Troubleshooting complex consumer electronic products often overwhelms novice users due to limited technical knowledge and the complexity of diagnostic procedures. This study presents an AI-powered conversational assistant that guides users step-by-step through identifying and resolving product issues. Using the VanMoof S3 e-bike as a case study, the system integrates a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework trained on public data, including Reddit threads and user manuals. The interface supports natural dialogue to help users not only fix symptoms but also understand root causes. With the growing presence of AI-generated content (AIGC) tools in design practice, interior design is entering a period of significant change. This study explores how AIGC-integrated platform will reshape the way interior design is produced, communicated, and implemented. Drawing on literature review, case studies, feasibility analysis, and conceptual development, this research identifies several key functional requirements such platforms must meet, such as intuitive interaction, real-time feedback, and compatibility with existing design tools. This paper investigates how DT-enabled services can support energy sustainability in smart homes. This paper presents an expert-driven co-design process for defining gesture-based interactions in immersive environments. Existing co-design methods often struggles with expressing abstract design elements, reaching consensus among diverse users, and translating qualitative feedback into actionable outcomes. This study investigates the application of machine learning in evaluating brand typicality during product line extension, taking inspiration from Dyson’s recent expansion into the headphone category. The research process comprised four main stages: extraction of visual features via Design Format Analysis (DFA), development of an image classification model on the WEKA platform, generation of Dyson-style speaker images using Stable Diffusion, and expert evaluation of the results. Based on design thinking principles, this study explores how children with different types of learning motivation—curiosity-driven and task-oriented—engage with a prompt-based interface to search for books and record their reflections after reading. By integrating the concept of prompt engineering into library search and information retrieval interfaces, the researcher conducted qualitative observations of children’s behavioral responses during interface interactions. This qualitative study proposes a new method for designing exploratory technologies aimed at promoting behavior awareness during the Pre contemplation stage of the Trans theoretical Model (TTM) of behavior change. This project explores the complexities surrounding the transition of young adults with special needs into municipally operated supported housing in Denmark. This life-changing move is managed by local municipalities and ideally involves collaboration between the resident, their relatives, and a caseworker. This study develops sustainable materials using hydrogel as the matrix and explores the transition from sustainable materials to user-centered sustainability, with a particular focus on achieving art healing through material experience. The findings reveal that "Aesthetic" property exert the greatest influence on art healing in the context of multimodal material experiences involving visual, tactile, and smell, followed by "Intrinsic" property, whereas "Physical" property have a comparatively limited effect. Navigating complex spatial-semantic structures in immersive environments remains a key challenge in the digital preservation and public engagement of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH). This paper presents a navigation interface that integrates Multiples and Multilevel Worlds-in-Miniatures (MM- WiMs) to support efficient and meaningful exploration of multi-scale cultural information in VR. We conducted three formative workshops to identify six design considerations in immersive ICH exploration. Marine ranching represents a new approach to sustainable fisheries by integrating social, technological, and ecological dimensions within the STES framework. This study applies the framework to 15 demonstration sites in Guangdong Province to examine how innovation, governance, and community participation interact with ecosystem health and biodiversity. Using regression and descriptive analyses, we identified key relationships: stakeholder engagement fosters technological adoption, sustainable technologies support ecosystem health, and community involvement strongly promotes biodiversity conservation. Moreover, biodiversity emerged as a strong predictor of water quality, underscoring its importance for maintaining resilient marine systems. Drawing on a spiral development model, the research integrated expert interviews, caregiver surveys, and user interviews to define user needs, identify use scenarios, and establish a comprehensive interaction structure. Participatory Design (PD) has been applied in technology and design education to foster empowerment. However, its application in special education remains under explored. To address this gap, this study proposes a PD method called Co-design-based Learning (CoDBL), which aims to foster digital literacy, design skills, and a sense of empowerment among students in special education.
