Biomass, with its high cellulosic content, represented renewable source capable of being converted into essential platform chemicals like 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, levulinic acid, formic acid, and furfural. Currently, conversion of fructose to 5-HMF was achievable through various acid homogeneous catalysts. Although these catalysts yield higher outputs, they might pose challenges in recycling and corrosion issues. This thesis's novel approach involved preparing heterogeneous catalysts through pyrolysis and hydrothermal treatment of watermelon rind to create watermelon rind biochar (WB). การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้สตูดิโอเสมือนตามแนวคิดสตีมศึกษาร่วมกับการสอนโดยใช้ประเด็นทางสังคมที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการของการเรียนรู้ในสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้สตูดิโอเสมือนฯ จำนวน 396 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา การวิจัยและการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ จากนั้นนำผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA) และนำข้อมูลที่ได้ได้มาพัฒนาต้นแบบสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ฯ ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้สตูดิโอเสมือนฯ ระยะที่ 3 การศึกษาผลการใช้สภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้สตูดิโอเสมือนฯ จากตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 75 คน และระยะที่ 4 การประเมินรับรองสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้สตูดิโอเสมือน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Repeated Measured ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์จากการประเมินตนเองและการประเมินผลงานและกระบวนการทำงานโดยใช้เกณฑ์ประเมินรูบริคส์ ซึ่งผู้เรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยทั้งด้านการคิดแบบอเนกนัย (Divergent thinking) และคิดแบบเอกนัย (Convergent thinking) หลังเรียน สูงกว่าระหว่างเรียนและก่อนเรียน ตามลำดับ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แสดงให้เห็นว่าสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้สตูดิโอเสมือนฯ สามารถส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของผู้เรียนให้สูงขึ้น และจากการเก็บข้อมูลทั้งเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ สามารถสรุปได้ว่าต้นแบบสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้สตูดิโอเสมือนฯ ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ (1) My virtual studio (2) Group work (3) Experience (4) Exhibition showcase และ (5) Reflection สำหรับขั้นตอนการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย (1) Situation (2) Task (3) Uniqueness (4) Design (5) Illustration และ (6) Open-minded

ผลการจัดการเรียนรู้เคมีเน้นแบบจำลองที่มีต่อความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย, ฐิติรัตน์ ดีเสมอ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลองเบื้องต้นที่มีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพร่วมด้วย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบคะแนนความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนหลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้เคมีเน้นแบบจำลองเทียบกับเกณฑ์ และ (2) ศึกษาการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ระหว่างจัดการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 39 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้เคมีเน้นแบบจำลองและแบบวัดความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ นอกจากนี้ยังวิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลงการให้เหตุผลเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ระหว่างจัดการเรียนรู้จากแบบบันทึกกิจกรรม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้เคมีเน้นแบบจำลอง นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 44.74 คะแนน (ร้อยละ 71.02) แต่ไม่สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ร้อยละ 69 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยองค์ประกอบที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ การสร้างสมมติฐาน และการประเมินหลักฐาน ตามลำดับ และระหว่างจัดการเรียนรู้เคมีเน้นแบบจำลอง นักเรียนกลุ่มคะแนนสูง กลุ่มค่อนข้างสูง และกลุ่มปานกลาง เริ่มพบการเปลี่ยนแปลงการให้เหตุผลเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ดีขึ้นอย่างมีพัฒนาการในการจัดการเรียนรู้ครั้งที่ 2 4 และ 5 ตามลำดับ นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ใช้องค์ประกอบการให้เหตุผลเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แก่ การประเมินหลักฐาน การสร้างข้อสรุป และการสื่อสารและกลั่นกรอง ผ่านกระบวนการสร้างแบบจำลอง และสะท้อนความคิดเห็นต่อกระบวนการการสร้างแบบจำลองไปในทิศทางที่ดี

เอกัตศึกษานี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อหาแนวทางการพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน และยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ เนื่องจากการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้เกิดปัญหาสภาพแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่เสื่อมโทรม ดังนั้น จำเป็นจะต้องมีแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น จากแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนที่มีหลักการใช้ทรัพยากรให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพที่สุดควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม การศึกษานี้จึงต้องการพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมให้สอดล้องกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน และแนวทางตามยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ ซึ่งเป็นแผนการกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาประเทศ วิธีการศึกษาคือการศึกษาพระราชบัญญัติโรงงาน พ.ศ. 2535 ซึ่งเป็นกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่ได้นำหลักการของเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนมาปรับใช้ ทำให้สามารถวิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมในปัจจุบันที่สอดคล้องแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน โดยนำมาเปรียบเทียบกับตัวชี้วัดของแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน ตัวชี้วัดของแผนยุทธศาสตร์ชาติที่สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน และตัวชี้วัดกฎหมายส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนในสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ซึ่งเป็นประเทศที่มีกฎหมายส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนและประกาศใช้ตัวชี้วัดของกฎหมายอย่างเป็นทางการ ทำให้เป็นตัวอย่างในการเปรียบเทียบเพื่อหาแนวทางการพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดของกฎหมายโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมไทยที่สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนและยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ ผู้เขียนได้เสนอให้ใช้ตัวชี้วัดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งจะต้องสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนและยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ โดยครอบคลุมถึงกระบวนการทางอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งสามารถสรุปตัวชี้วัดเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ขั้นตอนการแสวงหาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ควรมีตัวชี้วัด คือ ผลิตภาพทรัพยากร 2) ขั้นตอนการเปลี่ยนวัสดุดิบและทรัพยากรธรรมชาติให้กลายเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ ควรมีตัวชี้วัด คือ อัตราการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากร อัตราการใช้ทรัพยากรต่อหน่วย GDP 3) ขั้นตอนการนำวัสดุและทรัพยากรที่เหลือใช้มาปรับผลผลิตให้กลายเป็นวัตถุดิบหรือทรัพยากรขั้นทุติยภูมิ ควรมีตัวชี้วัด คือ อัตราการใช้ทรัพยากรขั้นทุติยภูมิ อัตราการรีไซเคิลทรัพยากรทุติยภูมิ อัตราการใช้ประโยชน์วัสดุหมุนเวียนในการเพิ่มมูลค่าอุตสาหกรรม ปริมาณการฟื้นตัวของทรัพยากรหมุนเวียน4) ขั้นตอนการกลับคืนสู่ธรรมชาติของทรัพยากร ควรมีตัวชี้วัด คือ ปริมาณการกำจัดขยะสิ่งปฏิกูลหรือวัสดุที่ไม่ใช้แล้วอย่างปลอดภัย ปริมาณการปล่อยมลพิษที่สำคัญ จำนวนประชาชนมีจิตสาธารณะและรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม โดยตัวชี้วัดที่เป็นรูปธรรมชัดเจนที่คำนึงถึงการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จะทำให้มีเครื่องมือที่สามารถติดตามและประเมินผลทำให้เกิดการบรรลุผลตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ตามยุทธศาสตร์ชาติและความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ ในขณะเดียวกันก็เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรธรรมชาติควบคู่ไปกับการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม

เนื่องด้วยพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 มีผลบังคับใช้ อันส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินกิจกรรมการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลสำหรับการสรรหาบุคลากรในงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล การสรรหาบุคลากรมีกิจกรรมการประมวลผล การเก็บรวบรวม ใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้สมัครงานและบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สมัครงาน อาทิ บุคคลอ้างอิง ญาติพี่น้อง นายจ้างเดิม ซึ่งข้อมูลเหล่านี้อาจรวมถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอ่อนไหวอันเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่อาจเปิดเผยต่อสาธารณชนได้ จึงมีความจำเป็นต้องศึกษาหาแนวทางเพื่อแยกแยะและคัดกรองข้อมูลกิจกรรมการประมวลผล การเก็บรวบรวม ใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคคลเหล่านั้นให้สอดคล้องกับประโยชน์อันชอบธรรม สำหรับการสรรหาบุคลากร ดังความแห่งพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 โดยใช้ฐานในการประมวลผลให้เกิดความชอบธรรม มิให้กิจการหรือผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเก็บข้อมูลซึ่งไม่สอดคล้องต่อการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้หลักจำกัดด้วยวัตถุประสงค์ตามความชอบธรรมของกิจการ

เอกัตศึกษาฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษากฎหมายเกี่ยวกับเครื่องหมายการค้าที่ถูกนำมาใช้ในงานศิลปะดิจิทัลอันเป็นการกระทำละเมิดสิทธิในเครื่องหมายการค้าหรืออาจได้รับความคุ้มครองตามหลักเสรีภาพในการแสดงออกทางความคิด (Freedom of Expression) เพียงใด และสิทธิแต่เพียงผู้เดียวของเจ้าของเครื่องหมายการค้า (Exclusive Right) ที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองในสินค้าที่เป็นทรัพย์สินที่จับต้องได้ควรขยายครอบคลุมถึงสินค้าในโลกเสมือน (Virtual product) ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งไม่มีรูปร่างหรือไม่ นอกจากนี้หากการสร้างงานขึ้นมาใหม่ของศิลปินนั้นส่งผลให้เจ้าของเครื่องหมายการค้าได้รับความเสียหายซึ่งมักเกิดขึ้นกับเครื่องหมายการค้าที่มีชื่อเสียงหรือเป็นที่รู้จักโดยทั่วไปของสาธารณชน (well-known mark) โดยอาจทำให้เครื่องหมายการค้านั้นเสื่อมเสียชื่อเสียงได้ การสร้างความสมดุลระหว่างเสรีภาพในการแสดงออกทางความคิดซึ่งเป็นสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐานของประชาชนกับการให้ความคุ้มครองเครื่องหมายการค้าที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อคุ้มครองผลกำไรและชื่อเสียงทางการค้าของเจ้าของเครื่องหมายการค้าและคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคไม่ให้ถูกหลอกลวงจากการค้าที่ไม่เป็นธรรมหรือคุ้มครองเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความสับสนหลงผิดของประชาชนทั่วไปจึงเป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่ต้องพิจารณาผู้เขียนได้เสนอให้ปรับปรุงแก้ไขบทบัญญัติตามพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายการค้า พ.ศ. 2534 บางประการรวมทั้งนำเสนอแนวทางการวินิจฉัยคดีเกี่ยวกับเครื่องหมายการค้าที่อยู่ในงานศิลปะดิจิทัล เพื่อให้การปรับใช้และการตีความกฎหมายให้เป็นไปอย่างชัดเจน สอดคล้องกับหลักเสรีภาพในการแสดงออก(freedom of expression) โดยพิจารณาถึงความเกี่ยวข้องทางศิลปะกับผลงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและไม่ได้ทำให้เข้าใจผิดอย่างชัดเจนเกี่ยวกับแหล่งที่มาของเนื้อหาของงานเพื่อคุ้มครองศิลปินในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานและไม่เป็นการผูกขาดสิทธิแต่เพียงผู้เดียวของเจ้าของเครื่องหมายการค้า

เอกัตศึกษาเล่มนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางกำหนดเนื้อหาของสัญญาซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิต หรือสิทธิการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก คาร์บอนเครดิตเป็นวัตถุไม่มีรูปร่างชนิดหนึ่งที่สามารถนำมาซื้อขายกันได้ในฐานะวัตถุแห่งสัญญาซื้อขายตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ จากการศึกษาพบว่า คาร์บอนเครดิตมีลักษณะแตกต่างจากทรัพย์สินตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์หลายประการ เช่น คาร์บอนเครดิตไม่อาจกำหนดจำนวนได้แน่นอน ผู้ขายอาจไม่มีกรรมสิทธิ์ขณะทำสัญญา ราคาคาร์บอนเครดิตมีความผันผวนสูงคล้ายหุ้นในตลาดหลักทรัพย์จึงไม่อาจกำหนดราคาแน่นอนได้ในขณะทำสัญญา การส่งมอบหรือโอนคาร์บอนเครดิตจะถือว่าสมบูรณ์ต่อเมื่อคาร์บอนเครดิตได้โอนเข้าบัญชีนายทะเบียนของผู้ซื้อและได้รับการยืนยันจากหน่วยงานทางทะเบียนเรียบร้อยแล้ว ในกรณีการซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิตผ่านตลาดซื้อขายล่วงหน้าหรือศูนย์การซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิตมักไม่มีการส่งมอบสินค้ากันจริง และผู้ซื้อมักเป็นนักเก็งกำไร ซึ่งไม่ได้ประสงค์ในกรรมสิทธิ์หรือครอบครองหรือใช้ประโยชน์ในตัวสินค้า หากแต่มุ่งแสวงหากำไรจากส่วนต่างระหว่างราคาที่ทำสัญญาไว้กับราคาสินค้าจริง ณ วันหมดอายุของสัญญาเท่านั้นในปัจจุบัน ระบบกฎหมายของประเทศไทยยังไม่มีกฎหมายรองรับธุรกรรมการซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิตโดยเฉพาะ และไม่มีการออกกฎหมายลำดับรอง เช่น ประกาศ หรือข้อบังคับ หรือแนวทางในการกำหนดเนื้อหาสัญญาซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิตอย่างชัดเจน คู่สัญญาจึงอาจแสดงเจตนาเข้าทำสัญญา หรือกำหนดเนื้อหาของสัญญาได้ตามหลักเสรีภาพในการทำสัญญา อย่างไรก็ตาม การที่ไม่มีหลักเกณฑ์ในการกำหนดเนื้อหาของสัญญาซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิตให้ชัดเจน อาจก่อให้เกิดปัญหาเนื่องจากธุรกรรมการซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิตมีความซับซ้อน หากคู่สัญญาไม่มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจอย่างเพียงพอในการกำหนดเนื้อหาของคู่สัญญา อาจก่อให้เกิดความไม่เสมอภาคทั้งในข้อเท็จจริงและข้อกฎหมายได้ดังนั้น ผู้เขียนจึงมุ่งศึกษาเปรียบเทียบเนื้อหาของสัญญาซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิตตลอดจนกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องตามระบบซื้อขายสิทธิการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกของสหภาพยุโรปและสหราชอาณาจักร เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้เป็นแนวทางในการกำหนดเนื้อหาของสัญญาซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิตในประเทศไทยต่อไป

เอกัตศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา วิเคราะห์ ค้นหาแนวคิด ทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความผิดฐานสำแดงเท็จตามกฎหมายศุลกากรและมาตรการตามกฎหมายป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงิน เนื่องจากสถานการณ์การค้าระหว่างประเทศในปัจจุบันได้ก่อให้เกิดความเสี่ยงในการกระทำความผิดอาญาขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการหนีภาษีอากร การฟอกเงิน การสนับสนุนทางการเงินแก่การก่อการร้าย และอาชญากรรมทางการเงินประเภทต่าง ๆ นอกจากนั้น ยังพบว่ามีการนำเข้าและส่งออกโดยมีการออกบัญชีราคาสินค้าเป็นเท็จ (trade mis-invoicing) หรือการกำหนดราคาสินค้าเป็นเท็จ (trade-mispricing) ซึ่งเป็นอาชญากรรมทางการเงินโดยเป็นหนึ่งในวิธีการฟอกเงินผ่านการค้า (trade-based money laundering) โดยอาศัยประโยชน์จากบัญชีราคาสินค้ามาใช้ในการถ่ายโอนเงินตราข้ามพรมแดนด้วยวิธีการฉ้อฉลผ่านการสำแดงราคา ปริมาณ หรือ คุณภาพสินค้าไม่ตรงกับความเป็นจริง การออกบัญชีราคาสินค้าที่เป็นเท็จจึงอาจมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่แตกต่างกันออกไป เช่น การผสมปนเงินที่มีแหล่งที่มาผิดกฎหมายเข้ากับเงินที่มีแหล่งที่มาถูกกฎหมาย อย่างไรก็ตาม ความผิดฐานสำแดงเท็จตามพระราชบัญญัติศุลกากร พ.ศ. 2560 มีอัตราโทษต่ำไม่สามารถบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ในการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมได้ และพระราชบัญญัติป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงิน พ.ศ. 2542 มาตรา 3 (7) ได้กำหนดความผิดเกี่ยวกับการลักลอบหนีศุลกากรเป็นความผิดมูลฐานตามกฎหมายป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงินเท่านั้น โดยไม่รวมถึงความผิดฐานสำแดงเท็จตามกฎหมายศุลกากรผู้วิจัยจึงมุ่งศึกษาการกำหนดให้ความผิดฐานสำแดงเท็จตามกฎหมายศุลกากรเป็นความผิดมูลฐานตามกฎหมายป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงินซึ่งเป็นการป้องกันและปราบปรามการใช้ช่องทางการค้าระหว่างประเทศในการถ่ายโอนเงินตราซึ่งมีที่มาผิดกฎหมายข้ามพรมแดน และสามารถนำมาตรการเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงินมาใช้ในการจัดการกับทรัพย์สินของผู้กระทำความผิดได้เหมาะสมมากยิ่งขึ้น

การประกอบธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารในรูปแบบครัวระบบคลาวน์ หรือ Cloud Kitchen นั้น เป็นการประกอบธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารในรูปแบบใหม่ ซึ่งได้รับความนิยมเป็นอย่างมากในช่วงระยะเวลาภายหลังการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 มาจนถึงปัจจุบัน เนื่องจากเป็นธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารที่มุ่งเน้นจำหน่ายอาหารโดยการสั่งและจัดส่งผ่านช่องทางแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ เช่น ช่องทางฟู้ดเดลิเวอรี่ ไม่มีพื้นที่หน้าร้านให้ลูกค้าเข้าใช้บริการได้ และยังมีรูปแบบการประกอบธุรกิจที่ค่อนข้างหลากหลาย แตกต่างกันไปตามปัจจัยแวดล้อม แผนการดำเนินงาน และองค์ประกอบทางธุรกิจอื่นๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรูปแบบครัวระบบคลาวน์ซึ่งเป็นครัวเดี่ยว ซึ่งเป็นครัวที่มีผู้ประกอบกิจการเพียงแบรนด์เดียว สำหรับครัวเดียว หรือรูปแบบครัวระบบคลาวน์ซึ่งเป็นครัวรวม หรือ Shared Kitchen อันเป็นการใช้พื้นที่ครัว อุปกรณ์ วัตถุดิบ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก หรือผู้สัมผัสอาหารร่วมกันของหลายแบรนด์ธุรกิจร้านอาหาร หรือรูปแบบครัวระบบคลาวน์ซึ่งเป็นครัวที่ดำเนินการเตรียม ปรุง และจัดส่งอาหารโดยพนักงานของผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มรับและส่งอาหารนั้น เป็นต้นซึ่งเมื่อธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารมีความหลากหลาย มีการพัฒนาเปลี่ยนแปลงไป เกิดเป็นธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารในรูปแบบใหม่มากมาย ดังเช่นในรูปแบบครัวระบบคลาวน์ แต่ประเทศไทยกลับมีบทบัญญัติกฎหมายและแนวทางกำกับดูแลการประกอบธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารที่มุ่งเน้นใช้กำกับดูแลธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารในรูปแบบดั้งเดิม อันมีลักษณะเป็นธุรกิจร้านอาหารที่มีหน้าร้าน และมีรูปแบบการประกอบอาหารแบบครัวเดี่ยว โดยแนวทางกำกับดูแลธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารจะเป็นไปตามบังคับแห่งพระราชบัญญัติการสาธารณสุข พ.ศ. 2535 และกฎกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เรื่องสุขลักษณะของสถานที่จำหน่ายอาหาร พ.ศ. 2561 เป็นหลัก ทำให้ภาครัฐไม่สามารถบังคับใช้บทบัญญัติกฎหมายกับธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารได้อย่างครอบคลุมทั่วถึง อีกทั้งยังมีปัญหาความล้าหลังของบทบัญญัติกฎหมายที่ยังไม่มีบทบัญญัติกฎหมายหรือแนวทางกำกับดูแลการประกอบธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารที่เป็นรูปแบบใหม่นี้เป็นการเฉพาะ จนอาจมีช่องว่าง ไม่ชัดเจน ไม่สอดคล้อง และไม่ครอบคลุมเพียงพอกับการกำกับดูแลธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารที่มีความหลากหลายในปัจจุบัน โดยเฉพาะในรูปแบบครัวระบบคลาวน์ ทำให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจอาจอาศัยช่องว่างจากความไม่ชัดเจน ไม่สอดคล้องดังกล่าวดำเนินธุรกิจเหล่านั้นจนเกิดเป็นประเด็นปัญหาในหลายมิติ อีกทั้งยังส่งผลกระทบต่อผู้บริโภคซึ่งเลือกซื้ออาหารผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ซึ่งเตรียมและปรุงอาหารผ่านครัวระบบคลาวน์ โดยเฉพาะในรูปแบบครัวรวมผู้เขียนจึงได้จัดทำเอกัตศึกษาฉบับนี้ขึ้นโดยศึกษาเปรียบเทียบบทบัญญัติกฎหมายและแนวทางกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารในรูปแบบครัวระบบคลาวน์ในประเทศไทย ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และประเทศสิงคโปร์ โดยมุ่งเน้นศึกษาในส่วนของข้อกำหนดด้านสุขอนามัย ความปลอดภัยอาหาร หลักปฏิบัติ หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจให้บริการและผู้ใช้บริการครัวระบบคลาวน์ ตลอดจนการให้ความคุ้มครองและความเชื่อมั่นแก่ผู้บริโภคในการพิจารณาเลือกซื้ออาหารซึ่งเตรียมและปรุงผ่านครัวระบบคลาวน์ โดยเฉพาะในรูปแบบครัวรวมที่มีการใช้พื้นที่ร่วมกันของร้านอาหารหลากหลายแบรนด์ ทั้งนี้ ผู้เขียนพบว่าธุรกิจธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารในรูปแบบครัวระบบคลาวน์นั้นควรมีแนวทางในการกำกับดูแลเป็นการเฉพาะ ในหลายมิติ ทั้งด้านการกำหนดนิยามและแนวทางกำกับดูแลที่ชัดเจน การปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขแนวทางการขออนุญาตประกอบกิจการ และแนวทางคุ้มครองและให้ความเชื่อมั่นแก่ผู้บริโภคจากการเลือกสั่งซื้ออาหารจากครัวระบบคลาวน์ โดยการแสดงข้อมูลเบื้อต้น อันได้แก่ สถานที่ตั้งครัวระบบคลาวน์ ครัวที่ทำการปรุงอาหารนั้นโดยแท้จริงในกรณีที่อาหารนั้นได้รับการปรุงผ่านครัวของแบรนด์ร้านอาหารหรือครัวอื่นที่มิใช่แบรนด์ที่ผู้บริโภคตัดสินใจสั่งซื้ออาหาร ตลอดจนแสดงผลการปฏิบัติตามแนวทางกำกับดูแลของครัวระบบคลาวน์นั้นว่าดำเนินการถูกต้องเหมาะสมเพียงใด เพื่อสร้างความไว้วางใจให้ผู้บริโภคผ่านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและมีมาตรฐาน ซึ่งจะทำให้ผู้บริโภคได้เลือกซื้อและบริโภคอาหารที่ปลอดภัย ถูกสุขอนามัย ลดความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดต่อผลกระทบทางด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ อีกทั้งยังช่วยให้หน่วยงานภาครัฐสามารถกำกับดูแลธุรกิจจำหน่ายอาหารในรูปแบบครัวระบบคลาวน์ได้อย่างชัดเจนและครอบคลุม

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้บันเทิงคดีโดยประยุกต์ใช้ระบบของสตานิสลาฟสกี สำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย และ2) ศึกษาผลการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้บันเทิงคดีโดยประยุกต์ใช้ระบบของสตานิสลาฟสกีที่มีต่อการอ่านวิเคราะห์ของนักเรียนประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย ตัวอย่างวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนสาธิตสังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐแห่งหนึ่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 39 คน ใช้เวลาในการทดลอง 10 คาบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบวัดการอ่านวิเคราะห์ของนักเรียน ก่อนและหลังการทดลอง แผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้บันเทิงคดีโดยประยุกต์ใช้ระบบของสตานิสลาฟสกี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ขั้นตอนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้บันเทิงคดีโดยประยุกต์ใช้ระบบของสตานิสลาฟสกีสำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาตอนปลายมี 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (1) วิเคราะห์โครงเรื่องตามองค์ประกอบ (2) วิเคราะห์ภูมิหลังและแรงผลักดันของตัวละคร (3) สร้างจินตนาการเกี่ยวกับฉากและวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของฉาก (4) วิเคราะห์แก่นเรื่อง และ (5) เชื่อมโยงประสบการณ์เข้ากับเนื้อเรื่อง และ2) ผลการทดลองใช้ขั้นตอนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ พบว่านักเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการอ่านวิเคราะห์หลังจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้สูงกว่าก่อนจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

In this study, chitosan microneedles were prepared by incorporating polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in three different ratios (1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 chitosan: polymers) to control drug release. The reliable operation of power grids during cascading failures is heavily dependent on the interdependencies between the power grid components and the supporting communications and control networks. Moreover, the system operators' expertise in dealing with cascading failures can play a pivotal role during contingencies. In this paper, a dynamical probabilistic model is developed based on Markov-chains, which captures the dynamics of cascading failures in the power grid. INTRODUCTION: Preclinical Alzheimer's disease (AD) affects a significant proportion of cognitively unimpaired (CU) older adults. Currently, blood-based biomarkers detect very early changes in the AD continuum with great accuracy.

METHODS: We measured baseline plasma phosphorylated tau (p-tau)181 using electrochemiluminescence (ECL)-based assay (MesoScale Discovery) in 533 CU older adults. Follow-up lasted up to 18 months. Cognitive performance assessment included memory and cognitive control. Structural brain measures included cortical thickness, which includes the AD magnetic resonance imaging (AD MRI) signature, and hippocampal volume.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this project was to implement a process for learner-driven, formative, prospective, ad-hoc, entrustment assessment in Doctor of Physical Therapy clinical education. Our goals were to develop an innovative entrustment assessment tool, and then explore whether the tool detected (1) differences between learners at different stages of development and (2) differences within learners across the course of a clinical education experience. INTRODUCTION: Human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs) are transcriptionally-active remnants of ancient retroviral infections that may play a role in Alzheimer's disease.

METHODS: We combined two, publicly available RNA-Seq datasets with a third, novel dataset for a total cohort of 103 patients with Alzheimer's disease and 45 healthy controls. We use telescope to perform HERV quantification for these samples and simultaneously perform gene expression analysis.

RESULTS: We identify differentially expressed genes and differentially expressed HERVs in Alzheimer's disease patients. Differentially expressed HERVs are scattered throughout the genome; many of them are members of the HERV-K superfamily. A number of HERVs are correlated …
