Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) are complex and heterogeneous cancers. Conventional therapy approaches often fail to elicit significant responses in patients, resulting in low survival rates compared to other cancer types. This could be due to their immunosuppressive and desmoplastic tumor microenvironment, which renders cancer cells resistant to conventional therapies, highlighting the urgent need for more effective therapeutic approaches. Regulated cell death pathways have been extensively studied in recent years as a promising target for developing new strategies in cancer treatment. การออกแบบอัตลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ (brand identity) เป็นองค์ประกอบหนึ่งในการสร้างแบรนด์ ส่วนหนึ่งของการออกแบบอัตลักษณ์ที่สำคัญคือภาพ (visual) ที่ทำให้คนจดจำและมีผลต่อการรับรู้ โดยมักจะเริ่มต้นจากตราสัญลักษณ์ (logo) ที่เป็นสิ่งหนึ่งที่ทำให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายสามารถแยกแบรนด์ออกจากคู่แข่ง จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมพบว่าปัญหาในกระบวนการออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์ คือการสื่อสารกับเจ้าของแบรนด์ที่ขาดความเข้าใจในงานออกแบบ ทำให้ไม่สามารถตัดสินใจเลือกแบบเพื่อพัฒนางานต่อได้ส่งผลให้การทำงานล่าช้าลง เมื่อศึกษากระบวนการออกแบบพบว่าสิ่งที่ขาดไป คือการประเมินคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพของตราสัญลักษณ์ เกิดคำถามว่าหากมีผลการประเมินงานออกแบบที่เป็นรูปธรรมจะสามารถสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือให้กับงานออกแบบได้มากขึ้นหรือไม่ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาเครื่องมือในการประเมินงานออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์ ใช้การประเมินงานออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์เป็นสื่อกลางในกระบวนการออกแบบ นำไปสู่วิธีการตัดสินใจของลูกค้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพและส่งผลต่อการทำงานของนักออกแบบกราฟิก โดยศึกษาผ่านงานออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์ของธุรกิจสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค และธุรกิจบริการในประเทศไทย อ้างอิงกรณีศึกษาจากบริษัท จีเอ 49 จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่ให้บริการเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบกราฟิกและเชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบอัตลักษณ์ของแบรนด์เป็นอันดับต้น ๆ ของประเทศไทย งานวิจัยนี้เก็บข้อมูลจากโครงการที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้วจำนวน 4 โครงการ และโครงการที่กำลังดำเนินการออกแบบอยู่ 1 โครงการ ผลจากการวิจัยเป็นข้อมูลจากการทดสอบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มเป้าหมายของธุรกิจ 3-4 ราย และเจ้าของแบรนด์ งานวิจัยนี้ใช้เกณฑ์การเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ประกอบแบบสอบถาม แล้ววิเคราะห์และแสดงผลการประเมินออกมาในรูปแบบภาพ (Visual Presentation) เพื่อให้เข้าใจได้ง่ายว่าตราสัญลักษณ์ที่นำมาประเมินสามารถวัดประสิทธิภาพจากปัจจัยใด การประเมินชี้ให้เห็นว่ามีกลุ่มเป้าหมายสามารถรับรู้การสื่อสารของตราสัญลักษณ์ได้ และทำให้เจ้าของแบรนด์ทราบได้ว่ามีความพึงพอใจและเหตุผลต่อตราสัญลักษณ์ที่เลือกมาจากปัจจัยอะไรงานวิจัยนี้แสดงผลการประเมินงานออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์ ประเมินโดยเจ้าของกิจการ กับกลุ่มเป้าหมายของแบรนด์ และผลการประเมินเปรียบเทียบงานออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์โดยนักออกแบบ กับโปรแกรมในเว็บไซต์ที่ไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย ผลเหล่านี้ช่วยให้ลูกค้าของบริษัทออกแบบมีความเข้าใจในงานออกแบบมากยิ่งขึ้น และมีส่วนช่วยในการตัดสินใจเลือกผลงานออกแบบ พร้อมทั้งช่วยยืนยันประสิทธิภาพของตราสัญลักษณ์ที่เลือกพัฒนาต่อเป็นงานออกแบบขั้นสุดท้าย ทำให้นักออกแบบสามารถกำหนดทิศทางการทำงานได้ และช่วยบริหารจัดการโครงการออกแบบ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการนำเกณฑ์การออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมมาขยายผลและพัฒนาเป็นคำถามการประเมิน ผลจากการวิจัยนี้ทำให้ได้เครื่องมือประเมินที่เหมาะแก่บริบทของการออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์สำหรับธุรกิจในประเทศไทยมากยิ่งขึ้น สามารถเชื่อมโยงกับแบรนด์ของลูกค้าได้มากกว่าเครื่องมือที่มีอยู่ ทำให้ตราสัญลักษณ์ที่ผ่านการประเมินแล้วเกิดความความน่าเชื่อถือ และสร้างความมั่นใจในการตัดสินใจให้กับลูกค้า

หน่วยความสัมพันธ์ที่เรียกว่า “ครอบครัว” ถูกนิยามขึ้นอย่างเป็นทางการและกลายเป็นองค์ประกอบพื้นฐานของรัฐไทยนับตั้งแต่พระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงบัญญัติกฎหมายนามสกุลขึ้นใน พ.ศ. 2456 วิทยานิพนธ์นี้เลือกศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์การเมืองเรื่องครอบครัว ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นที่งานศึกษาก่อนหน้านี้ให้ความสนใจไม่มากนัก โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่กระบวนการก่อรูปของรัฐในทางเพศสภาพนับตั้งแต่การนิยามครอบครัวขึ้นในสมัยสมบูรณาญาสิทธิราชย์เรื่อยมาจนถึงการแก้ไขกฎหมายครอบครัวในยุคพัฒนา ประเด็นสำคัญที่วิทยานิพนธ์มุ่งพิจารณา ได้แก่ ครอบครัวสัมพันธ์กับการเมืองไทยอย่างไร รัฐพยายามกำหนดปฏิสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวอย่างไร และกฎหมายครอบครัวถูกต่อรองอย่างไร โดยสำรวจจากโครงการต่างๆ ของรัฐ เช่น การอุปมากษัตริย์ให้เป็นพ่อ การนิยามครอบครัวให้เป็นหน่วยย่อยของชาติ การตราและแก้ไขกฎหมายครอบครัว การสร้างชาติในทางวัฒนธรรม การสงเคราะห์ครอบครัว การร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ กิจการต่างประเทศ และการพัฒนาครอบครัว วิทยานิพนธ์นี้เสนอว่าครอบครัวคือศูนย์กลางหนึ่งของการเมืองไทยสมัยใหม่ สำหรับสมบูรณาญาสิทธิราชย์ การเมืองเรื่องครอบครัวยึดโยงอยู่กับการอุปมากษัตริย์ให้เป็นพ่อผู้ปกครองชาติ ขณะที่การเมืองเรื่องครอบครัวหลังการปฏิวัติ พ.ศ. 2475 ยืนพื้นอยู่ที่การรณรงค์สร้างชาติโดยเฉพาะในทางวัฒนธรรมด้วยการมอบบทบาทให้ผู้ชายเป็นหัวหน้าครอบครัวและให้ผู้หญิงเป็นเมียและแม่ ต่อมาในช่วงหลังสงครามโลกครั้งที่สอง การเมืองเรื่องครอบครัวยังเคลื่อนออกไปสัมพันธ์กับการแสวงหาสถานะของไทยในเวทีนานาชาติด้วย อย่างไรก็ดี รัฐไม่ได้ดำรงอยู่อย่างเบ็ดเสร็จเด็ดขาดและถูกท้าทายจากสังคมในยุคพัฒนาที่กระแสสิทธิสตรีกำลังขยายตัวอย่างมาก นำไปสู่การแก้ไขเคลื่อนไหวเรียกร้องให้แก้ไขกฎหมายครอบครัวเพื่อลดอำนาจในครอบครัวของผู้ชายลงให้สอดคล้องกับหลักสากลของความเสมอภาคทางเพศ ซึ่งประสบผลสำเร็จใน พ.ศ. 2519

This one-year longitudinal study in Bangkok assessed the impact of indoor air quality on psychological symptoms among respiratory patients from Chulalongkorn Hospital. Data collection involved 12-month follow-ups (January to December 2022), using the ChulaAir mobile application to retrieve background characteristics, respiratory health, and psychological symptoms. Home IAQ sensors measured indoor air quality factors. Off 100 eligible respiratory patients, 98 completed baseline data. However, 29 homes were ultimately counted into the final analysis for indoor air quality.Psychological problems were prevalent, with stress at 22.2%, depression, anxiety at 19.0%. The L-type amino acid transporter I (LAT1) is an attractive target for drug development in glioma with a poor prognosis. LAT1 facilitates the cross-membrane transport of essential amino acids and plays a crucial role in cancer cell proliferation and growth. In this study, a novel series of tetrahydrocurcumin (THC)-amino acid conjugates were synthesized by conjugating four amino acids: glycine (Gly), leucine (Leu), isoleucine (Ilu), and phenylalanine (Phe) to THC via carbamate bonds to improve the anticancer effects of THC by mediating LAT1. Clopidogrel bisulfate (CLP) is an antiplatelet agent which can exist in six polymorphic forms (Form I, II, III, IV, V, and VI) and polyamorphous form. The aim of this study was to investigate and apply the factors that affect in-situ polymorphic transformation of CLP (Form II) during the wet granulation process to control the production process of CLP tablets to have the desired amorphous form. Magnetic drug targeting can be a strategy to overcome the limitations of delivering phytochemicals for effective cancer treatment. Here, we demonstrate the benefits of magnetic targeting delivery using a combination of chitosan (CS) and alginate (Alg) as materials in encapsulating lutein (lut) and magnetite (Fe3O4) to increase the cytotoxicity of lutein against breast cancer cells with or without magnetic stimulation. Natural products including stilbenoids may enhance cytotoxicity of anticancer drugs and reverse multidrug resistance (MDR) by (1) suppression of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters, or (2) alteration of either cell death or survival pathways. เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับภาวะกระดูกบางในทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดน้ำหนักตัวน้อยกว่า 1,500 กรัม โดยศึกษาจากผลไปหาเหตุแบบเก็บข้อมูลย้อนหลัง เก็บข้อมูลจากเวชระเบียนผู้ป่วยใน ณ สถาบันสุขภาพเด็กแห่งชาติมหาราชินี ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2558 ถึง 30 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2565 พบภาวะกระดูกบางในทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดน้ำหนักน้อยกว่า 1500 กรัม จำนวน 130 ราย จาก 654 ราย (ร้อยละ 19.88) กลุ่มตัวอย่างในงานวิจัยนี้จำนวน 275 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุม 220 ราย และกลุ่มที่เกิดภาวะกระดูกบาง 55 ราย ซึ่งได้รับการวินิจฉัยภาวะนี้เมื่อทารกมีมัธยฐานอายุ 31 (23, 47) วัน เมื่อวิเคราะห์สถิติการถดถอยพหุโลจิสติก พบปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการเกิดภาวะกระดูกบาง 7 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ภาวะทารกตัวเล็ก (OR 8.26; 95%CI 2.66 – 25.64), โรคปอดเรื้อรัง (OR 4.94; 95%CI 2.13 – 11.44), ภาวะเลือดออกในทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้น (OR 4.82; 95%CI 1.74 – 13.34), ภาวะน้ำดีคั่ง (OR 3.49; 95%CI 1.37 – 8.89), การได้รับอินซูลิน (OR 14.36; 95%CI 1.93 – 106.76), ทารกเริ่มได้รับฟอสฟอรัสเมื่ออายุมากกว่า 2 วัน (3 วัน, OR 3.13; 95%CI 1.11 – 8.78; ≥ 4 วัน, OR 7.05; 95%CI 2.21 …

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตและระดับของความรุนแรงของอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมในช่วงที่ได้รับยาที่มียากลุ่มแทคเซนเป็นส่วนประกอบ ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรมกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการบริการตามมาตรฐาน วิธีการศึกษา: เป็นการศึกษาเชิงทดลองแบบสุ่มชนิดมีกลุ่มควบคุม จัดสรรกลุ่มตัวอย่างเข้ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรม (กลุ่มศึกษา) และกลุ่มได้รับการบริการตามมาตรฐาน (กลุ่มควบคุม) ด้วยอัตราส่วน 1:1 วัดคุณภาพชีวิตโดยแบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิต FACT-B version 4 ฉบับภาษาไทย และใช้เกณฑ์ CTCAE version 5 ประเมินความรุนแรงของอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยา ศึกษา ณ โรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี ผลการศึกษา: มีผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษา 49 ราย เป็นกลุ่มที่ได้รับการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรม 25 ราย และกลุ่มที่ได้รับการบริการตามมาตรฐาน 24 ราย หลังได้รับยาเคมีบำบัด พบว่า กลุ่มที่ได้รับการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรมมีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมเพิ่มขึ้นจากพื้นฐานคุณภาพชีวิตเดิมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (99.71 ± 11.99 เทียบกับ 108.66 ± 12.73; p < 0.001) และค่า Trial outcome index (TOI) ได้เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (61.96 ± 8.18 เทียบกับ 68.40 ± 9.21; p < 0.001) นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรมพบการเกิดอาการชาตามปลายประสาท ความรุนแรงระดับ 3 ขึ้นไปน้อยกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการบริการตามมาตรฐาน (ร้อยละ 0 เปรียเทียบกับ ร้อยละ 16.7; p = 0.017) สรุป: การบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรม ที่นำแบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพมาเป็นเครื่องในการติดตามอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยา สามารถเพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิต และลดความรุนแรงของอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมระยะแรกในช่วงได้รับยาเคมีบำบัดที่มีกลุ่มแทคแซนเป็นส่วนประกอบ

การศึกษานี้มีรูปแบบการศึกษาจากเหตุไปหาผลแบบไปข้างหน้าร่วมกับย้อนหลัง วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางคลินิกและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาในผู้ป่วย วัณโรคปอด ณ คลินิกควบคุมการติดเชื้อทางเดินหายใจ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ ระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2562 ถึงมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2565 โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากเวชระเบียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผู้ป่วยนอก วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ด้วยสถิติการถดถอย (Cox regression) ในการศึกษามีผู้ป่วยทั้งหมด 371 ราย อายุเฉลี่ย 52.6 ± 19.9 ปี พบเพศชายร้อยละ 63.6 และพบผู้ป่วย วัณโรคที่ไวต่อยาร้อยละ 81.9 ผลการศึกษาจากการวิเคราะห์พหุตัวแปร (multivariate analysis) พบปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ ได้แก่ เพศหญิง (HR=1.64, 95%CI 1.22–2.20) วัณโรคดื้อยา (HR=1.48, 95%CI 1.01–2.15) โรคไตเรื้อรัง (HR=1.62, 95%CI 1.03–2.54) และการมีประวัติโรคตับ (HR=1.94, 95%CI 1.37-2.76) พบอุบัติการณ์การเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ 12.0 (95% CI: 10.4 – 13.8) รายต่อ 100 ประชากรต่อเดือน พบอัตราการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ร้อยละ 55.5 เหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ที่พบมาก 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ผื่นคัน อาการคลื่นไส้-อาเจียน และภาวะ ตับอักเสบ เหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ส่วนใหญ่มีความรุนแรงเล็กน้อยถึงปานกลาง พบร้อยละ 76.5 และผลลัพธ์ภายหลังการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ส่วนใหญ่หายเป็นปกติ พบร้อยละ 70.8 อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์กันระหว่างการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์กับอัตราการรักษาไม่สำเร็จ อุบัติการณ์การเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาต้านวัณโรคในผู้ป่วยวัณโรคปอดสูง จึงมีความสำคัญในการติดตามและเฝ้าระวังการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาต้านวัณโรคอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยเฉพาะผู้ป่วยที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ คือ เพศหญิง วัณโรค ดื้อยา ผู้ป่วยโรคตับและโรคไตเรื้อรัง

Drawn by the allure of “ancient cultures,” tourists inadvertently consume deauthenticated indigenous practices, including ethnomedical traditions such as midwifery. This is especially true in the case of “Traditional Mexican Midwifery” since stark differences exist between how midwifery practices unfold in indigenous contexts and how they are represented to global tourists. “Traditional Mexican Midwifery” tourism is a unique lens for examining some of the underlying, intersectional issues threatening “sustainability” in ethnomedical tourism. Gillian Flynn challenges fiction's male-dominated presence by asserting female presence in number, relevance, and agency. Instead of following patriarchal expectations which maintain that female characters must be virtuous, Flynn evokes female villains whose complexities and monstrous actions extend beyond the limits of the Gothic tradition from which she draws.
