ปัจจุบัน มีการใช้ข้อมูลเกษตรกรรมในระบบเกษตรอัจฉริยะอย่างแพร่หลาย วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎี กฎหมาย มาตรฐาน และแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับ การคุ้มครองข้อมูลเกษตรกรรมในระบบเกษตรอัจฉริยะ รวมถึงปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการเข้าถึงและการใช้ข้อมูลเกษตรกรรมในระบบเกษตรอัจฉริยะทั้งโดยภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน โดยศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างโครงการที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกองทุนพัฒนาดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ในกรอบนโยบายด้านการเกษตร ผลการศึกษาได้แสดงให้เห็นว่ายังไม่ปรากฏว่ามีผู้ให้บริการระบบเกษตรอัจฉริยะรายใดที่ดำเนินการอย่างมีความชัดเจนและปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย มาตรฐาน และแนวปฏิบัติที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้ตามสมควรจึงจำเป็นต้องมีกฎหมายและนโยบายที่สอดคล้องกับข้อเท็จจริงที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน และเป็นไปตามแนวทางสากล เข้ามากำกับดูแล โดยเฉพาะในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับการเข้าถึงและการใช้ข้อมูล ความเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูล วัตถุประสงค์ของการใช้ข้อมูล ความเป็นส่วนตัว และความมั่นคงปลอดภัย

Abstract: Improper solid waste management is a critical issue in developing nations but lacks proper infrastructure in rural areas. This study investigates the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) of solid waste management in Londhe-Krishnapuri, a rural community in Jalgaon district, India. Currently, no formal waste management system, so this study explores residents' understanding, views, and methods on waste disposal which will help identify gaps in waste disposal awareness and practices. Introduction: Diarrhoeal diseases are the second leading killer of children under five years old in The Gambia, causing approximately 9% of deaths.Objective: To investigate the factors associated with diarrhoea among children less than 5 years old in the GambiaMethodology: The study utilized secondary data from the 2019/2020 Gambia Demographic Health Survey (GDHS). Amidst the rapid advancement of industrialization and urgent demands from both domestic and international economic environments, China has officially entered a historic period of economic transition and demographic dividend shift. This study aims to explore the impact of demographic factors on China’s industrialization process and identify how shifts in the demographic and human capital components have influenced regional industrialization patterns in China over the past 25 years. การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อหาแนวทางการออกแบบประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้สำหรับแอปพลิเคชันอีมาร์เก็ตเพลสเพื่อธุรกิจไฮเปอร์โลคัลบนอุปกรณ์ประเภทสมาร์ตโฟนสำหรับกลุ่มเจเนอเรชันวาย โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่การหาแนวทางการออกแบบโครงร่าง ซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญในกระบวนการออกแบบประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้ เพื่อที่จะนำคำตอบไปใช้เป็นพื้นฐานในการออกแบบทางภาพในกระบวนการออกแบบส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้ โดยดำเนินการวิจัยอิงไปตามกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ โดยตั้งต้นจากการวิจัยผู้ใช้ไปสู่กระบวนการวิจัยสร้างสรรค์ และนำผลงานการออกแบบโครงร่างไปทดสอบการใช้งานกับกลุ่มผู้ใช้เป้าหมายเป็นระยะ จากนั้นนำต้นแบบโครงร่างมาใช้ในการสร้างต้นแบบของแอปพลิเคชันโดยเลือกย่านถนนจันทน์เป็นกรณีศึกษา และใช้แนวคิดอัตลักษณ์ถิ่นที่ในการวิเคราะห์ย่านเป้าหมาย เพื่อหาแนวทางการกำหนดบุคลิกภาพและการใช้องค์ประกอบทางเรขศิลป์เพื่อแสดงถึงการประยุกต์ใช้คำตอบของงานวิจัยมาใช้ในการออกแบบจริง โดยได้คำตอบตามวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยดังนี้ วัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 1 ได้คำตอบออกมาเป็นแนวทางการออกแบบประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้ คือ 1) เน้นความง่าย มีองค์ประกอบเท่าที่จำเป็น ให้ข้อมูลครบถ้วน และเอื้อต่อการกวาดสายตาดูเร็ว ๆ 2) ลำดับข้อมูล และองค์ประกอบเชิงโต้ตอบเป็นสัดส่วนสมเหตุสมผล การทำงานของสายตาและนิ้วหัวแม่มือสอดคล้องกัน 3) เอื้อต่อการใช้งานด้วยมือข้างเดียว และ 4) ให้ประสบการณ์ที่ดีในการใช้งาน วัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 2 ได้คำตอบเป็นแนวทางการออกแบบโครงร่างแอปพลิเคชัน โดยได้ผลลัพธ์เป็นต้นแบบโครงร่างที่แสดงถึงการประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดและทฤษฎี 3 กลุ่มในการออกแบบ ได้แก่ 1) แนวคิดทางการยศาสตร์ด้านกายภาพ 2) แนวคิดทางการยศาสตร์ด้านการมองเห็น และ 3) แนวคิดทางจิตวิทยา วัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 3 ได้ต้นแบบของแอปพลิเคชันที่แสดงตัวอย่างการประยุกต์ใช้โครงร่างในการออกแบบจริง

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแบ่งประเภทบุคลิกภาพต่างๆ ของวิสาหกิจรายย่อย (Micro Enterprise) ของไทยโดยใช้แนวคิดแบบทดสอบประเภทบุคลิกภาพ Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) ซึ่งนิยามตาม (สสว. ฉบับที่ 3, 2563) วิสาหกิจรายย่อย (Micro Enterprise) หมายถึงธุรกิจขนาดเล็กที่มีจำนวนการจ้างงานไม่เกิน 5 คน และมีรายได้ต่อปีไม่เกิน 1.8 ล้านบาท ส่วน MBTI หมายถึงแบบทดสอบประเภทบุคลิกภาพของไมเออร์ส-บริกส์ (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) เป็นเครื่องมือประเมินบุคลิกภาพที่แบ่งคนออกเป็น 16 ประเภท ถูกพัฒนาโดย Katharine Cook Briggs และ Isabel Briggs Myers โดยอ้างอิงทฤษฎีของ Carl Jung งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งแบ่งประเภทบุคลิกภาพของวิสาหกิจรายย่อยไทยโดยประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิด MBTI ผ่านวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเอกสาร การสนทนากลุ่ม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยแบ่งบุคลิกภาพออกเป็น 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ แม่ค้ามือทอง พ่อค้าหน้าหยก พ่อค้าอินดี้ และแม่ค้าปากแจ๋ว โดยมีการพรรณนาคุณสมบัติของแต่ละประเภทเพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถเชื่อมโยงและประยุกต์ใช้กับตนเองได้ ผลการวิจัยนี้นำไปสู่การพัฒนารูปแบบมาตรฐาน (เทมเพลต) สื่อดิจิทัลสำหรับวิสาหกิจรายย่อยไทย และมีประโยชน์ในการช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการเข้าใจตนเองมากขึ้น อีกทั้งยังเป็นแนวทางสำหรับหน่วยงานภาครัฐในการออกแบบนโยบายสนับสนุนที่เหมาะสม ตลอดจนสร้างความเข้าใจใหม่เกี่ยวกับความหลากหลายของบุคลิกภาพผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจรายย่อยในประเทศไทย ซึ่งสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจรายย่อยไทยให้เติบโตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องกับศักยภาพและบุคลิกภาพของผู้ประกอบการแต่ละราย

แบรนด์ที่มีเป้าหมายการเล่าเรื่องของแบรนด์ที่ชัดเจน รวมถึงเลือกการใช้วิธีดำเนินการเล่าเรื่องของแบรนด์ที่เหมาะสมสามารถช่วยให้แบรนด์สื่อสารกับผู้บริโภคได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ แต่อย่างไรก็ตามแบรนด์ส่วนใหญ่ยังขาดวิธีดำเนินการเล่าเรื่องเพื่อการออกแบบสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ต่างๆ ได้อย่างเหมาะสม วิจัยเล่มนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อระบุเป้าหมายการเล่าเรื่องของแบรนด์ที่เหมาะสมในการสร้างข้อมูลเชิงภาพ (2) เพื่อหาวิธีดำเนินการเล่าเรื่องที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละประเภทของเป้าหมายการเล่าเรื่องของแบรนด์ และ (3) เพื่อสร้างแนวทางการออกแบบข้อมูลเชิงภาพจากเป้าหมายการเล่าเรื่องของแบรนด์ โดยผู้วิจัยชิ้นนี้ดำเนินการในรูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมกับการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่มในรูปแบบกึ่งโครงสร้างกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลสรุปงานวิจัยพบว่า 6 เป้าหมายการเล่าเรื่องของแบรนด์ ได้แก่ (1) เป้าหมายการเล่าเรื่องของแบรนด์เพื่อให้องค์ความรู้ (2) เพื่อการอธิบาย (3) เพื่อให้ความบันเทิง (4) เพื่อแสดงความเอาใจใส่ หรือ การเห็นอกเห็นใจ (5) เพื่อให้สำรวจและสืบค้นเอง และ (6) เพื่อรับรองและสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือ ซึ่งสามารถนำมาเชื่อมโยงกับวิธีดำเนินการเล่าเรื่องเพื่อหาแนวทางการออกแบบข้อมูลเชิงภาพที่หลายหลายและเหมาะสมกับข้อมูลนั้นๆ ของแบรนด์ได้ โดยในขั้นตอนการออกแบบจำเป็นตั้งต้นจากเป้าหมายการเล่าเรื่องของแบรนด์และอัตลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ โดยผลของงานวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถอำนวยความสะดวกแก่นักออกแบบและผู้รับผิดชอบแบรนด์ในการออกแบบข้อมูลเชิงภาพและสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ในรูปแบบต่างๆ ของแบรนด์ต่อไป

งานวิจัยการออกแบบเรขศิลป์เพื่อศูนย์ไลฟ์สไตล์ผู้มีภาวะเบาหวานมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกลยุทธ์และแนวทางการออกแบบเรขศิลป์เพื่อศูนย์ไลฟ์สไตล์ผู้มีภาวะเบาหวาน โดยมีขั้นตอนวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย 1) รวบรวมและศึกษาจากกลุ่มเป้าหมายผู้มีภาวะโรคเบาหวาน และ ไลฟ์สไตล์เซ็นเตอร์ 2) สร้างเครื่องมือวิจัยสำหรับสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายและพฤติกรรมการเข้าใช้งานไลฟ์สไตล์เซ็นเตอร์ 3) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของกลุ่มเป้าหมายและหลักการออกแบบเรขศิลป์ที่ให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการออกแบบเรขศิลป์เป็นผู้คัดเลือกเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่นำมาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบที่เหมาะสม สรุปผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลยุทธ์ในการออกแบบเรขศิลป์เพื่อศูนย์ไลฟ์สไตล์ผู้มีภาวะเบาหวาน สารที่ต้องการจะสื่อคือ ความสะดวกสะบายที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างสมดุล (Convenience which keep balance) และ บุคลิกภาพและอารมณ์ที่ต้องการจะสื่อ คือ Lively, Healthy และ Amusing 2) แนวทางการออกแบบเรขศิลป์ที่เหมาะสม คือ การออกแบบอัตลักษณ์สำหรับแบรนด์ศูนย์ไลฟ์สไตล์ผู้มีภาวะเบาหวาน และ คู่มือสำหรับการใช้งานระบบอัตลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ ด้านการออกแบบกราฟิก คือ Colorful Minimalism ด้านการออกแบบโลโก้ คือ Bright, Bold and Colorful ด้านการออกแบบฟอนต์ คือ Sans Serif และ ด้านการออกแบบระบบป้าย คือ Interactive and digital signage

This independent study aims to explore and examine how community arts and cultural events are shaped by boundaries and binds. Boundaries, drawn by partition and geopolitics, and binds set by religion, economic, elitist (traditionalist/conservative), or social hierarchy, create new subcultures (minorities) in their areas of settlement. Centuries of colonialism and turmoil at borderlines have given birth to dispersed and displaced communities. Existing studies have often situated Thailand within the context of the global middle class's retreat from democracy to understand democratization in Thailand. However, this approach fails to account adequately for the oscillating behavior of the Thai middle class between support for and opposition to democracy. This study argues that analyses of democratization benchmarked against Western democracy have long ignored changes in power structures and ideological discourses within Thailand's conservative forces. Therefore, this study undertakes a longitudinal analysis of Thai-style democracy, which has featured an anti-democratic face since 1932. บริษัทต่างๆทั่วโลก ปรับตัวด้วยการบังคับใช้นโยบาย Remote Work หรือการทำงานระยะไกล ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรูปแบบ Work-From-Home (WFH) รวมไปถึง Work-From-Anywhere (WFA) จึงทำให้เกิดกลุ่มคนที่เรียกตนเองว่า Remote Workers ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกลุ่มชาวไทยรูปแบบ Home Base หรือชาวต่างชาติรูปแบบ Host Base จะเป็นพนักงานบริษัท (Employee) ฟรีแลนซ์ (Freelance) หรือทำธุรกิจส่วนตัว (Entrepreneur) พวกเขาสามารถทำงานระยะไกลจากที่ไหนบนโลกก็ได้ สามารถทำงานได้โดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขของสถานที่และเวลาในการทำงาน เมื่อมีทำงานระยะไกลจากในประเทศไทยให้แก่นายจ้างหรือผู้ว่าจ้างในต่างประเทศ กลุ่ม Remote Workers ต่างก็ต้องคำนึงถึงประเด็นทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวกับคนเข้าเมืองและภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวกับภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น จากการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่ม Remote Workers มีเงินได้จากการทำงานระยะไกลจากในประเทศไทยให้แก่ต่างประเทศ จะต้องเสียภาษีเงินได้บนแหล่งเงินได้นอกประเทศเมื่อนำเงินได้ดังกล่าวเข้ามาในประเทศไทยตามบทบัญญัติมาตรา 41 วรรคสองและวรรคสาม แห่งประมวลรัษฎากร โดยกลุ่ม Remote Workers แต่ละรูปแบบมีเงินได้พึงประเมินตามมาตรา 40 ที่แตกต่างกันตามนิติสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้จ่ายและผู้รับ ได้แก่ เงินได้พึงประเมินตามมาตรา 40(1) สำหรับรูปแบบการจ้างงานแบบ Employee ส่วนรูปแบบการจ้างงานแบบฟรีแลนซ์ (Freelance) มีเงินได้พึงประเมินตามมาตรา 40(2) และรูปแบบการจ้างงานแบบผู้ประกอบการ (Entrepreneur) มีเงินได้พึงประเมินตามมาตรา 40(8) เป็นผลทำให้ Remote Workers แต่ละรูปแบบต้องใช้แบบแสดงรายการในการยื่นภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาที่แตกต่างกันตามประเภทเงินได้พึงประเมิน โดยการยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีนั้นผู้มีเงินได้สามารถเลือกยื่นได้ทั้งออนไลน์และกระดาษ แต่ทั้งสองรูปแบบยังคงเป็นอุปสรรคสำหรับกลุ่ม Remote Workers เนื่องจากไม่มีการแปลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ รวมไปถึงอุปสรรคในการดำเนินการและเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการขอมีเลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษีอีกด้วย ซึ่งการกรอกเอกสารต่าง ๆ ต้องเป็นภาษาไทย เพราะหากไม่มีเลข ฯ ก็จะไม่สามารถยื่นภาษีได้ ซึ่งเป็นข้อจำกัดทำให้ภาครัฐในฐานะผู้จัดเก็บภาษีไม่สามารถจัดเก็บรายได้เข้าคลังจากการจัดเก็บภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาของผู้เสียภาษีกลุ่มบุคคลดังกล่าว นอกจากนี้ วิธีการเสียภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาของประเทศไทยเป็นวิธีการประเมินตนเอง ( Self-Assessment) โดยผู้มีเงินได้มีหน้าที่แสดงประเภทเงินได้ จำนวนเงินได้ เพื่อคำนวณภาษีในการยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาด้วยตนเอง ผู้เงินได้โดยเฉพาะกลุ่ม Remote Workers ส่วนใหญ่ยังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักการจัดเก็บภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาของประเทศไทยซึ่งบัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 41 แห่งประมวลรัษฎากร ทำให้ Remote Workers ชาวต่างชาติไม่ทราบว่าเงินได้ที่ตนได้รับจากการทำงานระยะไกลให้แก่นายจ้างหรือผู้ว่าจ้างในต่างประเทศต้องเสียภาษีให้แก่ประเทศไทยหรือไม่ เสียตามหลักเกณฑ์ใด ในอัตราเท่าไหร่ และเสียอย่างไร นอกจากนี้ในทางปฏิบัติยังมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดเก็บภาษี เพราะถ้าผู้มีเงินได้ไม่แจ้งข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเงินได้ที่ตนได้รับจากแหล่งเงินได้ในต่างประเทศไว้ในแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา …

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มุ่งศึกษาภาพตัวแทนของเจ้านายไทยในประกาศเฉลิมพระยศเจ้านายตั้งแต่รัชสมัยพระบาทสมเด็จพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวถึงรัชกาลปัจจุบัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ภาพตัวแทนของเจ้านายไทย และกลวิธีทางวรรณศิลป์ในการนำเสนอภาพตัวแทนดังกล่าว รวมทั้งปัจจัยทางการเมืองและสังคมที่สัมพันธ์กับการนำเสนอภาพตัวแทนข้างต้น ข้อมูลที่ใช้ศึกษามาจากหนังสือ จดหมายเหตุเรื่องทรงตั้งพระบรมวงศานุวงศ์กรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ เล่ม 1-2 และประกาศเฉลิมพระยศเจ้านายในราชกิจจานุเบกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 301 องค์การศึกษาพบว่า ภาพตัวแทนสำคัญของเจ้านายไทยมี 2 ภาพ ได้แก่ (1) ภาพตัวแทนผู้ทรงกอปรด้วยพระคุณสมบัติและพระคุณลักษณะแห่งขัตติยวงศ์ ประกอบไปด้วยคุณสมบัติด้านพระชาติวุฒิ พระวัยวุฒิ และพระคุณวุฒิ และคุณลักษณะด้านความจงรักภักดีความเป็นที่รักและเคารพในหมู่พระราชวงศ์ และความมีพระอัธยาศัยดีและพระจริยวัตรงาม และ (2) ภาพตัวแทนผู้ทรงบำเพ็ญพระกรณียกิจอันเป็นประโยชน์ ประกอบไปด้วยภาพตัวแทนผู้ทรงวางรากฐานความเจริญและความทันสมัยให้แก่ชาติบ้านเมือง ผู้ทรงบำเพ็ญพระกรณียกิจต่อองค์พระมหากษัตริย์ ผู้ทรงบำบัดทุกข์บำรุงสุขของประชาชน รวมทั้งผู้ทรงบำเพ็ญพระกรณียกิจต่าง ๆ ด้วยพระปรีชาสามารถ พระวิริยอุตสาหะและความเสียสละเพื่อชาติและประชาชน ภาพตัวแทนดังกล่าวพบแตกต่างกันตามพระอิสริยยศของเจ้านายและวาระของการเฉลิมพระยศโดยมีทั้งลักษณะที่สืบเนื่องและมีพลวัตสัมพันธ์กับบริบททางประวัติศาสตร์ในแต่ละยุคสมัยด้านกลวิธีทางวรรณศิลป์ในการนำเสนอภาพตัวแทน การศึกษาพบว่ามี 2 ประการสำคัญ ได้แก่ (1) กลวิธีการเล่าเรื่อง ประกอบด้วยการเรียบเรียงเหตุการณ์ตามลำดับเวลา การคัดสรรเฉพาะเหตุการณ์บางตอนมานำเสนอ และการใช้ผู้เล่าเรื่องแบบรู้แจ้ง กลวิธีข้างต้นทำให้มีการนำเสนอภาพตัวแทนอันหลากหลาย และสอดคล้องกับวรรณกรรมชีวประวัติและวรรณกรรมเฉลิมพระเกียรติที่ประพันธ์ร่วมสมัยกัน และ (2) กลวิธีการใช้ภาษา ประกอบด้วยการใช้คำประดับ การใช้คำอย่างมีสัมผัส การใช้ศัพท์บาลีสันสกฤต และการซ้ำคำและความ กลวิธีดังกล่าวพบมากน้อยตามยุคสมัยและความคลี่คลายของการประพันธ์วรรณกรรมไทย กลวิธีนี้สอดคล้องกับทำนองเขียนแบบใช้ภาษาสูงและคำประพันธ์แบบกึ่งร้อยแก้วร้อยกรอง ซึ่งเอื้อต่อการนำเสนอภาพตัวแทนของเจ้านาย และยกสถานะของตัวบทให้ศักดิ์สิทธิ์สูงส่ง ทั้งยังสัมพันธ์กับวัตถุประสงค์ของการเผยแพร่ประกาศเฉลิมพระยศเจ้านายด้วยในด้านปัจจัยทางการเมืองและสังคมที่สัมพันธ์กับการนำเสนอภาพตัวแทน การศึกษาพบว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงมโนทัศน์เกี่ยวกับพระมหากษัตริย์และราชวงศ์ เวลา และสตรี รวมทั้งสถานการณ์ทางการเมืองในแต่ละยุค ส่งผลให้ภาพตัวแทนของเจ้านายบางภาพมีลักษณะที่สืบเนื่อง ได้แก่ ภาพตัวแทนผู้ทรงมีพระชาติวุฒิสูงและพระวัยวุฒิอันเหมาะสม และภาพตัวแทนอันแสดงพระคุณลักษณะต่าง ๆ ภาพตัวแทนที่มีรายละเอียดเปลี่ยนไปคือ ผู้ทรงมีพระคุณวุฒิอันเพียบพร้อมเหมาะสม ส่วนภาพตัวแทนที่มีพลวัตโดดเด่นคือผู้ทรงบำเพ็ญพระกรณียกิจอันเป็นประโยชน์ จากเดิมที่เน้นว่าเจ้านายทรงวางรากฐานความเจริญและความทันสมัยให้แก่บ้านเมือง เปลี่ยนมาเป็นผู้ทรงบำบัดทุกข์บำรุงสุขของประชาชน นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่าภาพตัวแทนของเจ้านายฝ่ายในผู้ทรงบำเพ็ญพระกรณียกิจดังกล่าวด้วยพระวิริยอุตสาหะและความเสียสละเป็นภาพที่ปรากฏมากเป็นพิเศษในปัจจุบัน สอดคล้องกับข้อจำกัดทางการเมือง สถานการณ์ในพระราชวงศ์ และพระราชปณิธานแห่งรัชสมัย

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is defined by an abnormal elevation in pressure within pulmonary vasculature, often associated with degenerative mitral valve disease (DMVD) in dogs. While histopathological changes in the pulmonary arteries, known as pulmonary arterial remodeling, have been documented in human patients with PH, these alterations in DMVD dogs with PH have not been published. Eld’s deer is a conserved wildlife species in Thailand. Due to the limited population group in captivity, Eld’s deer is facing a crisis of low genetic diversity, particularly among the captive Siamese Eld’s deer (SED) subspecies. This study aimed to construct genomes for a SED and a Burmese Eld’s deer (BED) for the first time and use genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) to assess the genetic purity and inbreeding status of 35 SED and 49 BED with limited pedigree data. Vibriosis is a bacterial disease caused by Vibrio harveyi (V. harveyi; Vh ) that poses a substantial threat to Asian seabass (Lates calcarifer) aquaculture. In this study, we investigated alternative approaches to conventional injection vaccination for prevention of V. harveyi in Asian seabass. The first approach involved an immersion prime with heat-inactivated V. harveyi vaccine, followed by two oral booster doses (day 14-18 and day 28-32). These debris particles are known to affect marine and aquatic organisms which poses a threat to biodiversity and marine resources. In this study, the isolated microplastic from the coastal and lagoon surface waters of Sitio Pulo is described. Sitio Pulo is a barrier island mangrove sanctuary located at Brgy. The river water quality index (RWQI) of the upper Ganga canal has been computed to assess the effect of lockdown and unlock phases lead down by COVID-19 in India. Geospatial distribution of RWQI from January 2019 to December 2021 in the study area revealed significant impacts of lockdown on water quality. However, unlock phases (post lockdown) have deteriorated water quality since August 2020 and reached to actual conditions of the river by August 2021. Abstract Background/purpose The modification in 3D hydrogels, tissue engineering, and biomaterials science has enabled us to fabricate novel substitutes for bone regeneration. This study aimed to combine different biomaterials by 3D technique to fabricate a promising all-rounded hydrogel for bone regeneration. Materials and methods In this study, glycidyl methacrylate (GMA)-modified poly γ-glutamic acid (γ-PGA-GMA) hydrogels with calcium silicate (CS) hydrogel of different concentrations were fabricated by a 3D printing technique, and their biocompatibility and capability in bone regeneration were also evaluated. Free-of-charge publicly available optical satellite imagery can now be used to provide short-term to multi-decadal shoreline satellite-derived shoreline(SDS) data, with errors typically under 10 m on microtidal beaches. However, SDSaccuracy dramatically worsens at high-energy and/or meso to macrotidal lowgradient beaches, which challenges a robust assessment of shoreline variability and trends. In this contribution we demonstrate that, on such beaches, water level (tide + runup) correction and/or an adapted space-averaging of uncorrected (noisy) SDS dataset can substantially reduce uncertainties and thus allow addressing the timeand space variability of shoreline change and their primary drivers.

Sea-level rise, increased coastal erosion and flooding due to climate change is threatening coastal communities across the world. Globally, coastal change management policies include zonation of the coast to restrict development in areas susceptible to coastal change. Earth observation (EO) coupled with novel image analysis techniques have demonstrated the potential of EO for long-term, local, regional, and even global scale investigations of shoreline change. However, satellite-derived shoreline (SDS) data is associated with large uncertainties relating to environmental factors, tidal range, and wave action among other factors. This contribution investigates the impacts of morphological and hydrodynamic setting on the accuracy of SDS in macrotidal, highenergy coasts. The mechanisms of toxicity of engineered nanomaterials (ENMs) to the early life stages of freshwater fish, and the relative hazard compared to dissolved metals, is only partially understood. In the present study, zebrafish (Danio rerio) embryos were exposed to lethal concentrations of silver nitrate (AgNO3) or silver (Ag) ENMs (primary size 42.5 ± 10.2 nm). The 96 h-LC50 for AgNO3 was 32.8 ± 0.72 μg Ag L-1 (mean ± 95% CI) compared to 6.5 ± 0.4 mg L-1 of the whole material for Ag ENMs; with the ENMs being orders of magnitude less toxic than the metal salt.
