This study aims to investigate the behavior of masonry infilled reinforced concrete structures in the presence of central windows and doors under lateral seismic loading through macro-modeling simulations. The primary objective is to assess and evaluate three macro models, including the multiple equivalent strut method, discretized macro element method, and reduction factor method, in the seismic performance evaluation of masonry-infilled RC frames with central window and door openings. Strengthening China's Response To Economic Losses Caused Byship Oil Pollution: Advancing Compensation Mechanisms, Meiyi Gai

China's oil pollution compensation system, established relatively late, has an imperfect legal framework, leading to numerous issues in claim settlements. Frequent oil pollution incidents significantly damage its marine ecosystem and harm affected parties. Despite initial efforts, China's compensation framework is less effective than those of developed countries. This paper examines the current challenges in China's compensation mechanism for ship oil pollution damage, drawing lessons from Canada and the United States, and proposing improvements. Cytotoxic Compounds From Dendrobium Ochreatum Against Human Lung Cancer H460 Cells, Natthaphitcha Khunsantiphong

The chemical analysis of crude extracts from Dendrobium ochreatum ethanol revealed 12 compounds. Among them, dendroochreatene, a novel discovered compound, and 11 previously identified compounds were found: atraric acid, docosyl trans-ferulate, moscatilin, cinnamic acid, β-hydroxypropiovanillone, loddigesiinol C, dihydroconiferyl dihydro-p-coumarate, indole-3-aldehyde, vanillic acid, naringenin, and 2,4,7-trihydroxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene. Structural elucidation of these compounds was achieved through MS, IR, UV, and NMR spectroscopic analyses, corroborated by comparison with existing literature data. The cytotoxicity evaluation against NCI-H460 non-small cell lung cancer cells employed two methods: direct cell testing and literature review. จิตรกรรมสื่อผสม : ร่องรอยของฉันและแม่ คือความพยายามสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางศิลปะจิตรกรรมที่เผยเรื่องราว เรื่องเล่าเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์ในอดีตของแม่และลูกสาว และการสะสมวัตถุทางความทรงจำต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ ผ้าถุงแม่ ภาพวาดในวัยเด็ก สมุด หนังสือเรียน และหนังสือนิทาน หนังสือการ์ตูน เพื่อถ่ายทอดความทรงจำส่วนบุคคลให้คลี่ออกในขณะที่ถูกโอบรัดด้วยสภาพสังคมวัฒนธรรมที่เปลี่ยนไปตามวันเวลา สิ่งเหล่านี้ยังได้นำเสนอความทรงจำส่วนบุคคลให้แปรเปลี่ยนเป็นความทรงจำร่วมแล้ว ก็ยังทำให้ชีวิตและความสัมพันธ์ของแม่และลูกสาวถักทอร่องรอยแห่งอดีตให้ปรากฏขึ้น ในขณะเดียวกันก็นำเสนอร่องรอยเหล่านั้นผ่านวัตถุความทรงจำดังกล่าว การประดิษฐ์สร้างใหม่ของวัตถุความทรงจำให้เป็นงานสร้างสรรค์ทางศิลปะ ได้นำเสนอภาพแทนประสบการณ์ในอดีตของแม่และลูกสาวให้ปรากฏอีกครั้ง และยังได้กระตุ้นเร้าผัสสารมณ์ให้รู้สึกถึงสิ่งที่ซึมซับอดีต แบ่งปันการรับรู้ร่วมต่อวัตถุทางความทรงจำ และสนองตอบต่อประสบการณ์ในอดีตที่เกิดขึ้นในความทรงจำให้ ทุก ๆ ห้วงขณะที่ชมงานสร้างสรรค์ทางศิลปะ โดยทั้งหมดนี้ ก็เพื่อเผยให้เห็นถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประสบการณ์กับความทรงจำ กล่าวคือ ประสบการณ์ คือ อดีต ในขณะความทรงจำคือสิ่งปรากฏในปัจจุบัน โดยมีวัตถุทางความทรงจำเป็นสื่อในการเชื่อมรอยต่อระหว่างอดีตและปัจจุบัน

Beginning with a broad overview of community-oriented arguments for or against intellectual freedom (exemplified, in one case, by the writer and activist Wendell Berry), this chapter defines two forms of community: one active, the other passive. But do appeals to community make sense in environments increasingly hostile to intellectual freedom? In what ways have both of these forms already been weaponized by right-wing actors? It can certainly be argued that intellectual freedom benefits communities, but what if a community rejects intellectual freedom altogether? Through a hydrosocial perspective, this research illustrates how political contestation between different networks of actors in the Ing River Basin produces different versions of water, which reflect divergent interests, different meanings and water ontologies that underpin the tensions and conflicts. This research employs ethnography to study networks of actors involved in water controversies and tensions over the hydraulic infrastructure project in the Ing River Basin. งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มุ่งศึกษา “อิทธิพลของรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2560 ซึ่งออกแบบภายใต้การกำกับของรัฐบาลคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (คสช.) ส่งผลอย่างไรต่อการเมืองไทยหลังจากเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่การเลือกตั้ง?” โดยตอบคำถามผ่านการอภิปรายวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2560 กับความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางการเมืองสู่ระบอบพันทางหลังมีการเลือกตั้งภายใต้การกำกับของกลไกรัฐธรรมนูญ ซึ่งช่วยสนับสนุนให้ระบอบอำนาจนิยมดำรงต่อไปได้แม้เปลี่ยนผ่านสู่การมีรัฐบาลจากการเลือกตั้ง ขณะเดียวกันรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2560 ยังทำหน้าที่สนับสนุนการแบ่งปันอำนาจเพื่อคงไว้ซึ่งระบอบอำนาจนิยมต่อไปแม้ต้องเปิดโอกาสต่อรองกับตัวแสดงใหม่ และรัฐธรรมนูญยังมีความทนทานจากการถูกแก้ไขหรือยกเลิกได้ยากภายใต้การคุ้มครองจากบทบัญญัติรัฐธรรมนูญ ด้วยเหตุนี้ กลไกทางรัฐธรรมนูญแม้ว่าจะเป็นอุปสรรคต่อรัฐบาลพลเอกประยุทธ์หลังจากการเลือกตั้ง พ.ศ. 2562 หรือเปิดโอกาสให้พรรคฝ่ายค้านเติบโตจนสามารถชนะการเลือกตั้งในปี พ.ศ. 2566 ทว่าด้วยการดำรงอยู่ของรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2560 จึงส่งผลให้บรรยากาศของระบอบอำนาจนิยมในไทยยังคงดำเนินต่อภายใต้การหันเหเข้าสู่การเป็นระบอบอำนาจนิยมที่มีการต่อรอง ในที่สุดแล้วจึงยังต้องตั้งคำถามและติดตามต่อไปถึงอิทธิพลของรัฐธรรมนูญมรดกของ คสช. ที่ยังมีอิทธิพลต่อการเมืองไทยหลังจากนี้

งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของรัฐด้านการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนในประเทศเยอรมัน ฟินแลนด์ และลักซ์เซมเบิร์ก ในช่วงค.ศ. 2015 – 2022 โดยวิเคราะห์พัฒนาการและรูปแบบการพัฒนาของทั้งสามประเทศ พบว่าทั้งเยอรมนี ฟินแลนด์ และลักเซมเบิร์กต่างประสบความสำเร็จในการขับเคลื่อนระบบเศรษฐกิจแห่งความยั่งยืนนี้ โดยมีจุดร่วมคือรัฐเป็นผู้อยู่เบื้องหลังความสำเร็จทั้งหมดผ่านการทำงานของกลไกราชการ (Bureaucratic Capacity) ที่มีความเป็นอิสระที่ฝังรากลึก (Embedded Autonomy) ระดับสูง ได้แก่ CEID ของเยอรมนี Sitra ของฟินแลนด์ และกระทรวง MEA, MECO และ MECDD ของลักเซมเบิร์ก นอกจากนี้ โครงสร้างและบทบาทและหน่วยงานหลักที่รับผิดชอบด้านการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนเหล่านี้ยังสะท้อนภาพความเป็นรัฐที่นำการพัฒนาที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะของแต่ละประเทศ คือ เยอรมนีในฐานะรัฐที่นำการพัฒนาที่เน้นการมีส่วนร่วม ฟินแลนด์ในฐานะรัฐที่นำการพัฒนาที่เน้นการชี้นำด้วยความสมัครใจ และลักเซมเบิร์กในฐานะรัฐที่นำการพัฒนาที่เน้นการแบ่งงานกันทำ ซึ่งหมายความว่าการเป็นรัฐที่นำการพัฒนานั้นไม่ได้มีรูปแบบเดียวเสมอไป แต่สามารถมีได้หลายเส้นทางขึ้นอยู่กับบริบทที่เหมาะสมของแต่ละประเทศ

The Pasig River is located at the heart of Metro Manila and has been vital for trade, transportation, and livelihood. However, it became one of the most polluting rivers in the world due to rapid industrialization. The Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission (PRRC) was established in 1999 to address this issue. The creation of the PRRC emphasized the state’s mandate to protect the right of the people to have a balanced ecology. Through qualitative document analysis, the study addresses two research questions—the operations and implications of the nexus for the country’s security and prosperity. ความตั้งใจเป็นทักษะที่สำคัญในการเล่นกีฬาอีสปอร์ตโดยส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจ เวลาปฏิกิริยา และทักษะอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนถึงความสามารถในการเล่นเกมโดยรวม จึงเป็นไปได้ว่าการพัฒนาความสามารถด้านความตั้งใจอาจส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการเล่นกีฬาอีสปอร์ตได้การวิจัยในครั้งนี้จึงมุ่งศึกษาลักษณะความสามารถความตั้งใจในกีฬาอีสปอร์ต โดยแบ่งเป็นสองการศึกษา ดังนี้การศึกษาที่ 1 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถความตั้งใจระหว่างนักกีฬาอีสปอร์ตมืออาชีพและผู้เล่นอีสปอร์ตระดับมหาวิทยาลัย โดยทำการทดสอบความสามารถด้านความตั้งใจในนักกีฬาอีสปอร์ตมืออาชีพ 8 คนและผู้เล่นอีสปอร์ตระดับมหาวิทยาลัย 8 คนจากนักกีฬาอีสปอร์ตประเภทโมบา(MOBA) โดยใช้การทดสอบความตั้งใจแบบกระพริบ ทดสอบการค้นหาด้วยสายตา และการตอบสนองต่อสัญญาณไฟปฏิกิริยา ผลการทดลองพบว่ากลุ่มนักกีฬาอีสปอร์ตมืออาชีพมีอัตราการตอบสนองถูกต้องสูงกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในการทดสอบความตั้งใจแบบกระพริบ (p = .033) และมีเวลาปฏิกิริยาตอบสนองเร็วกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในการทดสอบการค้นหาด้วยสายตา (p = .002) ในส่วนของการทดสอบตอบสนองต่อสัญญาณไฟปฏิกิริยาไม่พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันการศึกษาที่ 2 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลของการฝึกแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการออกกำลังกายและการฝึกพุทธิปัญญาต่อความสามารถด้านความตั้งใจและปริมาณเซรั่มบีดีเอ็นเอฟ โดยทำการทดลองในนักกีฬาอีสปอร์ตที่ผ่านการแข่งขันในรายการ CU Open จำนวน 32 คน แบ่งเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มฝึกผสมผสานการออกกำลังกายและการฝึกพุทธิปัญญา (Physical-Cognitive Exercise ;PCE) กลุ่มฝึกออกกำลังกาย (Physical Exercise; PE),กลุ่มฝึกพุทธิปัญญา (Cognitive Exercise (CE),และกลุ่มควบคุม (C). โดยทำการฝึก 4 สัปดาห์ สัปดาห์ละ 2 ครั้ง ทำการทดสอบความตั้งใจแบบกระพริบ การค้นหาด้วยสายตา การตอบสนองต่อสัญญาณไฟปฏิกิริยา และวัดปริมาณเซรั่มบีดีเอ็นเอฟ ก่อนการทดลอง หลังการฝึกครั้งแรก และหลังการฝึก 4 สัปดาห์ ผลฉับพลันจากการฝึกพบว่า กลุ่ม PE และ CE มีอัตราการตอบสนองถูกต้องสูงกว่ากลุ่ม PCE และกลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = .017, = .020 และ p < .001, < .001 ตามลำดับ) ในการทดสอบความตั้งใจแบบกระพริบ และกลุ่ม CE มีเวลาปฏิกิริยาในการตอบสนองเร็วกว่ากลุ่มอื่นๆอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = .004) ในการทดสอบการค้นหาด้วยสายตา หลังการฝึก 4 สัปดาห์ กลุ่ม PCE PE และ CE มีอัตราการตอบสนองถูกต้องสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = .028, .008, < .001 ตามลำดับ) ในการทดสอบความตั้งใจแบบกระพริบ และกลุ่ม PCE และ PE มีอัตราการตอบสนองถูกต้องมากกว่ากลุ่ม CE อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = .021, .003 ตามลำดับ) ในการทดสอบการค้นหาด้วยสายตา แต่มีเวลาปฏิกิริยาในการตอบสนองที่ช้ากว่ากลุ่ม CE (p = .003, .004) ในส่วนของปริมาณเซรั่มบีดีเอ็นเอฟ หลังการฝึกครั้งแรกพบว่ากลุ่ม PE มีการเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = .004) และหลังการฝึก 4 สัปดาห์พบว่ากลุ่ม PCE และ PE มีปริมาณเซรั่มบีดีเอ็นเอฟเพิ่มขึ้นกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = .004, .024 ตามลำดับ)จากผลการทดลองพบว่านักกีฬาอีสปอร์ตมืออาชีพมีความสามารถความตั้งใจที่สูงกว่านักกีฬาอีสปอร์ตในระดับสมัครเล่น โดยการฝึกแบบผสมผสานการออกกำลังกายและการฝึกพุทธิปัญญาสามารถช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพความตั้งใจของนักกีฬาอีสปอร์ตในระดับสมัครเล่นได้ จึงอาจใช้เป็นแนวทางหนึ่งในการพัฒนาความสามารถความตั้งใจ และอาจช่วยเพิ่มความสามารถในการเล่นและแข่งขันกีฬาอีสปอร์ตได้ทางหนึ่ง

This study investigated the beliefs, attitudes, and motivations towards English language learning among Thai and Chinese undergraduate students at Dhurakij Pundit University (DPU). Employing a mixed-method approach, this research utilized both quantitative and qualitative methods to discern and compare these students' experiences. The quantitative phase involved 332 students, selected through stratified random sampling, who completed comprehensive questionnaires based on a five-point Likert scale. The qualitative phase included 31 purposefully selected participants from the initial pool for semi-structured interviews. สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอประมวลศัพท์การตลาดบริการซึ่งประกอบด้วยศัพท์เกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์การวางแผนการตลาดบริการ การวัดคุณภาพและการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของการให้บริการ โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาทฤษฏีที่เกี่ยวข้องและกระบวนการจัดทำประมวลศัพท์ เพื่อนำประมวลศัพท์ที่ได้มาใช้เป็นเอกสารอ้างอิงสำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาขา นักศึกษา นักการตลาด นักแปล ล่าม รวมถึงบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจศึกษาทางด้านการตลาดบริการ การจัดทำประมวลศัพท์การตลาดบริการนั้นได้มีการอ้างอิงทฤษฏีและแนวทางในการจัดทำประมวลศัพท์ที่นักศัพทวิทยาได้นำเสนอไว้ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (1) การกำหนดหัวข้อ วัตถุประสงค์การศึกษา ขอบเขตการศึกษา และกลุ่มเป้าหมาย (2) การทบทวนวรรณกรรมทางศัพทวิทยาและศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตลาดบริการ (3) การสร้างคลังข้อมูลภาษาและการดึงศัพท์จากคลังข้อมูล (4) การสร้างมโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์ของศัพท์ในสาขาการตลาดบริการ และ (5) การจัดทำบันทึกข้อมูลศัพท์เบื้องต้น การจัดทำบันทึกข้อมูลศัพท์ รวมถึงการเขียนคำนิยามเพื่อนำมาใช้ในการกำหนดศัพท์เทียบเคียงในภาษาไทย ประมวลศัพท์การตลาดบริการประกอบด้วยศัพท์ทั้งหมด 31 คำ โดยจัดเรียงตามกลุ่มมโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์ และลำดับของมโนทัศน์ในมโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์ การนำเสนอศัพท์แต่ละคำประกอบด้วยศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ ศัพท์ภาษาไทย ประเภทของคำทางไวยากรณ์ ขอบเขตข้อมูลที่พบศัพท์ มโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์พร้อมคำอธิบายบริบทที่พบศัพท์ นิยามศัพท์ รูปศัพท์อื่น และข้อมูลอ้างอิง

This research investigates the relationship between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance, represented by ESG scores, and Probability of Financial Distress Risk (FDR), as proxied by Ohlson O-Score, for firms operating in the Asia-Pacific region from 2010 to 2022. In addition, the aforementioned relationship during economic crisis and the level of market development is also investigated. The findings reveal a negative association between ESG performance and the probability of FDR in which the increase in ESG performance reduces the likelihood of FDR. This paper examines how financial liberalization, institutional quality, and mobile banking adoption affect the probability of a banking crisis using a panel of 36 countries over the period 2000 – 2021. Our key inference is that the relationship between financial liberalization and the probability of a banking crisis is depended in institutional quality. In strong institutional quality countries, the impact of financial liberalization on the probability of a banking crisis is a concave curve, increasing the likelihood of a crisis at low to moderate liberalization levels and reducing it at medium to high levels. The purpose of this research was to study perceptions and experiences of sexual harassment among 355 LGBTQ students in the University. Data was collected by self-administer questionnaire to find perceptions and experiences of sexual harassment. Descriptive, Pearson’s Chi-square and Fisher exact were performed to describe and determine the associations. The research findings indicate that the majority of research participants were perceived to sexual harassment at a moderate level. There was a moderate tolerant attitude towards sexual harassment, and there were experiences of verbal, non-verbal, and physical sexual harassment at a moderate level. Phosphorus (P) is an essential nutrient for phytoplankton growth in water bodies and an important element in biochemical processes. Also, excessive P in river causes eutrophication which endangers aquatic organisms while sediment acts as sink for inorganic and organic pollutants and nutrients. The findings showed that several types of bacteria can help biodegrade organic pollutants, such as Comamonadacea, which can biodegrade volatile fatty acids and aromatic compounds. Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Actinobacteria can biodegrade ammonium. Burkholderiales can biodegrade ferric ions and hydrogen. Comamonas testosteroni is able to biodegrade nitrates. Pseudomonas taiwanensis, Acinetobacter guillouiae, and Klebsiella pneumoniae can reduce copper, chromium and zinc levels. Azolla biomass reduces strontium.
