Purpose: This study aimed at associating the Board of Certification (BOC) pass rates with the affective performances of Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) students.

Method: Retrospective data analysis on the BOC pass rates, advanced clinical practicum (ACP) routes, affective assessment, grade point average (GPA), highest academic degree (HAD) upon graduation, years to degree completion, and gender was conducted on thirty-three (33) MLS graduates between 2017 and 2022 from a higher education institution (HEI) in Wyoming.

Purpose. To explore teaching academics' experiences of utilising digital storytelling as an innovative approach to prehospital education.

Method. This study describes an innovative learning activity, digital storytelling, developed for an undergraduate paramedicine program. The experiences of teaching academics were then explored through semi-structured interviews. Thematic analysis was used to evaluate the data.

Purpose

The need for healthcare students to develop collaborative practice competencies is well established, but organizational and faculty buy-in are essential precursors to successful IPE initiatives such as student-led clinics (SLCs). Potential for failure is high if staff support is not present.

Method

To understand perspectives on IPE and SLCs, an online survey was undertaken of faculty and staff of a school of health sciences at an Australian university. The survey included Likert-scale (quantitative) and open-ended questions.

การศึกษาเรื่อง การบริหารจัดการศึกษาพิเศษ กรณีศึกษาการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษที่โรงเรียนประชาบดี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ระบบของการบริหาร การจัดการศึกษาพิเศษในโรงเรียนประชาบดี ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริม การศึกษาเอกชนที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษทุกประเภท และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารการบริหารจัดการศึกษาพิเศษของโรงเรียนประชาบดี ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงเอกสารและวิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 7 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า องค์ประกอบของการบริหารจัดการศึกษาพิเศษของโรงเรียนประชาบดีที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษทุกประเภท ได้แก่ 1) บุคลากร 2) งบประมาณ 3) เทคโนโลยี 4) นโยบายที่สนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษ 5) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเฉพาะบุคคล (IEP) 6) การอบรมครูการศึกษาพิเศษ 7) การจัดการเรียนการสอน ดังนั้น ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ผ่านกระบวนการตามหลักของทฤษฎีระบบ (System Theory) โดยวิเคราะห์สิ่งที่ใช้เป็นทรัพยากรหรือข้อมูลตั้งต้นที่เป็นปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) ซึ่งได้แก่ บุคลากร งบประมาณ เทคโนโลยี และนโยบายที่สนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษ และใช้ปัจจัยนำเข้ากำหนดกระบวนการ (Process) ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเฉพาะบุคคล (IEP) การอบรมครูการศึกษาพิเศษ และการจัดการเรียนการสอน ได้ส่งผลให้นักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษทุกประเภทในบริบทของโรงเรียนประชาบดีมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนที่ดี และสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงภาพรวมของการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษที่มีคุณภาพ

ปัญหาความยากจนในประเทศไทยส่งผลให้หลายครอบครัวไม่สามารถเลี้ยงดูสมาชิกในครอบครัว โดยเฉพาะเด็กได้อย่างทั่วถึง เด็กจึงต้องได้รับการประสานส่งต่อมายังสถานรองรับ สังกัด กรมกิจการเด็กและเยาวชนเพื่อการดูแล พัฒนาเด็กให้มีความเหมาะสมตามช่วงวัยโดยทีมสหวิชาชีพ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม นักจิตวิทยา ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในทีมสหวิชาชีพ ต้องประสบปัญหาความยากลำบากในการรับผิดชอบดูแลเด็กจำนวนมาก ในแต่ละสถานรองรับ ทำให้เกิดปัญหาด้านประสิทธิภาพในการให้คำปรึกษาและเสริมสร้างพัฒนาการของเด็กอย่างทั่วถึง การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของนักจิตวิทยาในสถานรองรับเด็กโต เขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล สังกัดกรมกิจการเด็กและเยาวชน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัย เชิงคุณภาพ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth Interview) จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักจิตวิทยาและผู้มีประสบการณ์ด้านจิตวิทยาในสถานรองรับเด็กโตจำนวน 5 แห่งในพื้นที่ศึกษา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักจิตวิทยาที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานรองรับเด็กโตมีความจำเป็นต้องพึ่งพาสภาพแวดล้อม การทำงานที่ส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงาน เช่น การสนับสนุนจากเพื่อนร่วมงาน การเข้าถึงข้อมูลและเทคนิคที่ทันสมัย รวมถึงการสื่อสารที่ชัดเจนและมีประสิทธิภาพ ความพร้อมในด้านทรัพยากร เช่น อุปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสมและพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานที่เป็นส่วนตัว ส่งผลโดยตรงต่อความมั่นใจและคุณภาพของการทำงาน ในด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร พบว่า การสร้างวัฒนธรรมที่เน้นความร่วมมือทั้งในระดับบุคคล และระดับทีม รวมถึงการสนับสนุนให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่ในระดับต่างๆ จะช่วย เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และลดความตึงเครียดในสถานที่ทำงาน ปัจจัยจูงใจ เช่น การมองเห็นผลลัพธ์ของงาน ในเชิงบวก การได้รับการยอมรับจากหน่วยงานและครอบครัวของเด็ก รวมถึงโอกาสในการพัฒนาความรู้ผ่านการ ฝึกอบรมหรือการสัมมนาเป็นแรงผลักดันสำคัญที่ทำให้นักจิตวิทยามุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กใน ความดูแลอย่างต่อเนื่อง นอกจากนี้ การสนับสนุนเชิงนโยบายจากกรมกิจการเด็กและเยาวชน เช่น การจัดอบรมเฉพาะทางการเพิ่มทรัพยากร และการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก จะช่วยส่งเสริมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กในสถานรองรับให้ดียิ่งขึ้นและเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของนักจิตวิทยาในระยะยาว

ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสมัครใจเป็นทหารกองประจำการกรณีศึกษากองพันทหารราบ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 11, ศิริประภา ศิริวัฒนะกุล

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสมัครใจเข้ารับราชการเป็นทหารกองประจำการ และเพื่อเสนอรูปแบบหรือมาตรการต่าง ๆ ในการส่งเสริมให้เกิดการสมัครใจเข้าเป็นทหารกองประจำการ ซึ่งเป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลการวิจัย โดยประชากรในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้คือทหารกองประจำการ กองพันทหารราบ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 11 ที่เข้ามาด้วยวิธีการสมัครใจหรือร้องขอ และการจับสลากใบแดงจำนวน 350 นาย ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสถิติสำเร็จรูป (SPSS) ประมวลผลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที (Independent – Sample t-test) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติก (Logistic Regression Analysis) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของกลุ่มตัวอย่างพบว่า ทหารกองประจำการกองพันทหารราบ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 11 ส่วนใหญ่เข้ามาเป็นทหารกองประจำการด้วยวิธีการสมัครใจหรือร้องขอ มีช่วงอายุ 22 – 25 ปี จบการศึกษาในระดับมัธยมศึกษาหรือปวช. มีสถานภาพโสด มีการประกอบอาชีพรับจ้างเป็นอาชีพก่อนเข้ารับราชการเป็นทหารกองประจำการกองพันทหารราบ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 11 และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,100.57 บาท โดยปัจจัยจูงใจที่ส่งผลต่อการสมัครใจเป็นทหารกองประจำการ ทั้ง 4 ด้านคือ ปัจจัยด้านสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ปัจจัยด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ ปัจจัยด้านความเจริญก้าวหน้า และปัจจัยด้านสังคมและการยอมรับ มีค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับสูงที่สุด สามารถจัดลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยปัจจัยจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างให้ความสำคัญต่อปัจจัยด้านสังคมและการยอมรับเป็นลำดับแรก รองลองมาคือปัจจัยด้านความเจริญก้าวหน้า ปัจจัยด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ และปัจจัยด้านสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องตามลำดับ การทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีวิธีการเข้ามาเป็นทหารกองประจำการที่แตกต่างกันมีระดับจูงใจจากปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสมัครใจเป็นทหารกองประจำการที่แตกต่างกัน และการทดสอบหาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสมัครใจเป็นทหารกองประจำการด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติกพบว่าปัจจัยด้านสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อการสมัครใจเป็นทหารกองประจำการ ในขณะที่ปัจจัยด้านสังคมและการยอมรับไม่มีผลที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value > 0.05) จึงไม่สามารถสรุปได้ว่าปัจจัยด้านสังคมและการยอมรับมีผลต่อการสมัครใจเป็นทหารกองประจำการของกลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่างที่เข้ารับราชการเป็นทหารกองประจำการกองพันทหารราบ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 11 ซึ่งมาจากการที่ตัวแปรด้านสังคมและการยอมรับมีค่าคล้ายคลึงกันระหว่างกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งผู้ที่สมัครใจและไม่สมัครใจ ทำให้ตัวแปรเหล่านี้ขาดความแปรปรวนที่เพียงพอสำหรับการแสดงความสัมพันธ์เชิงสถิติที่ชัดเจนในโมเดลโลจิสติกรีเกรสชัน จึงส่งผลให้ผลการวิเคราะห์ไม่แสดงความสำคัญทางสถิติ จากผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ สามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้เสนอให้กับกองทัพและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำไปพัฒนา รูปแบบหรือมาตรการในการส่งเสริมให้เกิดการสมัครใจเข้าเป็นทหารกองประจำการ นำมาซึ่งกำลังทหารกองประจำการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ มีความพร้อมที่จะปฏิบัติงานอย่างเต็มความสามารถและด้วยความเต็มใจ อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการปฏิบัติภารกิจของกองทัพอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นต่อไป

การศึกษาเรื่อง “การจัดการแก้ปัญหาการทำงานล่วงเวลา กรณีศึกษา: องค์การเภสัชกรรม” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อทราบถึงสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดการทำงานล่วงเวลาที่มากกว่าปกติ 2) เพื่อนำผลการศึกษาที่ได้ไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการจัดการแก้ปัญหาการทำงานล่วงเวลาขององค์การเภสัชกรรม และ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการแก้ปัญหาการทำงานล่วงเวลาแก่ผู้บริหารการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วย การวิเคราะห์เอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์ เชิงลึก กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการอนุมัติและประเมินการทำงานล่วงเวลา และผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ในหน่วยงาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดการทำงานล่วงเวลาที่มากกว่าปกติ สามารถสรุปเป็นประเด็นใหญ่ๆ 3 หมวดคือ 1) การเปลี่ยนแปลงระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และคำสั่งมาใช้เกี่ยวกับการทำงานล่วงเวลาที่เกิด จากวิกฤตการระบาดของโรคโควิด (Covid-19) 2) การบังคับใช้นำระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และคำสั่งมาใช้ภายในองค์การเภสัชกรรมที่ไม่เป็นมาตรฐานและมีความเป็นเอกเทศในการบริหารของหน่วยงานต่างๆ 3) วัฒนธรรมองค์กรของผู้ปฏิบัติงานภายในองค์การเภสัชกรรมที่มองว่าการทำงานล่วงเวลาเป็นช่องทางที่ดีในการเพิ่มรายได้ และสามารถช่วยให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีชีวิตที่มีคุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น แนวทางในการจัดการแก้ปัญหาการทำงานล่วงเวลาขององค์การเภสัชกรรม 1) การปรับใช้เทคโนโลยีและการฝึกอบรมพนักงาน 2) การสร้างตัวชี้วัดเพื่อประเมินการทำงานล่วงเวลา 3) การบังคับใช้คำสั่งและนโยบายให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน 4) การเปลี่ยนแนวคิดของพนักงานเกี่ยวกับการทำงานล่วงเวลา แนวทางการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาที่จะนำเสนอแก่ผู้บริหาร คือการจัดทำโครงการต่างๆ ได้แก่ 1) โครงการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานด้วยเทคโนโลยีและการฝึกอบรมพนักงาน เป้าหมาย คือ ลดเวลาที่ใช้ในการทำงาน และเพิ่มความสามารถในการจัดการงานให้เป็นระบบ 2) โครงการสร้างตัวชี้วัดเพื่อประเมินการทำงานล่วงเวลา เป้าหมายคือ ให้ข้อมูลที่ชัดเจนในการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับการทำงานล่วงเวลา และ ลดปริมาณการทำงานล่วงเวลา 3) โครงการนำร่องบังคับใช้คำสั่งและนโยบายให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน เป้าหมายคือ สร้างมาตรฐานในการทำงานล่วงเวลาที่ชัดเจนและเป็นธรรมสำหรับพนักงานทุกคน 4) โครงการเปลี่ยนแนวคิดของพนักงานเกี่ยวกับการทำงานล่วงเวลา เป้าหมายคือ ลดความจำเป็นในการทำงานล่วงเวลา และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานในเวลางานปกติ

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการสำรวจและเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้คุณลักษณะของเจนเนอเรชั่นวายและเจนเนอเรชั่นแซด ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตและแรงจูงใจในการทำงานจากมุมมองระหว่างเจนเนอเรชั่น ที่กำลังทำงานร่วมกันในปัจจุบัน ทั้งนี้ได้รับผลตอบกลับจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เจนเนอเรชั่นวายและเจนเนอเรชั่นแซด อย่างละ 200 ตัวอย่าง เท่า ๆ กัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างแต่ละเจนเนอเรชั่นมีมุมมองในหลายปัจจัยระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตและแรงจูงใจในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน ซึ่งสื่อให้เห็นถึงช่องว่างในการรับรู้ที่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผลการสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพชีวิตและแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน พบว่า เจนเนอเรชั่นวายและเจนเนอเรชั่นแซดให้ความสำคัญกับคุณภาพชีวิตและแรงจูงใจในการทำงานโดยภาพรวมแล้วไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ประเด็นที่น่าสนใจ คือ เจนเนอเรชั่นวายมีความพึงพอใจรายด้านที่มากกว่าเจนเนอเรชั่นแซดในทุก ๆ ด้านระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตและแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน ผลการวิจัยยืนยันถึงความพึงพอใจระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตและแรงจูงใจในการทำงานจากมุมมองระหว่างเจนเนอเรชั่น ซึ่งผลการศึกษานี้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์เพื่อการเสริมสร้างการรับรู้และความเข้าใจในเจนเนอเรชั่นวายและเจนเนอเรชั่นแซด ตลอดจนความแตกต่างระหว่างเจนเนอเรชั่น เพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการองค์การและการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลที่สอดคล้องกับยุคสมัยต่อไป

This research study investigated the moderating effect of psychological flexibility on the relationships that internalized homophobia had with sexual risk-taking behavior (Model 1) as well as with life satisfaction (Model 2). A total of 107 Thai gay men who exclusively had sex with men, aged 18 to 24, participated in the study. Data were collected via self-report questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using correlational and moderation analyses were conducted. The results did not show significant moderation effect of psychological flexibility in either model. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำความเข้าใจประสบการณ์การรับบริการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาที่ส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในผู้ที่เคยประสบกับความรุนแรงในความสัมพันธ์แบบคู่รัก เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแบบตีความ (IPA) เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้างกับผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยจำนวน 4 คน ที่เคยเข้ารับบริการการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาด้วยประเด็นปัญหาเกี่ยวกับความรุนแรงในความสัมพันธ์แบบคู่รัก โดยการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกันแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (purposive homogeneous sampling) ร่วมกับการคัดเลือกแบบอ้างอิงด้วยบุคคล (snowball sampling) ผลการวิจัยประกอบไปด้วยสามประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ 1. การปรึกษาทำให้ตระหนักถึงสภาวะที่เผชิญในความสัมพันธ์ ประกอบไปด้วย 4 ประเด็นย่อยดังนี้ 1.1 การปรึกษาช่วยให้ตระหนักรู้มุมมองที่มีต่อปัญหา 1.2 การลดการกล่าวโทษตนเอง 1.3 การตระหนักรู้ถึงอุปสรรคในการออกจากความสัมพันธ์ และ 1.4 ความขัดแย้งในตนเองทำให้เลี่ยงการปรึกษาต่อ ประเด็นหลักที่ 2. ผู้ให้การปรึกษาควรยึดผู้รับบริการเป็นศูนย์กลาง ประกอบไปด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อยดังนี้ 2.1 จุดเน้นของการปรึกษาควรอยู่ที่ผู้รับบริการ 2.2 การเคารพในความไม่พร้อมทำให้ไว้วางใจที่จะปรึกษาต่อ และ 2.3 การนัดหมายควรเป็นการตกลงร่วมกัน และประเด็นหลักที่ 3. การปรึกษาช่วยให้มั่นคงในการยืนหยัดเพื่อตนเอง ประกอบไปด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อยดังนี้ 3.1 การปรึกษาช่วยสร้างขอบเขตในการอยู่ในความสัมพันธ์ 3.2 ความเปลี่ยนแปลงในใจจากการปรึกษาช่วยให้สามารถยุติความสัมพันธ์ได้ และ 3.3 การปรึกษาช่วยให้เกิดความมั่นคงในการยุติความสัมพันธ์ โดยสรุป ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นถึงบทบาทสำคัญของการปรึกษาทางจิตวิทยาที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาการตระหนักรู้ในตนเองเกี่ยวกับการเผชิญกับความรุนแรงในความสัมพันธ์แบบคู่รัก การยึดผู้รับบริการเป็นศูนย์กลางในการให้การปรึกษา และการพัฒนาความมั่นคงทางจิตใจในการยืนหยัดในการออกจากความสัมพันธ์ที่รุนแรง ซึ่งผู้ให้คำปรึกษาสามารถนำข้อค้นพบนี้ไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานวิชาชีพที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการเฉพาะของผู้รับบริการกลุ่มนี้ เพื่อให้สามารถช่วยเหลือผู้ที่เผชิญกับความรุนแรงได้อย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

Prosocial behavior is vital for human interaction and organizational success. While previous research has demonstrated the role of perspective-taking in promoting prosocial behavior, this research integrates social hierarchies, power and status, to explore their combined effect on perspective-taking and prosocial behavior in organizational contexts. การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยคัดสรรที่สัมพันธ์กับความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ที่มีอายุเกิน 60 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไปที่พ้นระยะเฉียบพลัน มีสภาวะทางการแพทย์คงที่และมีสัญญาณชีพปกติ ทั้งเพศชายและเพศหญิง ที่มารับบริการในแผนกผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ 3 แห่ง โรงพยาบาลเลิดสิน โรงพยาบาลเจริญกรุงประชารักษ์ และโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย จำนวน 93 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความสามารถในกิจวัตรขั้นพื้นฐานของผู้สูงอายุ แบบประเมินภาวะรู้คิด แบบประเมินภาวะเปราะบางอย่างง่าย วิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงด้วยวิธีการวัดซ้ำเท่ากับ 1.0, 0.82, 1.0 ตามลำดับ แบบวัดความเศร้าในผู้สูงอายุไทย แบบคัดกรองภาวะโภชนาการ และแบบประเมินความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วย วิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .94, .73, .89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติสหสัมพันธ์อีต้า และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของ สเปียร์แมน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า1. ผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาลมีความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพในระดับปานกลาง (mean = 55.04, SD = 10.55) 2. ภาวะเปราะบาง มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (η=.259) 3. ภาวะโภชนาการ ภาวะซึมเศร้า และจำนวนชนิดของยาที่ใช้ประจำ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (rs = 313, rs = -247, rs = -264 ตามลำดับ) 4. เพศ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาล

การศึกษานี้วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความตั้งใจในการออกกำลังกายเพิ่มขึ้นของผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย โดยมุ่งเน้นกลุ่มที่ตระหนักว่าตนเองมีการออกกำลังกายไม่เพียงพอ ข้อมูลที่ใช้มาจากการสำรวจพฤติกรรมสุขภาพประชากรปี 2564 ของสำนักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ และวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีถดถอยโลจิสติกแบบทวิภาค (Binary Logistic Regression) เพื่อระบุปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจในการออกกำลังกายผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจ และพื้นที่อยู่อาศัย ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจในการออกกำลังกายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีการศึกษาสูง มีสถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจที่ดี และอาศัยในเขตเมือง มีแนวโน้มที่จะตั้งใจออกกำลังกายมากกว่า นอกจากนี้ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัวและชุมชน เช่น การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกลุ่มและชมรมสุขภาพ ยังเป็นแรงจูงใจสำคัญที่เพิ่มความตั้งใจในการออกกำลังกาย ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายควรให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาศูนย์สุขภาพผู้สูงอายุที่มีบริการให้คำแนะนำเฉพาะทาง ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางเศรษฐกิจด้วยโครงการออกกำลังกายชุมชน เพิ่มโอกาสในการออกกำลังกายตามระดับการศึกษา ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมออกกำลังกายแบบกลุ่มในชุมชนเมืองและชนบท และสร้างเครือข่ายชุมชนเพื่อสนับสนุนการออกกำลังกาย ข้อเสนอแนะทางวิชาการควรมุ่งศึกษารูปแบบการออกกำลังกายเฉพาะกลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทางสังคมและจิตวิทยาที่มีผลต่อการออกกำลังกาย และศึกษาการเปลี่ยนแปลงของความตั้งใจในการออกกำลังกายตามช่วงเวลาเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกสำหรับการพัฒนานโยบายที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
