In particular, current practices do not deploy sufficient information technology (IT) tools to generate actionable insights that can inform interventions and contain and mitigate the spread of vector-borne diseases. A prevalent concept for colonization and evolution among plant pathogens and their hosts stems from a post-Darwinian paradigm rooted in the formalized assumption of “specialized parasitism.” Seminal studies on rust fungi of socioeconomic importance integrated such an evolutionary perspective driven by the assumption of strict coevolution among pathogens and their plant hosts. Following this fundamentally unfalsifiable assumption, theories regarding host-switching for parasites were dismissed. Many countries around the world are beset by the democratic recession, and Southeast Asia is no exception to that. Series of events show that Southeast Asian electoral democracies are receding back to full authoritarianism, and such a phenomenon requires academic attention to investigate its pattern. This paper explores the impact of Chinese patronage on Southeast Asian democracy and argues that its economic and normative support of autocrats enable the continuation of an authoritarian turn in Southeast Asia. Qubit readout is a critical part of any quantum computer including the superconducting-qubit-based one. The readout fidelity is affected by the readout pulse width, readout pulse energy, resonator design, qubit design, qubit-resonator coupling, and the noise generated along the readout path. It is thus important to model and predict the fidelity based on various design parameters along the readout path. In this work, a simulation methodology for superconducting qubit readout fidelity is proposed and implemented using Matlab and Ansys HFSS to allow co-optimization in the readout path. سعت الدراسة الحالية الى استشراف الدور الذي يمارسه الاستعداد الريادي بأبعاده (المسح والبحث ، الارتباط والاتصال ,التقييم والحكم) في السلوك الاستباقي بأبعاده (سلوك الصوت، الابتكار الفردي، الوقاية من المشاكل، تولى المسؤولية) في المنظمات المبحوثة (مصارف القطاع الحكومي في محافظات الجنوب والفرات الاوسط) والتي شملت مصرف الرافدين بجميع فروعة ومصرف الرشيد بجميع فروعة ايضا واخيرا المصرف الزراعي التابعة الى وزارة المالية, وكانت عينة البحث قصدية تضمنت (150) عضواً مجلس الادارة ( مدير عام , معاون مدير عام , مدير قسم). استعملت الدراسة الحالية الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، وباستخدام مجموعة من التحليلات الاحصائية المتمثلة بالتحليل العاملي التوكيدي ومعادلة النمذجة الهيكلية باستخدام …
