Patient-centered care is essential in athletic training with limited research examining the relationship between patient and clinician. Previous theory has identified constructs of quality athletic trainers (ATs); however, it remains unknown how current athletes perceive these theorized constructs in the ATs providing them medical care. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of characterizations of a quality athletic trainer and interpersonal trust between the student-athlete and AT in the collegiate setting and establish reliability of these surveys. The physiological alterations in autonomic nervous system (ANS) function due to concussion are suggested to play a role in persistent post-concussion symptoms (PPCS). Currently, there are few objective and clinically feasible measurements to assess ANS vitality in patients experiencing PPCS. The following case study details an assessment and treatment protocol targeted towards regulating the ANS in an adolescent female suffering from PPCS one month after injury. Pre-intervention, patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) used to assess perceived pain, anxiety, stress, and breathing function were administered as well as a physical assessment performed for breath function and vagus nerve integrity. Mental health is a topic that has gained attention in recent years, but few studies have examined NCAA Division III student-athletes. Division III student-athletes are known to experience high levels of distress, and previous literature indicates there may be a significant psychological difference between student-athletes who compete in individual-sports compared to those who participate in team-sports. The purpose of this study was to explore mental health challenges (levels of depression, stress, and anxiety symptoms) among Division III student-athletes, particularly between those participating in team- and individual-sports. This position finds support in recent scholarly literature, through analyses of cases such as Urbaser, Bear Creek Mining and David Aven. What if the reality is otherwise? For decades, investment arbitral tribunals have maintained a grey area governing the relationship between human rights law and international investment law. On the basis of the collective action theory, new institutional economics (NIE) and historical analysis of 21 BAs, it is evident that they are driven by the evolutionary extensions of international ecosystem capabilities, the ability of BAs' leadership to change with the government agenda, the political ideology and their experience and competence to dialogue with the government. In 2019, the Africa Union launched the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), one of the largest pro-development regional trade arrangements (RTAs) in the world. Despite the broad promises, the potential trade benefits of AfCFTA to specific African countries is not crystal clear. We employ a gravity model and the Pseudo Poisson Maximum Likelihood (PPML) estimator to establish the existence, magnitude, and change of Tanzania export potential in 49 African markets. The results show existence of export potential in 38 markets, and inexistence of export potential in 11 markets. Out of 38 markets with export potential, Tanzania has high export …

Abortifacient disorders in small ruminants present a serious problem for livestock farmers, leading to financial losses and lower production rates. This review examines both infectious and non-infectious factors that cause abortions in goats (Capra hircus) and sheep (Ovis aries), which are crucial animals in rural farming practices. Infectious causes, such as bacteria (Brucella melitensis, Chlamydia abortus, Coxiella burnetii), viruses (bluetongue, border disease), and parasites (Toxoplasma gondii), are major factors in reproductive health problems, resulting in considerable livestock losses. Uniting the sun's rays with the fluidity of water, the combination of solar and waterpower creates a potent force for renewable energy, lighting the way to a greener tomorrow. The proposed hybrid system combines modified solar panels with integrated rainwater collection channels, a central collection point, and mini turbines for electricity generation. Through experimental testing and simulations, the feasibility and effectiveness of the hybrid system are evaluated, demonstrating its potential to maximize energy output in regions with abundant sunlight and rainfall. Asphyxia in newborns is a common and serious cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality nationally and internationally. Risk factors for asphyxia can be seen from maternal and infant factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors in mothers and infants and to analyze which factors have the most influence on asphyxia. This study is a quantitative analytical study with a case-control approach.
