document offers a practical framework of priorities and working tools for people confronting a shrinking planning horizon, the declining value of conventional educational and professional pathways, rising psychophysical exhaustion, and a loss of coherent direction.

The strategy addresses two related tasks. The first is to protect psychological and physical health, secure basic material stability, and maintain the capacity for clear thinking. The second is to sustain generative capacity—the ability to produce non-trivial observations, hypotheses, and life trajectories. Generativity is treated first and foremost as a present-day resource. It supports a sense of meaning, adaptability, and psychological resilience. Secondarily, it …

Adaptive Uav Network Defense Against Cyber Threats Using Gt-Tgc-Drl Hybrid Framework, Ahmed I. Taloba, Meshari S. Alshammroki

University of Bisha Journal for Basic and Applied Sciences

The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAVs) communication networks are becoming easy targets of cyber-attacks such as denial of service, spoofing and intrusion, compromising on the mission-critical operations. The existing methods for cybersecurity using conventional machine learning or pure deep learning cannot reflect the complexity of spatial and temporal dependencies and cannot be adaptive against new cyber-attacks in UAV networks. In order to surmount these constraints, we present a new Graph Transformer-Temporal Graph Convolutional-Deep Reinforcement Learning (GT-TGC-DRL) architecture to adaptive UAV cyber defense. The methodology models UAV network traffic in terms of graph structures, with nodes used to model UAVs and edges …
