The binding of a peptide antigen to a class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) protein is considered an essential process by which the immune system monitors infected cells. This mechanism has facilitated the development of peptide-based vaccines aimed at stimulating the patient's immune response for cancer treat-ment. Accurate prediction of peptide-MHC binding is therefore crucial for prioritizing optimal peptides tailored to individual patients. Nevertheless, many MHC alleles lack sufficient experimental data on peptide-MHC binding, which potentially constrains the accuracy of existing prediction models. The objective of the research is to explore the fan perception and fan engagement of “Bed Friend Series”. The research used In-depth interview method from 20 key informants from the fandom living in different countries. The research examines how fans perceive the series’ themes, characters, and storylines, as well as their interaction with its leading actors, Net Siraphop and James Su. Utilizing qualitative methods, twenty informants from diverse backgrounds were interviewed to understand their emotional connections and participatory behaviors across online and offline platforms. การคัดเลือกตัวแปรสำหรับข้อมูลทางพันธุศาสตร์ เป็นการคัดเลือกยีนเพียงจำนวนหนึ่งที่คาดว่าจะมีความสัมพันธ์กับฟีโนไทป์ที่สนใจ เนื่องจากโดยทั่วไปยีนแต่ละตัวมีจะความสัมพันธ์กัน งานวิจัยนี้เสนอวิธีการใช้การแจกแจงก่อนแบบ Ising (Ising Prior) สำหรับนำกราฟแบบมีทิศทาง (Directed Graph) มาร่วมในการประมาณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยที่มีมิติสูงและคัดเลือกตัวแปร ซึ่งงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการนำกราฟแบบมีทิศทางมาใช้ในการคัดเลือกตัวแปรและประมาณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยที่มีมิติสูง และ เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในการคัดเลือกตัวแปรเข้าตัวแบบของวิธีที่นำเสนอซึ่งใช้กราฟแบบมีทิศทาง กับวิธีที่ใช้กราฟแบบไม่มีทิศทาง และ ตัวแบบการถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบเบส์ และ วิธีการถดถอยลาสโซ ในงานวิจัยนี้ใช้ข้อมูลจริง Gene Expression ทำการทดสอบ 8 กรณี โดยมีขนาดตัวอย่าง เท่ากับ 200 จำนวนตัวแปรอิสระเท่ากับ 2000 และ 5000 ตามลำดับ ภายใต้สัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอย 2 กรณี จากยีน 10 โครงข่าย และอัตราส่วนสัญญาณต่อสัญญาณรบกวนเท่ากับ 1 และ 3 ตามลำดับ โดยทำซ้ำแต่ละกรณีจำนวน 100 ครั้ง ในการศึกษานี้มุ่งเน้นประสิทธิภาพในการคัดเลือกตัวแปรของตัวแบบและเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการคัดเลือกตัวแปรในแต่ละตัวแบบ ซึ่งเปรียบเทียบด้วยค่าความแม่นยำ (Precision) ค่าความระลึก (Recall) ค่าความจำเพาะ(Specificity) อัตราความผิดพลาดในการตรวจจับเชิงบวก (False Positive Rate) และอัตราความผิดพลาดในการตรวจจับเชิงลบ (False Negative Rate) พบว่า วิธีการนำกราฟแบบมีทิศทางมาใช้ในการคัดเลือกตัวแปรสามารถคัดเลือกตัวแปรเข้าตัวแบบและประมาณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยได้แม่นยำสำหรับกรณีที่สัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยบางตัวในโครงข่ายไม่เท่ากับศูนย์ และให้ค่าความจำเพาะสูงสุด นอกจากนี้สามารถคัดเลือกตัวแปรที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าตัวแบบน้อยที่สุด เพราะฉะนั้น วิธีการนำกราฟแบบมีทิศทางมาใช้ในการคัดเลือกตัวแปรมีประสิทธิภาพในการคัดเลือกยีนที่เหมาะสมเข้าตัวแบบในกรณีที่กำหนดให้ยีนบางตัวในโครงข่ายไม่เท่ากับศูนย์ได้ดีกว่าวิธีอื่น และ ยังมีความสามารถในคัดเลือกยีนที่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับฟีโนไทป์เข้าตัวแบบน้อยที่สุดอีกด้วย

Background: Portal venous circulating tumor cells (CTCs) detection may better reflect vascular metastasis and predict micro-metastasis risk in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) than peripheral blood. We hypothesize that portal CTCs could better represent micro-metastasis and predict survival in PDAC patients. Methods: We conducted a single-center, prospective interventional cohort study of patients with stage I-III PDAC between January 2020 and September 2021, with followed up until February 2024. Portal venous blood was obtained via endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided sampling, and peripheral blood was collected on the same day. This research explores the perception of Indonesian gay men toward Thailand as a gay-friendly destination. This study employs a qualitative approach, conducting in-depth interviews with 15 respondents aged 18 to 45 who identify as Indonesian gay individuals and have traveled to Thailand at least once, engaging in gay-related activities during their visit. The findings indicate that Indonesian gay men perceived Thailand favorably as a gay-friendly destination, due to its welcoming and progressive atmosphere. This research investigates the influence of out-of-home (OOH) advertising value on consumer attitudes and purchase intention towards Samsung smartphones. Data were collected via an online survey from 304 male and female respondents, aged 25 to 60 years, residing in Bangkok, who had encountered at least one of Samsung's OOH advertisements, including outdoor, transit, and in-store advertisements, in the past week. The central pathogenesis to this process are orbital fibroblasts (GOF), which express autoantigen, thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR). However, there are limitations in preclinical models for studying the pathogenesis and drug discovery of GO, which poses challenges for developing effective treatment options. This thesis presents innovative deep learning models designed to enhance the efficiency of solving linear programming, transportation, and traveling salesman problems. The first model, LP-Net, predicts the binding optimal constraints in linear programming problems, achieving faster solution times compared to traditional solvers like CPLEX. The second model, Transport-Net, predicts optimal basic feasible arcs for transportation problems, demonstrating significant speedups and superior scalability over both CPLEX and Gurobi in large-scale instances. The third model, TSP-Net, addresses the traveling salesman problem by predicting an initial near-optimal tour, outperforming Gurobi and genetic algorithms in computational efficiency. Cultural Intelligence (CQ) has gained prominence as a vital attribute for organizational managers, encompassing their ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts effectively. However, despite its acknowledged significance, the relationships among its dimensions need to be better understood. This paper contributes to the existing CQ literature in two ways. First, we propose a model of CQ that integrates elements from previous conceptualizations, separating the motivational component. Our proposed framework retains the metacognitive, cognitive, and behavioral CQ dimensions but does not assume predefined relationships among them. The CKM quark mixing matrix has recently been shown to deviate from unitarity in the top row, motivating the development of alternative extractions of the first element. Despite the extensive research successes and continuous developments in modern medicine in terms of diagnosis, prevention, and treatment, the lack of clinically useful disease-modifying drugs or immunotherapeutic agents that can successfully treat or prevent neurodegenerative diseases is an ongoing challenge. To date, only one of the 244 drugs in clinical trials for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases has been approved in the past decade, indicating a failure rate of 99.6%. The phenomenon of microaggressions is well established within the counseling literature, particularly as it relates to race, ethnicity, gender, and affectual orientation. However, research related to disability or ableist microaggressions is still in its infancy, so counseling professionals have limited information about experiences of disability and ableist microaggressions. The purpose of this qualitative content analysis was to describe participants’ self-reported experiences with ableist microaggressions. Participants (N = 90) had a diagnosed disability and the majority (91.11%) identified as having two or more nondominant identities beyond their disability. We report two categories and 10 themes. Microaggressions are commonplace overt and covert forms of discrimination that convey disparaging messages to individuals who hold marginalized identities, including people with disabilities (PWD). Although PWD are a prevalent nondominant identity group in the United States, little is known about the occurrence of ableist microaggressions in this culturally diverse community, including how ableist microaggressions are experienced based on disability characteristics and other nondominant identities. Direct in vivo measurements of spinal stability are not possible, leaving computational estimations (such as dynamic time series and structural analyses) as the feasible option. However, differences between different stability assessment approaches and metrics remain unclear. To explore this, we asked 32 participants to perform 35 cycles of repetitive lifts with and without load (4/2.6 kg for males/females).
