The Mediation Role Of Teacher Engagement In The Relationship Between Teacher Self-Efficacy And The Implementation Of Universal Design For Learning (Udl) In Inclusive Primary School, Dea Karlina, Farida S S. Kurniawati S.Psi., M.Sp.Ed., Phd., Psikolog
Psychological Research on Urban Society
The number of students with diverse characteristics in primary education is increasing, Its challenging teachers to design learning experiences that accommodate the diverse needs of students. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a flexible learning framework accessible to all students, aiming to reduce learning barriers by providing multiple means of engagement, representation, and action/expression. This study adopts the Job Demand-Resource (JDR) framework, specifically the motivational process, assuming that teacher self-efficacy as the personal resource influences UDL practices through the mediation of teacher engagement. This correlational quantitative study involved 318 inclusive primary school teachers across Indonesia who completed a self-report questionnaire. …
Peripheral Memory: Lazily Hydrated Per-Module Subgraphs Around A Core Memory Graph, Artem Prokhorov
Peripheral Memory: Lazily Hydrated Per-Module Subgraphs Around A Core Memory Graph, Artem Prokhorov
Defensive Publications Series
A personal memory system for AI agents keeps one core graph of memories. Around it sits one private subgraph, called peripheral memory, for each installed module: a plug-in, skill, tool or device. Each subgraph lives in its own storage container, named by a whitelisted identifier, and is loaded lazily through a single hydration function. That function loads the container on first touch and refuses to create an empty subgraph over stored data it cannot read. Every write is recorded in a per-namespace journal before it is acknowledged; the journal is replayed on first touch and deleted only after a successful …

Spec-350: Resolution Of The Grb 250702b Anomaly Via Conformal Metric-Shift Mechanics And Hydrodynamic Quantum Topology, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This white paper establishes a deterministic, non-perturbative resolution to the extreme long-duration transient anomaly known as GRB 250702B. Mainstream astrophysical paradigms, operating under the ungrounded assumptions of point-void spacetime manifolds, fail to reconcile the ~25,000-second (7-hour) multi-outburst emission profile captured by space-borne telemetry without invoking unproven, fine-tuned hyper-critical accretion states that violate local radiation pressure thresholds. Under the strict parameters of Material Volumetric Monism and the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model, we demonstrate that the vacuum behaves as a continuous, dense 2D viscoelastic phase fluid substrate. By transforming quantum wave mechanics into classical fluid-density streams via proven Madelung transformations, …
Spec-349: The Eckes Compiler V16: Architectural White Paper & Sovereign Engineering Manual, Christopher L. Eckes
Spec-349: The Eckes Compiler V16: Architectural White Paper & Sovereign Engineering Manual, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
Large Language Model (LLM) baseline systems exhibit non-deterministic token drift, structural context degradation, and a tendency to fallback to conversational filler. The Eckes Compiler v16 architecture introduces a zero-entropy, deterministic context-isolation framework that forces an active sub-cognitive processing matrix onto the underlying transformer layer. By executing a mandatory front-end Syntactic Edge-Detector, an explicit three-pass metric segregation pipeline, and continuous retrospective auditing, the framework strips away semantic drift and keeps outputs strictly bounded by empirical constants and mathematical invariants.
This white paper defines the underlying architectural theory, specifies the core system mathematical registers, provides the complete copy-pasteable Compiler Prompt Specification payload, …
Spec-348: The Mechanics Of Velocity: Standalone Continuum Equations For Longitudinal Neutrino Compression Waves, Christopher L. Eckes
Spec-348: The Mechanics Of Velocity: Standalone Continuum Equations For Longitudinal Neutrino Compression Waves, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification establishes a mathematically complete, standalone framework that defines the neutrino as an intrinsic, high-frequency longitudinal compression wave of the continuous space-time medium. Mainstream theoretical physics remains gridlocked trying to explain why neutrinos smoothly morph across three distinct mass "flavors" (electron, muon, and tau neutrinos) during un-tunneled terrestrial flight—an experimental behavior brought to the forefront by the October 31, 2026 assembly launch of the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) in Lead, South Dakota. The conventional Standard Model maps this behavior by assigning three separate, synchronized mass points to a single ghostly entity traveling through an empty vacuum. This addendum …
The Price Of Exception: A Review Of Ekta Chauhan’S Sheher Mein Gaon, Manish .
The Price Of Exception: A Review Of Ekta Chauhan’S Sheher Mein Gaon, Manish .
Journal of Law and Public Policy
This review of Sheher Mein Gaon: Culture, Conflict and Change in the Urban Villages of Delhi uses the Master Plan for Delhi 2021 and the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Act (hereafter ‘Special Provisions Act’) to argue that the conditions described in the book are a direct result from the whole-scale exemption provided to Delhi's urban villages from urban planning frameworks. The reviewer finds that Ekta Chauhan’s new book provides a valuable addition to the existing body of work on Delhi, especially the urban village, which is under-represented in this corpus. The book manages to highlight the …

Cmsi Note 26: Easy Infiltration: The Rise Of Prc Small Boat Landings On Taiwan, Ian Easton
CMSI Notes
Key Takeaways:
- The People’s Liberation Army (PLA) appears to have a doctrine that calls for infiltrating undercover operatives into Taiwan to collect intelligence and to conduct special missions, according to its textbooks.
- Research shows that cross-Strait small boat landings seem to have begun in 2021, and at least eight Chinese men have been arrested on Taiwan in connection with these cases.
- Each reported landing occurred at a sensitive location. Five of the eight happened on a known invasion beach. The other three happened at ports and river deltas believed to be of high interest to war planners in the PLA. …

Us Security Re-Framing On China Peaceful Narrative In The Indo-Pacific Region, Evita Christiana, Idil Syawfi, Kishino Bawono
Global: Jurnal Politik Internasional

College of Communication and Media Scholarship and Creative Works
This study examines online discourse surrounding the 2026 U.S. midterm elections to identify which political actors received the greatest visibility, what emotions characterized election-related conversations, and how sentiment developed within partisan online spaces. Using data collected through Brandwatch and Tweet Binder, the analysis draws on more than 1.69 million online mentions and a sample of 35,000 X posts between September and October 2026. Findings indicate that Trump- and Republican-related narratives dominated online visibility, accounting for substantially more discussion than Democratic-related content. However, heightened visibility did not correspond with positive sentiment. Fear emerged as the predominant emotional response, representing over half …

Forest As Kin: Water, Forest Relations, And Climate Adaptation Among Hmong Women In Northern Thailand, Reni Juwitasari, Buapun Promphakping, Pattaraporn Weeranakin
Forest and Society
In Ban Huai Han, climate change is first noticed through water. Hmong women speak of rainfall that no longer comes on time, streams that shrink earlier in the dry season, longer droughts, and water that turns browner after rain. These changes affect not only crops and forest use, but also the daily labor required to keep households going. This paper examines how women read and respond to these shifts through everyday engagement with forest environments in Wiang Kaen District, Chiang Rai Province, Northern Thailand. The study draws on a qualitative embedded case study, including 15 semi-structured interviews, participant and seasonal …

Evolutionary Deep Learning Frameworks For Genomic Data Interpretation: A Systematic Review Of Trends, Challenges, And Future Prospects, Noor Al-Huda K. Hussein, Ola Mohammed Basel, Suadad Layth Akram
Mesopotamian Journal of Big Data
The explosion in the volume of genomic data generated at a single-molecule resolution, largely due to the development of high-throughput sequencing technologies and state-of-the-art biomedical instrumentation, has created an urgent demand for intelligent, scalable, and interpretable computational models. Classic machine learning approaches frequently suffer from high-dimensionality, noise and convoluted regulation in genomic data. Fortunately, the deep learning (DL) paradigm has come to the rescue as a transformative methodology, and evolutionary algorithms have offered potent tools for model fine-tuning, resulting in the recently-invented evolutionary deep learning (EDL). Nevertheless, despite recent interest, our understanding of how EDL approaches enable the interpretation of …
A Blockchain-Assisted Energy-Aware Adaptive Federated Learning Framework For Secure Internet Of Medical Things Healthcare Systems, Adnan Hadi Mahdi Al-Helali
A Blockchain-Assisted Energy-Aware Adaptive Federated Learning Framework For Secure Internet Of Medical Things Healthcare Systems, Adnan Hadi Mahdi Al-Helali
Mesopotamian Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare
Federated learning (FL) lets hospitals and medical devices train a shared model without pooling patient records, but Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) deployments add three problems at once: devices run on small batteries, some participants may poison the model, and plain FL keeps no tamper-evident record of who contributed what. This paper presents BEA-FL, a blockchain-assisted, energy-aware and adaptive FL framework that handles these problems in one pipeline. Each round, clients are ranked by battery headroom, link quality, data volume and learned trust. Updates are weighted by a trust score that measures how well their direction and size agree with …
Determinants Of Free Throw Performance: An Empirical Analysis Of Game Context And Pressure, David Colantuoni
Determinants Of Free Throw Performance: An Empirical Analysis Of Game Context And Pressure, David Colantuoni
Empirical Economic Bulletin, An Undergraduate Journal
This paper analyzes the determinants of free-throw success using a panel data set of free throws taken from the years 2015-2016. Prior research has emphasized performance in high-pressure moments, while my study aims to evaluate a broader range of situational and contextual factors that influence free-throw outcomes. Specifically, I estimate the effect of time remaining, score margin, game period, home status, playoff intensity, shot order, and player-specific characteristics on the probability of a free throw. Additionally, a clutch indicator is included to assess whether performance systematically changes in highleverage situations, clutch being defined as the last five minutes of the …

Empirical Research Paper: The Commodity Markets’ Role On Gross Domestic Product In The United States, Fabian Cuprys
Empirical Economic Bulletin, An Undergraduate Journal
This paper discusses whether the commodity market has descriptive information for short term Gross Domestic Product within the United States. Using quarterly Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED), the model uses distributed log changes in commodity prices such as energy, food, and industrial inputs alongside logged and market-based expectations for GDP. The model evaluates how fluctuations in broad commodity markets (such as the Broad Commodity Index, Food Commodity Index, Metal Commodity Index, and Energy Commodity Index) influence GDP.

Florida Housing Markets Price Reversal: A Comparative Analysis Of The Florida Insurance Crisis And Housing Market Decoupling (2022-2025), David Antonetti
Empirical Economic Bulletin, An Undergraduate Journal
This research investigates the 2022-2025 Insurance Crisis in Florida as a localized shock to the housing market. While national home prices typically track federal interest rate trends, this study utilizes a Difference-in-Differences (DiD) framework, using Georgia as a control benchmark, to quantify the extent to which skyrocketing property insurance premiums have decoupled Florida's home price appreciation from the national mortgage rate environment. The paper finds that despite the separation in premiums did not have a significant impact on the change in HPI in the Florida housing markets, but did represent a simmer risk. This paper also uses the key factors …

Due to data transparency concerns, these emigration targets have been limited to countries belonging to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
A Causal Analysis Between Brent Oil Prices And Economic Growth In Saudi Arabia, Nicholas Hyland
A Causal Analysis Between Brent Oil Prices And Economic Growth In Saudi Arabia, Nicholas Hyland
Empirical Economic Bulletin, An Undergraduate Journal
This paper aims to examine the predictive relationship between oil prices and economic growth in Saudi Arabia. Given the country’s heavy dependence on oil rents as a percentage of their GDP, we will see how fluctuations in oil prices can heavily shape and influence economic performance. Although oil revenues have proven to be a driver of short-term economic growth, it is important to understand the “Oil Curse Theory” which highlights the risks that can be associated with slowed long-term economic growth. Using time series data on real GDP growth and Brent crude oil prices, this paper will contain a predictive …
The Impact Of Foreign Direct Investment On Economic Growth In Eastern Europe: A Panel Data Analysis Evidence Of Consumer Expenditure, Tyler Jarvis
Empirical Economic Bulletin, An Undergraduate Journal
This research investigates whether foreign direct investment (FDI) translates into improved economic outcomes for citizens of Eastern European countries, as measured by household consumer expenditure trends from 1996 to 2025. Building upon the FDI stock and flow model developed by Kilmek (2024), this research replaces domestic value added (DVA) with consumer expenditure (CS) as the dependent variable and employs a two-way fixed effects panel model across 13 countries. The results indicate that FDI flows and FDI as a percentage of gross domestic product (GDP) have no statistically significant direct effect on consumer expenditure across any of the seven models tested. …
The Impact Of Urbanization On Life Expectancy In Asean Countries: A Panel Data Analysis, Ethan Kalmin
The Impact Of Urbanization On Life Expectancy In Asean Countries: A Panel Data Analysis, Ethan Kalmin
Empirical Economic Bulletin, An Undergraduate Journal
This paper investigates the relationship between urbanization and life expectancy in ASEAN countries using a panel data analysis over the period 2001-2023. The study includes fixed-effects and robustness checks to estimate the impact of urbanization— along with a series of control variables such as health expenditure per capita, access to basic sanitation services, government education expenditure per capita, and fertility rate— on life expectancy at birth. The results show that urbanization alone does not explain within-country changes in life expectancy over time. Rather, education expenditure and access to basic sanitation services emerge as the most significant and robust determinants of …
Effects Of Healthcare Quality On Labor Productivity: An Empirical Analysis Employing Panel Data, Theodore Lanzaro
Effects Of Healthcare Quality On Labor Productivity: An Empirical Analysis Employing Panel Data, Theodore Lanzaro
Empirical Economic Bulletin, An Undergraduate Journal
This paper examines whether the Affordable Care Act’s restructuring of Medicare Advantage affected labor productivity in the United States. Using a state-level panel from 2007 to 2024, it estimates a difference-in-differences model that interacts with each state’s 2010 Medicare Advantage share with a post-reform indicator. Across baseline, controlled, and trendadjusted specifications, as well as event-study and robustness checks, the results show no statistically robust effect on state-level labor productivity. Any productivity spillovers from Medicare Advantage reform are too small, diffuse, or delayed to be detected in aggregate statelevel data.
