Solid goat’s milk soap is organic and beneficial for the health and appearance of the skin. One of the components in green tea known to display antibacterial activities is epigallocatechin gallate (ECGC). In this study, the effects of solid goat’s milk soap containing 1%, 2%, and 4% green tea extract on the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus aureus, and Staphylococcus epidermidis were examined. The soap was characterized for its organoleptic, pH, free fatty acid, alkalinity, water content, foam stability, and hardness. This study investigates the phytochemical contents, antioxidants and cytotoxic activities of Lannea egregia Engl. & K. Krause stem bark extracts. Secondary metabolites were extracted using n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and ethanol by successive maceration. The concentrated extracts were subjected to preliminary phytochemical screening using standard procedures. The crude flavonoid was obtained from the plant material using Harborne’s method and then profiled using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). There is a current movement by indigenous weavers in Guatemala to protect their textile designs due to the harm caused by the absence of the weavers’ intellectual property ownership over the designs and patterns. Asymptomatic bacteriuria (ASB) is the presence of bacteria in apparently healthy individuals. Although, the prevalence varies widely with age, gender, and the presence or absence of genitourinary abnormalities, the detection of pathogenic bacteria in urine constitutes firm evidence of infection. Excessive sugar-sweetened beverages (SSB) consumption and abdominal obesity have been independently linked to numerous disorders, including diabetes and elevated C-reactive protein (CRP). This study aimed to explore the association between SSB intake, abdominal obesity, and inflammation in normal and prediabetic adults. Sugar intake from SSBs was calculated from 24-h dietary recalls and further classified into non-, medium-, and high-intake. The status of non- and prediabetes was identified based on hemoglobin A1c level. The research adapted an innovation self-efficacy scale that is designed for engineering students and applied it to Filipino business management college students. This paper describes the process of the adaptation, development, and determination of the representative questions per construct using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Furthermore, post hoc analyses using Levine’s test of homogeneity and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were employed to determine the relationships of the research variables to the demographic profiles of business students. This study examines the influence of group inclusion (GI) on employee satisfaction (ES) and ethical leadership (EL). It also examines the impact of the mediating role of ES and EL on service innovation readiness (SIR). The data used in the analysis were collected from business schools in Pakistan. Research would suggest that BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) adolescents have the best developmental outcomes when strong, positive ethnic identity is acknowledged and embraced. This study investigated whether discrimination, internalizing symptomology, parent socialization, and/or interactions of these variables influenced adolescent ethnic identity, specifically in exploration, resolution, and affirmation to illuminate nuanced ways BIPOC youth can achieve positive ethnic identity. Recruited from third-party research panels, surveyed participants were adolescents (Mage = 15.28; 51.6% male) of diverse racial/ethnic groups and socioeconomic backgrounds from all regions of the U.S. Overall, the results showed that there were four significant main effects on ethnic …

This review paper presents the gluon, sea, and valence quark distributions of the pseudoscalar (PS) mesons. The calculations of the parton structure of PS mesons are performed using the Bethe-Salpeter equation—Nambu-Jona-Lasinio (BSE-NJL) model, which offers a clear description of the dynamical chiral symmetry breaking (D SB) of the low-energy non-perturbative quantum chromodynamics (QCD), with the help of the Schwinger proper-time regularization scheme that simulates the color QCD confinement. Our results for the dynamical quark mass—which emerged from the spontaneous chiral symmetry breaking (S SB)—are generated via the chiral condensate in the chiral limit and beyond. This study aims to examine whether foreign institutional ownership and management incentives can prevent tax avoidance practices in companies. The study was carried out on the manufacturing companies registered on IDX in the 2018-2020 period with 150 observations taken from 50 samples of companies. The sample selection used was purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results show that ownership of foreign institutions and management incentives negatively affect tax avoidance, which means that both factors can reduce tax avoidance.
