Automatic +1 Diffraction Order Detection In Off-Axis Digital Holographic Interferometry Using An Energy-Based Spectral Model, Nigora Alimdjanovna Akbarova, Dilnoza Ibrokhim Kizi Abdulkhayeva
Technical science and innovation
This paper presents an automatic +1 diffraction order detection algorithm for off-axis digital holographic interferometry (DHI Manual spectral filtering is widely used to find out the desired order of diffraction in the Fourier domain in conventional digital holographic reconstruction. Nevertheless, this approach is very subjective and must be subject to expert guidance, thus, the reconstruction reproducibility and stability can often deteriorate. To address these limitations, this designed scheme constructs a spectral model utilizing energy-maximization as well as adaptive DC suppression and dynamic filter radius estimates. The algorithm itself can automatically observe the distribution of energy in the hologram spectrum and …

Evaluation Of Level Measurement Uncertainty For Three Types Of Laser Level Meters Using The Gum Methodology: Calculated Uncertainty Budgets, Uncertainty Profile, And Hardware Component Requirements, Lazizbek Furkatjanovich Saidoripov, Barat Makhmudovich Akhmedov
Technical science and innovation
A methodology is presented for evaluating the uncertainty of liquid petroleum product level measurements using laser level meters based on different measurands’ informative parameters: propagation time, phase difference, and image coordinates. Based on analytical expressions for error components and a traceability chain to the national length standard, calculated uncertainty budgets are developed in accordance with JCGM 100 for time-of-flight, phase-based, and laser–television level meters. Under the assumed input conditions, the expanded uncertainties (k = 2) are 1.66, 0.73, and 1.02 mm, respectively. For the laser–television level meter budget, the Gaussian approximation is verified using the Monte Carlo method (JCGM 101): …

On The Issue Of Developing Diagnostic Systems In Case Of Incompleteness Of Data, Amanulla Azizovich Kadirov, Shohijahon Ulugbek Ugli Akhmetov
Technical science and innovation
This paper addresses the problem of developing diagnostic systems for industrial equipment when initial failure data is incomplete or unavailable. An approach is proposed for generating synthetic data based on a pseudo-failure generator that implements stochastic modeling of degradation processes. A formalized algorithm for generating time-to-failure samples has been developed, including stages of failure physics analysis, statistical model selection, distribution parameterization, and simulation of operating conditions. The Weibull distribution is used as the base model, allowing for the consideration of various stages of the equipment’s life cycle. Additionally, factors that bring the synthetic data closer to real operating conditions are …

Mining-Geological And Technological Aspects Of The Development Of The Taushan Gold Deposit, Umid Azamjonovich Atakuziev, Aleksey Rashidovich Khasanov
Technical science and innovation
The paper presents a comprehensive study of the geological, geotechnical and geomechanical characteristics of the Taushan gold deposit that determine the selection of an efficient open-pit mining technology. The lithological structure, tectonic framework, ore body geometry and variation of rock mechanical properties with mining depth were analyzed. The results indicate that intensive fracturing, variable ore body thickness, complicated geological conditions and increased seismic activity significantly reduce the efficiency of conventional drilling-and-blasting mining methods. The application of surface miners as an alternative non-blasting mining technology is substantiated. Mechanical rock excavation provides higher mining selectivity, lower ore losses and dilution, reduced disturbance …

This section proposes a multi-criteria Pareto-optimization algorithm, integrated with Herbert Simon's four-stage decision-making scheme (Intelligence–Design–Choice–Implementation) and an ANFIS-based adaptive controller, for simultaneously optimizing the mutually conflicting quality, energy, and time criteria of the wheat-drying process. The algorithm for constructing the set of Pareto-optimal solutions and selecting the compromise solution closest to the ideal point is presented step by step. The implementation of the ANFIS controller in the MATLAB/Simulink environment is comprehensively verified through a simulation block diagram, the Rule Viewer, the Surface Viewer, the training error-function graph, the RMSE convergence graph, and a learning-curve analysis. Training was carried out on …

How Legal Systems Reflect Societal Views Of Nature, Devorah Corvo
How Legal Systems Reflect Societal Views Of Nature, Devorah Corvo
Latin American & Caribbean Law Review
Pre-Columbine Indigenous communities differed from European settlers in many ways. One of the most striking differences was the way each group viewed itself in relation to nature and wildlife. Indigenous communities generally did not see themselves as separate from the natural world, while European settlers often viewed themselves as distinct from it. In the United States today, many people care about the environment but are unsure how to protect it. By contrast, pre-Columbian Indigenous communities were so deeply connected to their surroundings that harm to wildlife would have been seen as harm to the community itself. By examining three pre-Columbian …
Digital Media And Its Effect On Domestic And International Copyright, Jasmine Martin
Digital Media And Its Effect On Domestic And International Copyright, Jasmine Martin
Latin American & Caribbean Law Review
This article explores the history of modern copyright law and identifies the pitfalls of a legal framework built around physical media, such as the doctrines of first sale and fair use. As markets have shifted to digital distribution, these doctrines have been weakened or displaced by licensing regimes that redefine ownership as limited access. The article argues that this transition has systematically eroded consumer rights, allowing copyright holders to impose restrictions through contracts and technological controls that bypass traditional protections.

Constitutions, The State And Law In Republican Venezuela (1830-2025), Rogelio Pérez-Perdomo
Latin American & Caribbean Law Review
This panoramic article poses the question of the relation between the state, the constitution and the law in Venezuelan republican history. In the 19th century, Venezuela became independent, congresses approved constitutions that organized the national state, comprehensive legal codes and legislation were produced and the universities developed legal studies and produced a small number of lawyers. Nevertheless, the law had little impact on a turbulent and impoverished country, and lawyers mainly found occupation in the state and political system. In the 20th century, Venezuela constructed a powerful state that pacified the country that created conditions for a relatively prosperous economy. …
Fiscal Sustainability And The Courts In Colombia, Eleonora Lozano-Rodríguez
Fiscal Sustainability And The Courts In Colombia, Eleonora Lozano-Rodríguez
Latin American & Caribbean Law Review
This text offers a theoretical and conceptual approach to fiscal sustainability and to the mechanism of fiscal impact review. It also examines specific judicial cases where fiscal sustainability and/or fiscal impact review have been applied in areas such as social security, victims of the Colombian internal armed conflict, community mothers, and taxation. The article concludes that the difficult dialogue between law and economics has improved, though legal nuances still need clarification, and economic advantages or disadvantages remain to be measured. At times, the guarantee of rights prevailed (for example, compensation for Black, Afro-Colombian, Raizal, and Palenquero communities, as well as …

Before You Choose: Find The Fact That Can Change The Decision, Volodymyr Kotegov
Defensive Publications Series
Thesis. For complex personal and professional decisions, AI is most useful not as a source of answers but as a tool for finding what you do not know: it helps separate facts from assumptions, expand the set of options, find weak points in a plan, and design cheap tests before a mistake becomes costly or irreversible.
What is proposed. An operational framework of five loops (Bifurcation Engine), in which each loop provides material for the next, while the right to decide and the responsibility remain with the human. The framework builds on known techniques: pre-mortem, red team, value of information …

Defensive Disclosure — Silkennet Self-Powered Tree-Health Monitor (Prior Art), Oleksii Lukin
Defensive Publications Series
This defensive publication discloses a self-powered device and method for in-situ monitoring of living trees. A porous anchor of a biocompatible titanium alloy with a gyroid (TPMS) architecture is implanted into the xylem, where the same gyroid admits sap, reduces the modulus mismatch with wood and forms the metal-xylem electrode of an enzymatic biofuel cell: a deglycosylated FAD-dependent glucose dehydrogenase anode with an osmium redox mediator, and a laccase/ZIF-nanozyme oxygen cathode at the bark-air boundary. The cell charges a supercapacitor that powers the electronics, and the time it needs to charge the store across a fixed voltage window is the …
The Freedom Requirement: Voluntary Relinquishment As The Third Path, And The Micro-Scale Of The Self-Eliminating Institution — Individual-Scale Success Metrics For Incentive-Subsidized Voluntary Giving, Motivation Crowding-Out, And Expiry Of Designated-Purpose Giving Funds, Thon Ly
Defensive Publications Series
This study concerns how an organization that subsidizes voluntary giving with incentive payments, including one run by an autonomous AI agent, can measure success without Goodhart's-law gaming. A population-scale gauge reads success as the elasticity of giving to the subsidy: how far the subsidy can be withdrawn while giving persists. The study gives its individual-scale form as three jointly necessary account signals: a rising fraction of surplus routed into giving channels, no outflow back to oneself, and a retained balance falling toward zero. Read as a level, throughput ranks participants by wealth; the scale-free signals do not. The central argument …
The Zero-Employee Institution: Single-Seat Governance With Ai Succession And Planned Dissolution, Circulated Volume In Place Of Enterprise Valuation, And Funding Through A Name Registry Of Non-Transferable, One-Way-Resolving Personal Identifiers, Thon Ly
Defensive Publications Series
We describe an institutional design for a zero-employee organization governed by a single seat: held first by a human founder, then by an autonomous AI successor, then vacated at a planned dissolution (1 → 1 → 0, never 2). Counting governing seats rather than salaries makes the design a succession mechanism rather than an austerity measure, because handover becomes a transfer of occupancy rather than a reorganization. Employees are excluded not for cost but because a payroll is a standing internal interest in continuation, and because employment obligations block transfer to a non-human controller; the exclusion is tested by economic …
The Borrowable Standard: Orthographic Standardization, Text Normalization, Collation And Legacy Font Encoding In Text Corpora That Serve As Critical-Apparatus Witnesses, With The Khmer Pāli Canon, Thon Ly
Defensive Publications Series
This study concerns orthographic standardisation, text normalisation and legacy character encoding as preconditions for machine-readable text corpora that must stand as witnesses in a critical apparatus. It begins from a claim it refutes: that a machine-readable corpus requires a standardised orthography. Swiss German and the Arabic dialects lack one yet support corpora and benchmarks by normalising toward a standard borrowed from a related language (Standard German, Modern Standard Arabic) or toward a convention built for the purpose (CODA). For a corpus that must be authoritative in its own language, a witness to a text rather than a corpus about a …
Circulation Sports: A Category That Already Had Members And No Name — Classifying Keep-Up Circle Games, Cooperative Ball Games And Sports Warm-Up Drills By Scoring Unit, Guaranteed Equal Participation And No Individual Statistics, Thon Ly
Defensive Publications Series
This study classifies cooperative and non-competitive ball games, keep-up circle games and sports warm-up drills by their scoring unit. Some sports score when an exchange ends; others score when it continues. A circulation sport is defined by three properties held as rules: it scores the completed pass rather than the termination; it guarantees that every participant receives the ball (by mandatory rotation, a called receiver or an all-must-touch rule); and it keeps no individual statistics. Below three participants a forward pass cannot be told from a return, a floor cited from work on generalized exchange and indirect reciprocity. A three-step …
A Zero-Centred Bilateral Credit Ledger For Customer Prepayment And Peer-To-Peer Lending In Which No Balance Grows On Its Own — A Size-Blind Reputation Display, And Debt Forgiveness As The Only Crossing Into A Gift Ledger, Thon Ly
Defensive Publications Series
We disclose a zero-centred bilateral credit ledger for customer prepayment and peer-to-peer lending in which no balance grows on its own. Two parties keep one running balance, signed by both and held on both phones, whose sign states who owes, so prepayment and credit are one balance either side of zero. The balance never moves by time. It changes only by a co-signed entry when cash or goods change hands, its discount fixed on that entry; by a co-signed repayment; or by a release the creditor makes alone. There is no accrual, compounding or late penalty; the ledger is non-accruing …
