Background: The Female Leadership Academy for Medical Excellence, members of the World Academic Council of Emergency Medicine, conducted this systematic review, which explores gender disparities in burnout among emergency physicians (EP) using the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS). Burnout is a critical issue in healthcare, particularly in emergency medicine where high stress and demanding work environments prevail. Methods: Following PRISMA guidelines, we searched PubMed and Epistemonikos for studies using MBI-HSS to measure burnout in EPs. Amniotic fluid embolism is a life-threatening peripartum condition with high morbidity and mortality rates. It is defined as the passage of fetal material into the maternal circulation which elicits a multisystem reaction that can lead to disseminated intravascular coagulopathy and severe hemodynamic instability. Despite established diagnostic criteria for amniotic fluid embolism, its identification relies heavily on clinical judgment, and early diagnosis is key to patient survival. In several cases, early utilization of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support has provided a salvage approach to correct cardiopulmonary collapse. Iatrogenic ventricular septal defect (VSD) is a rare complication following transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). An 83-year-old male underwent TAVI for severe aortic stenosis (AS) and was diagnosed with a peri-membranous VSD on echocardiography, which was not evident on pre-procedural imaging. This case highlights the risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis, and management of iatrogenic VSD following TAVI.

Introduction Breaking the chain of transmission of an infectious disease pathogen is a major public health priority. The challenges of understanding, describing and predicting the transmission dynamics of infections have led to a wide range of mathematical, statistical and biological research problems. Advances in diagnostic laboratory procedures with the ability to test multiple pathogens simultaneously mean that co-infections are increasingly being detected, yet little is known about the impact of co-infections in shaping the course of an infection, infectivity, and pathogen replication rate. A digital object is grounded in the analog. By examining the object in a continuum rather than its current state, we can better understand both the analog item and its digital representation. As part of this pedagogical exploration, we reimagined a year-long, library-based, digital scholarship fellowship that provides hands-on instruction for undergraduate students, grounded in physical collections and spaces,but resulting in digital manifestations. The fellowship focuses on social justice by highlighting ethical issues in the field of digital scholarship, specifically exploring the topics of labor, race, gender, disability, infrastructure, and environmental inequality. Unmet Needs in family planning (FP) remain a concern in many countries worldwide and can, therefore, adversely affect women, families, and society. Stunting remains a pressing global health issue, with 149 million children affected in 2020. In Bangkalan District, East Java, stunting prevalence reaches 25.2 percent, exceeding the provincial average of 19.2 percent. This study aimed to analyze factors influencing stunting, including breastfeeding coverage, maternal education, hygiene, and infectious diseases. Conducted from August to September 2023 in the Blega Health Center area, this analytical correlation study involved 35 toddlers aged 24–59 months selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires, anthropometric measurements, and interviews, then analyzed using chi-square tests in SPSS. Lack of meaning and purpose in life can increase disability, stress, mortality, and the risk of cognitive impairment. Finding meaning and purpose helps people with dementia adjust to the diagnosis and can be accomplished via expressions of identity such as life review, a formal process of systematically reviewing and reflecting on one’s lived life. Digital storytelling involves telling a story using computer technology to record and share an individual’s narrative. Firms are becoming increasingly reliant on intangible assets to create value and differentiate themselves from their peers. Intangible assets are typically reported in the balance sheet using general categories such as “goodwill” or “other intangible assets.” Intangible assets are often unique in their attributes and productive lifespans, which makes them challenging to accurately and precisely record in accounting statements. While the assets themselves provide unique value creation opportunities, it is unclear whether specific intangible assets impact assessments of financial statement comparability. Therefore, many countries incorporate cultural protection into their constitutions to ensure the sustainability of cultural heritage. The constitution not only serves as a legal foundation but also as a social engineering instrument to facilitate cultural development amid contemporary challenges. This study focuses on the Asia-Pacific region due to its high cultural diversity and the complex interaction between local traditions and globalization. In this paper, the concepts of judicial activism and judicial restraint are discussed as the way the Constitutional Court (MK) tests laws against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). Active judges can do new things to address legal vacuums or social change, but this can trigger criticism due to the potential for exceeding judicial authority. In contrast, judicial review emphasizes the self-restraint of judges to adhere to the legal text without creating new standards, providing legal stability but considered less responsive in handling complex issues. The fortification of bakery products with bioactive and functional substances is the main focus of food sciences. These nutrients include date fruits (Phoenix dactylifera L.) and their byproducts. This work aims to illustrate the effects of using date components in bakery products and to determine how these effects affect the products' technological, rheological, and sensory qualities. To achieve this purpose, date powder was introduced in bread making procedure with different rates (1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 %).
