Nonprofit leaders often experience a reduction in funding for various reasons, which can jeopardize the organization's financial sustainability and even its continued existence. As a result, securing reliable funding is a primary concern for nonprofit leaders, as a lack of funding could lead to the organization’s closure. Grounded in the hierarchy of effects theory, this qualitative multiple case study aimed to explore strategies nonprofit leaders use to raise funding from charitable giving sources. High turnover rates among property managers disrupt service quality, increase operational costs, and diminish tenant satisfaction. Despite these negative impacts, there is limited research on effective retention strategies within the industry. Grounded in Herzberg’s two-factor theory, the purpose of this qualitative pragmatic inquiry was to explore strategies that property management leaders use to improve job satisfaction and reduce turnover. Six experienced property management leaders from the Midwestern United States who have successfully implemented retention strategies participated in this study. Reentry programs in Texas can fail to address the social and practical needs of offenders conclusively post-release. As a result, offenders may struggle with unemployment, education, stigma, mental health issues, improper shelter, and inability to meet their basic needs. The purpose of this phenomenological research qualitative study was to establish the perceived effectiveness of reentry programs in Texas and suggest possible solutions for addressing offenders’ social and practical needs post-release from prison. In the late 1970s Iranian student activists in the United States worked to educate the American public on the history of the US-Iranian relationship and the long-term consequences in Iran of the 1953 CIA-sponsored coup that placed Mohammad Reza Pahlavi on the Iranian throne. The students directly challenged local and state governments to respect freedoms of speech, press, and assembly, and pushed President Jimmy Carter to keep his promise of injecting human rights into American foreign policy. International teachers in the US primarily fall into two categories: those on J-1 or J-2 visas under the Exchange Visitor Program and those holding employment visas, such as H-1B, EB-2, or EB-3. J-1 and J-2 visas are aimed at cultural and educational exchange. Those who receive them are authorized under the Fulbright-Hays Act of 1961 to teach for up to 5 years with a short-term international teaching certificate before returning to their home countries. From the 2010s to 2020s international student enrollment decreased in the United States (IIE, 2024), leading to economic, intellectual, and social ramifications and notably affecting the country’s reputation as a place that fosters intercultural understanding and innovation (IIE, 2024; Song and Li, 2022; Laws and Ammigan, 2020).While international student mobility has increased since, ongoing issues such as political polarization exacerbate international education efforts to build intercultural understanding. This research aims to begin to investigate pharmacy personnel-voiced factors that influence high rates of alert dismissal. Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs), copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO NPs) and CuO@ZnO NPs as a colloidal core-shell solution were synthesized by laser ablation. A Nd:YAG laser with an energy of 700 mJ, a wavelength of 1064 nm and 200 pulses was used for the ablation process. Background: Early detection of acute brain injury (ABI) at the bedside is critical in improving survival for patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support. We aimed to examine the safety of ultra-low-field (ULF; 0.064-T) portable magnetic resonance imaging (pMRI) in patients undergoing ECMO and to investigate the ABI frequency and types with ULF-pMRI.

Objective.To develop an empirical model to predict carbon ion (C-ion) relative biological effectiveness (RBE).Approach.We used published cell survival data comprising 360 cell line/energy combinations to characterize the linear energy transfer (LET) dependence of cell radiosensitivity parameters describing the dose required to achieve a given survival level, e.g. 5% (D5%), which are linearly correlated between photon and C-ion radiations. In this study, the genetic structure of honey bee populations in Türkiye was analyzed using eleven restriction endonuclease enzymes targeting the COI-COII, COI, 16S rDNA, ND5, and CYT B genes. A total of 553 worker honey bee samples were collected from 43 different districts across Türkiye, as well as from Greece, Bulgaria, and Georgia, neighboring countries of Türkiye. Analysis of the COI region using the HinfI restriction enzyme revealed the presence of two mitotypes. Among the heterogeneous Pasteurellaceae family, Pasteurella multocida and Mannheimia haemolytica are the pathogenic species that cause enzootic pneumonia in cattle and sheep. This study aimed to characterise Pasteurella and Mannheimia species obtained from pneumonia cases in cattle and sheep. 100 cattle and 100 sheep lungs diagnosed with infectious pneumonia as a result of histopathological examination were analyzed for Pasteurellaceae members by phenotypic methods, VITEK 2 Compact system and PCR. Antibiotic susceptibilities and phylogenetic analysis of the isolates were done by VITEK 2 Compact System and 16S rRNA-PCR, respectively. The densities of these stores varies considerably across environmental settings, including the biotic and physical habitat type, the productivity of these habitats, the ephemeral or permanent nature of the habitats as well as the hydrological energy of the area, its depth and its exposure to anthropogenic activities. Background and aim: We aimed to investigate the relationship between serum anti-drug antibody (ADAb), hypersensitivity reactions (HSRs) to anti-tumor necrosis factors (anti-TNFs) drugs and to detect the role of skin tests in the diagnosis of HSRs against anti-TNFs.Material and methods: 69 ankylosing spondilitis (AS) and 46 rheumatoid artritis (RA) patients using infliximab, adalimumab, and etanercept were enrolled. Disease activity scores for AS and RA patients were assessed. In a market like Kalamazoo, collegiate football games such as those at Western Michigan University and annual events like the Kalamazoo Marathon play a pivotal role in bolstering the economy. This research demonstrates the effects on consumer behavior at restaurants in Kalamazoo, Michigan that are caused by these major sporting events. WiFi-based Human Activity Recognition (HAR) has emerged as a promising approach for monitoring and analysing human activities in a non-intrusive manner, leveraging WiFi signals for activity classification. Despite advancements, existing WiFi-based HAR research lacks consideration of subject (human) bias. This results in learning models performing well on individuals used in the training samples but failing to generalise to new/unseen subjects, in contrast to known good practices in machine learning.
