Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksa­nakan adalah dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian siswa kelas VI A SDN Lowokwaru 3 berjumlah 28 siswa Indikator keberhasilan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada penelitian dilihat dari siswa tuntas KKM dengan nilai 75. Abstract: Due to the complex task, tight coupling, strict timing, and a large amount of interchange data, the technical threshold of automated testing of bus communication equipment software is high, and the implementation is difficult. The ideas of data-driven testing and keyword-driven testing are introduced, and a data simulation testing framework is proposed. Configuration rules are formulated and implemented in the framework. Background: Lengthy therapeutic regimens in leprosy are prone to defaults, contributing to more antibiotic-resistant Mycobacterium. Intervening patients’ medical habits midway would be more complicated than understanding their perception of undergoing such regimens in advance. We study the factors considered relevant to leprosy patients’ compliance to construct a novel self-reporting questionnaire that can predict the patients’ adherence before initiating multidrug therapy.

AIMS: Mutations in the DSP gene encoding desmoplakin, a constituent of the desmosomes at the intercalated discs (IDs), cause a phenotype that spans arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM) and dilated cardiomyopathy. It is typically characterized by biventricular enlargement and dysfunction, myocardial fibrosis, cell death, and arrhythmias. The canonical wingless-related integration (cWNT)/β-catenin pathway is implicated in the pathogenesis of ACM. The β-catenin is an indispensable co-transcriptional regulator of the cWNT pathway and a member of the IDs. We genetically inactivated or activated β-catenin to determine its role in the pathogenesis of desmoplakin cardiomyopathy.

The study focused on establishing the knowledge, attitude, and behavior of Grade 12 learners about teenage pregnancy (TP). The study was conducted among students from different high schools in Los Baños, Laguna. As a municipality, Los Baños has manifested a relatively high case of TP over the last 10 years from 2009 to 2018.
