การนำนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ป้องกันอาชญากรรมในประเทศไทย: กรณีศึกษาอากาศยานไร้คนขับ (โดรน), มนัสวี เลิศฤทธิพงศ์

วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวข้องกับอากาศยานไร้คนขับ (โดรน) แนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการรับมือ และแนวทางในการป้องกันอาชญากรรมที่เกี่ยวกับอากาศยานไร้คนขับ (โดรน) วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นบุคคลที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับอากาศยานไร้คนขับ (โดรน) คัดเลือกผูู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ นักบินตำรวจ 1 ท่าน สำนักงานการบินพลเรือน (CAAT) 1 ท่าน คณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ (กสทช.) 1 ท่าน อัยการ 2 ท่าน และประชาชนที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับอากาศยานไร้คนขับ (โดรน) 1 ท่าน โดยใช้ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) เป็นเครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากนั้นใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) และพรรณนาถึงประเด็นต่างๆ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า (1) ปัญหา รูปแบบ และวิธีการของการใช้อากาศยานไร้คนขับ (โดรน) ที่พบในประเทศไทย พบว่าเริ่มมีการกระทำผิด ซึ่งการกระทำผิดนั้นไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนของผู้กระทำผิดได้ เนื่องจากอากาศยานไร้คนขับ (โดรน) ไม่ได้ขึ้นทะเบียน และมีการใช้อากาศยานไร้คนขับ (โดรน) ละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคลโดยการกระทำผิดเกี่ยวกับการถ่ายภาพ และรุกล้ำพื้นที่ส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งยังไม่สามารถเอาผิดได้ จึงทำให้ทราบเพียงว่ามีการกระทำผิด (2) การรับมือเบื้องต้น ปัจจุบันจะมีเครื่องมือที่เรียกว่า Anti Drone ซึ่งอยู่ในการดูแลของทหาร เแต่ยังไม่มีกฎหมายรองรับ (3) แนวทางการป้องกันการกระทำผิด พบว่ายังไม่มีหน่วยงานใดเข้ามาดูแลอย่างจริงจัง ทำให้การกระทำผิดยังเกิดขึ้นบ่อยครั้ง ควรมีหน่วยงานควบคุมดูแลอย่างจริงจัง และออกกฎหรือข้อบังคับเป็นแนวทางเดียวกัน ข้อเสนอแนะ รัฐบาลควรให้ความสำคัญกับหน่วยงานหรือศูนย์ที่จะดูแล ออกกฎหมายหรือนโยบาย จัดการและบริหารควบคุมให้มากขึ้น รวมถึงควรมีการกำหนดหน้าที่ของแต่ละหน่วยงานให้มีความชัดเจน

ความขัดแย้งในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ของไทย ซึ่งมีประวัติศาสตร์ยาวนานและทวีความรุนแรงในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2547 ซึ่งได้รับการศึกษาอย่างกว้างขวางตลอด 20 ปีที่ผ่านมา โดยงานวิจัยนี้จึงมุ่งศึกษาการปรับเปลี่ยนยุทธศาสตร์ของนักกิจกรรมทางการเมืองที่ผลักดันการกำหนดชะตากรรมตนเองและปราถานาเอกราชปาตานี สู่การก่อตั้งกลุ่ม ปาตานี บา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) อธิบายปรากฏการณ์การเปลี่ยนรูปแบบจากขบวนการเคลื่อนไหวทางสังคมสู่กลุ่มการเมืองเชิงสถาบัน และ 2) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกลุ่มดังกล่าวกับพรรคการเมือง ผลการวิจัยชี้ว่า การก่อตั้งกลุ่มปาตานี บารู เป็นผลจากปัจจัยเชิงโครงสร้างทางการเมือง คือ การเปิดพื้นที่ทางการเมืองระดับชาติ ซึ่งสวนทางกับโครงสร้างทางการเมืองที่ยังคงปิดกั้นและจำกัดสิทธิในพื้นที่ปาตานี/จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ด้วยกฎหมายพิเศษ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับพรรคการเมือง กลุ่มปาตานี บารู กำหนดเงื่อนไข 4 ประการในการพิจารณาร่วมงาน ได้แก่ การเป็นพรรคประชาธิปไตย ความสามารถในการกำหนดนโยบายเกี่ยวกับปาตานี อำนาจบริหารงานการเมืองในพื้นที่ และการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรในการเลือกตั้ง ทั้งนี้พบว่ากลุ่มปาตานี บารู ได้รับการยอมรับและบทบาทที่แตกต่างกันระหว่างพรรคการเมืองที่เคยร่วมงานด้วย

งานวิจัยนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างภาวะพร้อมทางกายจิตของนักแสดงเดี่ยวในละครแนวสมจริง โดยใช้บท กราวด์ เป็นกรณีศึกษา ผ่านการฝึกชี่กงควบคู่กับแนวทางไซโคฟิสิคัล ภาวะพร้อมทางกายจิตหมายถึงภาวะที่กายและจิตทำงานสอดประสาน มีพลังงานภายในที่ไหลลื่นและตอบสนองต่อสิ่งเร้าได้อย่างสมดุล สมมติฐานของงานวิจัยคือ การฝึกชี่กงและแนวทางไซโคฟิสิคัลเน้นแนวทางของลาบานและเชคอฟจะช่วยให้นักแสดงมีภาวะพร้อมทางกายจิต ส่งผลให้สามารถถ่ายทอดตัวละครได้อย่างมีพลัง ทำให้สามารถสื่อสารหลักของบทละครได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การฝึกแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ การเตรียมฐานกายจิตด้วยชี่กง การใช้ Eight Efforts ของลาบาน และการเข้าถึงภาวะภายในผ่าน Psychological Gesture, Archetypes, Image Work ก่อนทำการแสดงจริง 3 รอบ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากวิดีโอการแสดง แบบสอบถามผู้ชม ความเห็นจากผู้กำกับ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และบันทึกของผู้วิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ชี่กงมีบทบาทหลักในการวางฐานกายจิตและเปิดการรับรู้พื้นที่ ส่วนแนวทางของลาบานและเชคอฟช่วยให้นักแสดงแปลงภาวะภายในเป็นการแสดงที่ทรงพลัง ผู้ชมส่วนใหญ่รับรู้พลังงานจากนักแสดงได้แม้ในช่วงไร้บทพูด งานวิจัยจึงเสนอว่า ลำดับการฝึกที่เริ่มจากชี่กงแล้วต่อด้วยไซโคฟิสิคัล เหมาะอย่างยิ่งกับการแสดงเดี่ยวแนวสมจริงที่ต้องการภาวะพร้อมทางกายจิตของนักแสดงที่ส่งพลังถึงผู้ชมได้ทั้งพื้นที่

On April 18, 1942, Americans woke up to the thrilling news that American airmen had bombed the enemy capital of Tokyo, Japan. Americans all across the country were made aware of the bombing of Japan by multiple media sources at the time including newspapers, propaganda posters, newsreels, and movies. Climate change is having profound impacts on communities around the world. In some cases, and with time, more and more, the impacts of climate change are happening on a level that constitutes genocide. Raphaël Lemkin’s and Claudia Card’s definitions of genocide are most applicable to climate change as they have broader understandings of victim groups and social death, and they recognize that inaction to prevent reasonably foreseeable harm constitutes genocidal intent. Lawyers, scholars, and activists have long sought to incorporate ecocide into the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court to address corporate and governmental impunity for massive and severe ecological damage, including the harms caused by climate change. This Article uses the framework of racial capitalism to examine and critique the proposed criminalization of ecocide. Coined by South African scholars and activists and refined by political theorist Cedric Robinson, the theory of racial capitalism offers valuable insights on the root causes of the climate crisis and the manifold injustices it inflicts on marginalized states and peoples. Tribal law is often presented in a negative light. Indeed, the Supreme Court's skepticism about tribal law has resulted in severe limitations on tribal jurisdiction. This Article challenges perceptions of tribal law by surveying tribal law. While tribal law does rely on tribal customs, tribal law is largely consistent with mainstream American law. Tribal laws are often modeled on state codes or the Restatement.

This Artie!£ argues that effective national security mandates protection against the spread of infectious diseases, which requires addressing intellectual property (IP) and technology obstacles. Without modification, IP laws can bar the manufacture of needed treatments by anyone besides the IP owner and its licensees. Although there was some recognition during the COVID-19 pandemic that existing IP laws should be modified, there was strong resistance not only by IP-owning companies, but also by individual countries that impeded the ability to manufac­ture needed vaccines during the height of the pandemic. In Russia, the dacha is typically a second home with a garden, located outside of but not far from a major city. However, this definition fails to fully encapsulate the cultural phenomenon, which has transformed in tandem with Russia throughout the years. The dacha's first manifestations appeared during the reign of Peter the Great, the name coming from the verb "to give," as dachas were given as land allotments by the tsar to his servitors. At the height of Cold War containment culture, when fears of Communism and nuclear warfare overlapped with anxieties about homosexuality, gender inversion, miscegenation, and juvenile delinquency, formal citizenship—narrowly defined as one’s legal status—did not provide all American citizens with a sense of belonging, equal access to civil liberties, and a reasonable degree of safety. Instead, spatialized identity, rather than civic responsibilities and legal rights, came to define the boundaries of proper citizenship. In this context, highly exclusionary suburbs, which sprang up outside major metropolitan areas in the late 1940s-1950s, emerged as a cornerstone of the cultural narratives defining American citizenship. …

The experiences of women in leadership have been well studied in academia, but there remains a gap in the literature regarding and understanding of the experiences of women who are in religious leadership roles. I examined what challenges these women experience in their roles, and how they make sense of those challenges, using the constant comparative method of data analysis to analyze interviews with 12 women who have leadership roles within their protestant church or nonprofit organization. Using Lidar Data And Gis Analyses To Understand Looting Patterns In The Maya Biosphere Reserve, Chloe E. Sherwood

This research examines looting activity at archaeological sites in the Maya Biosphere Reserve in Petén, Guatemala, focusing on areas both inside and outside established national park boundaries. The study covers sites occupied by the ancestral Maya from the Middle Preclassic to Terminal Classic periods (800 BC – AD 900), including El Mirador, Nakbé, and Wakná. This research uses LiDAR data and GIS analyses to identify looting clusters, comparing areas within the park to those outside, and investigates the relationship between looting activity and infrastructure such as trails, camps, and fresh water reservoirs.
