This investigation examined 100 individuals who had symptoms of acute inflammation affecting the cornea, conjunctiva, and eyelids. Hilla City's private eye clinic welcomed the patients. For 18--24 hours at 37°C, the materials were cultured in both aerobic and anaerobic conditions. Colony morphology, microscopy, and biochemical testing were used to diagnose Staphylococcus aureus infections. The specific positive cards of the Vitek 2 system were used to isolate these isolates. This article discusses the development of a prototype spray pipe evaporator and its efficiency in producing salt in Indonesia. Due to the length of the salt harvesting season in Indonesia, many salt farmers have closed their business doors, leaving many salt ponds abandoned. The spray pipe evaporator prototype was designed to produce a brine solution with a salinity of 23–24 Be from seawater, which has a salinity of 2.5–3.5 Be, in less than 3 days. This study aims to investigate the effect of employer branding on employee retention with the mediating role of job satisfaction, organizational identification, and career development. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire survey involving 400 workers in Jabodetabek technology companies. Data processing was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 software and it was found that employer branding has a significant influence on job satisfaction, organizational identification, and career development. One way to do this is by implementing the de-dieselisation program, i.e. reducing the use of diesel power plants (PLTD) with new energy and renewable power plants. The Indonesian electricity supply business plan (RUPTL) 2021-2030 targets the reduction of electricity supply from PLTD by 87% by 2030. This study described caregiver attitudes and the information sources they access about HPV vaccination for adolescents and determined their influence on human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination initiation. An online survey was administered to 1,016 adults in July 2021. Participants were eligible if they were the caregiver of a child aged 9-17 residing in Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, and select counties in Southern Illinois. Multivariate logistic regression was used to estimate the association of caregiver attitudes and information sources with HPV vaccination. Background: This study aimed to determine the prevalence of lipohypertrophy and lipoatrophy and their associated risk factors in individuals with type 2 diabetes taking insulin.

Methods: This descriptive and cross-sectional study used the STROBE checklist. In January 2022 to April 2022, 271 individuals with type 2 diabetes were studied. The presence of lipoatrophy and lipohypertrophy was evaluated with inspection and palpation, and the sociodemographic and clinical characteristics of the patients were obtained using a questionnaire. Data were collected in face-to-face interviews.

Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the leading form of liver cancer and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths globally. Exosomes in the HCC microenvironment can induce significant changes in natural killer (NK) cells during endocytosis. The present study aimed to distinguish exosomes in the blood of HCC patients, analyze changes in NK cell phenotype, and evaluate peroxidase and toluidine blue staining as alternative methods for observing the changes.

Vaccination is a disease prevention method recommended by the WHO as it will reduce disease severity, mortality rate and risks. The objective of this study is to discover the impact of COVID-19 vaccination against COVID-19 mortality rate in Indonesia. This was a retrospective cohort research on the data from the NAR COVID-19 database and the KPCPEN COVID-19 Dashboard of the Depok City Health Department from May 2020-February 2023. We performed a Cox proportional hazard analysis to obtain the risk for death.
