การพัฒนาอุปกรณ์สำรวจชั้นดินซึ่งทำงานด้วยการตรวจวัดคลื่นสั่นสะเทือนขนาดเล็ก, ชวกร เมธีพลกุล

การสำรวจทางธรณีฟิสิกส์นั้นเป็นวิธีการหนึ่งที่ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมเหมืองแร่ การสำรวจปิโตรเลียม การสำรวจแหล่งน้ำบาดาล การศึกษาทางด้านแผ่นดินไหว รวมถึงการสำรวจชั้นดินทางด้านวิศวกรรมธรณีเทคนิค ในงานวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการออกแบบและประดิษฐ์อุปกรณ์สำรวจชั้นดินจากการตรวจวัดคลื่นสั่นขนาดเล็ก (microtremor) บนผิวดิน อุปกรณ์ตรวจวัดประกอบด้วยวงจรแปลงสัญญาณอนาล็อกเป็นดิจิตอลแบบ 24 บิตซึ่งรับสัญญาณการสั่นสะเทือนจากจีโอโฟนแล้วส่งให้ระบบไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ชื่อราสเบอร์รี่พาย (Raspberry Pi) เพื่อเก็บข้อมูล และประมวลผลเส้นโค้งการกระจายตัวด้วยวิธี Power of Phase (POP) ซึ่งควบคุมด้วยสมาร์ทโฟนผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์สเมือนจริง (virtual network computing) โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีโครงข่ายประสาทเทียม (Artificial neural network) ทำนายภาพตัดความเร็วคลื่นเฉือน (Shear wave velocity profile) ของชั้นดิน จากการตรวจวัดภาคสนามในกรุงเทพมหานครจำนวน 3 พื้นที่ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, แลนด์ แอนด์ เฮ้าส์ โครงการมัณฑนา บางขุนเทียน-ชายทะเล และ แลนด์ แอนด์ เฮ้าส์ โครงการ บางบอน 5 พบว่าเมื่อใช้โมเดลโครงข่ายประสาทเทียม และ รัศมีของการตรวจวัดที่เหมาะสม อุปกรณ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถทำนายความเร็วคลื่นเฉือนได้ใกล้เคียงกับความเร็วคลื่นเฉือนจากผลเจาะสำรวจชั้นดิน (Boring log) และ วิธีดาวน์โฮล (Downhole) ในช่วงระดับความลึกประสิทธิผลที่สามารถตรวจวัดได้

การสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ไทยร่วมสมัยที่สะท้อนความรักของบุคคลที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ, อดิศร มหาสัทธา

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ไทยร่วมสมัยที่สะท้อนความรักของบุคคลที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศเป็นวิจัยแบบผสมผสานประกอบด้วยการค้นคว้าเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกต และการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัจจุบันนอกจากการครองคู่กันระหว่างผู้ชายกับผู้หญิงยังปรากฏการครองคู่กันระหว่างบุคคลเพศเดียวกันซึ่งจัดอยู่ในความหลากหลายทางเพศ การครองรักกันระหว่างผู้ชายกับผู้ชายได้ถูกเปิดเผยให้เป็นที่รับรู้อย่างแพร่หลาย โดยเฉพาะสื่อความบันเทิงรูปแบบละครชุดหรือเรียกว่า “ซีรีส์วาย” ส่วนความเชื่อเรื่อง “ด้ายแดง” ที่กล่าวถึงผู้เฒ่าจันทราผู้กำหนดชะตาชีวิตใช้ด้ายแดงเชื่อมโยงดวงจิตของ 2 คนให้ผูกพันธ์และรักกัน แม้ทั้งคู่สิ้นชีวิตลงไปเกิดในภพภูมิใหม่ด้ายแดงนี้ก็ยังเชื่อมโยงให้ทั้งคู่กลับมารักและครองคู่กัน ในประเทศไทยได้มีการนำความเชื่อเรื่อง “ด้ายแดง” มาประพันธ์เป็นบทละครและสร้างขึ้นเป็น “ซีรีย์วาย” ผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อมูลการครองรักระหว่างผู้ชายกับผู้ชายและนำแรงบันดาลใจจากความเชื่อเรื่อง “ด้ายแดง” มาผนวกเข้าด้วยกันเพื่อสร้างสรรค์เป็นนาฏยศิลป์ไทยร่วมสมัยเรื่อง “ลิขิต” มีกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ประกอบด้วย 1) การสร้างแนวคิดเพื่อกำหนดขอบเขตเนื้อหาและรูปแบบการแสดง 2) การกำหนดโครงเรื่องโดยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ช่วง 3) การกำหนดตัวละครและคัดเลือกนักแสดง 4) การออกแบบดนตรี 5) การออกแบบลีลาท่าทาง 6) การออกแบบเครื่องแต่งกาย 7) การเผยแพร่การแสดง การแสดงเรื่อง “ลิขิต” เป็นการเปิดมิติใหม่สำหรับการทำความเข้าใจประเด็นความหลากหลายทางเพศ โดยเฉพาะการครองคู่กันของบุคคลเพศเดียวกันผ่านกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ทางนาฏยศิลป์ เป็นหนึ่งในแนวทางการนำเสนอข้อมูลหรือความคิดอันเป็นนามธรรมให้กลายเป็นรูปธรรมที่สามารถสัมผัสรับรู้และเป็นที่เข้าใจได้

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติการนิเทศการสอนแบบหลากหลายวิธีการของโรงเรียนนานาชาติหลักสูตร IB ระดับชั้น Diploma Programme ในประเทศไทย 2) ศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานหลักสูตรของโรงเรียนนานาชาติหลักสูตร IB ระดับชั้น Diploma Programme ในประเทศไทย และ 3) วิเคราะห์รูปแบบการนิเทศการสอนแบบหลากหลายวิธีการที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนนานาชาติหลักสูตร IB ระดับชั้น Diploma Programme ในประเทศไทย เป็นวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรคือ โรงเรียนนานาชาติหลักสูตร IB ที่เปิดสอนระดับชั้น Diploma Programme จำนวน 23 โรงเรียนทั่วประเทศไทย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ครูผู้สอนในระดับชั้น Diploma Programme รวมทั้งสิ้น 418 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณถดถอยพหุคูณแบบปกติ (Enter Multiple Regression Analysis) เพื่อศึกษาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การอธิบาย (R2) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (β) ของตัวแปรทำนายแต่ละตัว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การนิเทศการสอนที่มีการปฏิบัติมากที่สุดคือ การนิเทศแบบพึ่งตนเอง การปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานหลักสูตรมากที่สุดมี 2 ด้านคือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวัดประเมินผล และผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุระหว่างรูปแบบการนิเทศการสอนกับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานหลักสูตรของโรงเรียนนานาชาติหลักสูตร IB ระดับชั้น Diploma Programme ในประเทศไทยพบว่า รูปแบบการนิเทศแบบพึ่งตนเองเป็นตัวแปรทำนายที่สำคัญที่สุด (β =.338, P=<.001) รองลงมาคือ รูปแบบการนิเทศโดยผู้บริหาร (β =.126, P=.024)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางประชากร การเปิดรับการสื่อสารการตลาดโดยใช้ชื่อศิลปินผ่านแฮชแท็กในทวิตเตอร์ ทัศนคติต่อตราสินค้า การรับรู้ตราสินค้าประเภทเกี่ยวพันต่ำ และการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าของกลุ่มผู้ใช้ทวิตเตอร์ทั่วไปและกลุ่มผู้ชื่นชอบศิลปิน รวมทั้งเพื่ออธิบายอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านการเปิดรับการสื่อสารการตลาด ทัศนคติต่อตราสินค้า และการรับรู้ตราสินค้าประเภทเกี่ยวพันต่ำที่มีต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าของกลุ่มผู้ใช้ทวิตเตอร์ทั่วไปและกลุ่มผู้ชื่นชอบศิลปิน งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ด้วยการเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มผู้ใช้ทวิตเตอร์ทั่วไป จำนวน 200 คน และกลุ่มผู้ชื่นชอบศิลปิน จำนวน 200 คน โดยประมวลผลในโปรแกรม SPSS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มผู้ใช้ทวิตเตอร์ทั่วไปและกลุ่มผู้ชื่นชอบศิลปินมีการเปิดรับ ทัศนคติ การรับรู้ตราสินค้า และการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าแตกต่างกันอย่างนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001 โดยกลุ่มผู้ชื่นชอบศิลปินมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่ากลุ่มผู้ใช้ทวิตเตอร์ทั่วไปในทุก ๆ ปัจจัย 2) กลุ่มผู้ใช้ทวิตเตอร์ทั่วไปที่มีอายุ 18 – 24 ปี จะมีทัศนคติ การรับรู้ตราสินค้า และการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้ามากกว่าอายุ 25 – 31 ปี 3) กลุ่มผู้ใช้ทวิตเตอร์ทั่วไปที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีและปริญญาตรีจะมีทัศนคติ การรับรู้ตราสินค้า และการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้ามากกว่าระดับการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี 4) กลุ่มผู้ชื่นชอบศิลปินที่มีเพศและอายุที่ต่างกันมีทัศนคติต่อตราสินค้าแตกต่างกัน 5) ปัจจัยด้านการเปิดรับ ทัศนคติ และการรับรู้ตราสินค้ามีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้า โดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001

The study was made through the analysis of the old research study and the current situation mentioned by the local residents and other stakeholders. According to research, there are three main environmental effects: excessive energy use, ineffective water use, and poor waste management. Suggestions and how to minimize the environmental impacts of Hotel operations were also provided in this research study.

การฆ่าเด็กเป็นการใช้ความรุนแรงต่อเด็กที่เกิดขึ้นบ่อยครั้งในสังคมไทย เนื่องจากเด็กเป็นเหยื่อที่มีความอ่อนแอทางชีวภาพส่งผลให้ผู้กระทำโดยส่วนใหญ่มุ่งที่จะกระทำความผิดต่อเด็ก เนื่องจากกระทำความผิดสำเร็จได้ง่ายและสะดวกกว่ากระทำต่อผู้ใหญ่ แต่ประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 289 ในปัจจุบันกลับไม่ได้บัญญัติคุ้มครองเด็กเป็นพิเศษแต่อย่างใด ส่งผลให้ผู้กระทำความผิดไม่เกรงกลัวต่อบทลงโทษ แม้ว่ารัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พุทธศักราช 2560 มาตรา 71 จะบัญญัติคุ้มครองเด็กจากความรุนแรงทั้งปวงและการฆ่าเด็กส่งผลกระทบกระเทือนอย่างร้ายแรงต่อความสงบเรียบร้อยและศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชนก็ตาม ผู้เขียนจึงได้ทำการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบกฎหมายอาญาของต่างประเทศ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ฝรั่งเศส ตุรกี และฟิลิปปินส์ พบว่าได้กำหนดให้การฆ่าเด็กเป็นเหตุฉกรรจ์ซึ่งทำให้ผู้กระทำความผิดต้องรับโทษหนักขึ้นกว่าการฆ่าผู้ใหญ่ โดยพิจารณาตามโครงสร้างรับผิดทางอาญา ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบภายนอกของความผิด คือ ผู้กระทํา การกระทำ และวัตถุแห่งการกระทำ และองค์ประกอบภายในของความผิด คือ เจตนา เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการกำหนดเหตุฉกรรจ์ในประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 289 ที่เหมาะสมในการคุ้มครองผู้เสียหายที่เป็นเด็ก เพื่อให้ผู้กระทำความผิดเกิดความเกรงกลัวต่อกฎหมายและในขณะเดียวกันเพื่อป้องกันยับยั้งอาชญากรรมที่จะเกิดขึ้นกับเด็กในอนาคต

This applied dissertation investigated gendered relationships and their potential influence on women’s criminal motivation. Historically, researchers attempted to understand criminal behavior using a male-oriented perspective which has dominated criminological literature. งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมพัฒนาความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ (Self-compassion Journey) ต่อความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเอง ความรู้สึกซาบซึ้งขอบคุณ และความสามารถในการฟื้นพลังในวัยรุ่น โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย อายุ 15–18 ปี ซึ่งมีคะแนนความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองอยู่ในระดับคะแนนที่ต่ำกว่าเปอร์เซ็นไทล์ที่ 75 จำนวน 40 คน แบ่งกลุ่มด้วยวิธีการสุ่มออกเป็นกลุ่มทดลองที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ 14 วัน และกลุ่มควบคุมจำนวนกลุ่มละ 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามประกอบโปรแกรมพัฒนาความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย มาตรวัดความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเอง มาตรวัดความรู้สึกขอบคุณ และ มาตรวัดความแข็งแกร่งยืดหยุ่นของชีวิต และโปรแกรมพัฒนาความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ มีการทดสอบสามระยะในช่วงก่อนการทดลอง หลังการทดลอง และช่วงติดตามผล ซึ่งมีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบผสมสองทาง (Two-way mixed ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเอง (p < .001) และคะแนนความสามารถในการฟื้นพลัง (p= .004) เพิ่มสูงขึ้นกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม แต่ไม่พบความแตกต่างนี้ในคะแนนความรู้สึกซาบซึ้งขอบคุณ นอกจากนี้กลุ่มทดลองยังมีคะแนนความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมในช่วงหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) แต่ไม่พบความแตกต่างของคะแนนความสามารถในการฟื้นพลังและคะแนนความรู้สึกซาบซึ้งขอบคุณ และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างช่วงหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมและระยะติดตามผลไม่พบการเพิ่มขึ้นของคะแนนทั้ง 3 ตัวแปร แต่ในช่วงระยะติดตามผลพบว่าคะแนนความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = .011) ในขณะที่ไม่พบความแตกต่างของคะแนนระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมในคะแนนความสามารถในการฟื้นพลังและคะแนนความรู้สึกซาบซึ้งขอบคุณ จะเห็นได้ว่า การเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ช่วยเพิ่มความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองในวัยรุ่นได้ นอกจากนี้ผลของโปรแกรมยังสามารถคงอยู่ได้หลังจากโปรแกรมเสร็จสิ้นไปแล้ว 2 สัปดาห์

Streptococcus agalactiae is a highly contagious pathogen with a significant economic impact on bovine mastitis. The research aims to achieve three objectives: 1) identifying and characterizing S. agalactiae strains responsible for bovine mastitis based on their phenotypic and genotypic characteristics, 2) determining susceptibility profiles to antimicrobial agents, and 3) applying molecular epidemiological analysis to explore intramammary infections in Thai dairy herds. This one-year longitudinal study in Bangkok assessed the impact of indoor air quality on psychological symptoms among respiratory patients from Chulalongkorn Hospital. Data collection involved 12-month follow-ups (January to December 2022), using the ChulaAir mobile application to retrieve background characteristics, respiratory health, and psychological symptoms. Home IAQ sensors measured indoor air quality factors. Off 100 eligible respiratory patients, 98 completed baseline data. Magnetic drug targeting can be a strategy to overcome the limitations of delivering phytochemicals for effective cancer treatment. Here, we demonstrate the benefits of magnetic targeting delivery using a combination of chitosan (CS) and alginate (Alg) as materials in encapsulating lutein (lut) and magnetite (Fe3O4) to increase the cytotoxicity of lutein against breast cancer cells with or without magnetic stimulation. Natural products including stilbenoids may enhance cytotoxicity of anticancer drugs and reverse multidrug resistance (MDR) by (1) suppression of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters, or (2) alteration of either cell death or survival pathways. การศึกษานี้มีรูปแบบการศึกษาจากเหตุไปหาผลแบบไปข้างหน้าร่วมกับย้อนหลัง วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางคลินิกและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาในผู้ป่วย วัณโรคปอด ณ คลินิกควบคุมการติดเชื้อทางเดินหายใจ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ ระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2562 ถึงมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2565 โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากเวชระเบียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผู้ป่วยนอก วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ด้วยสถิติการถดถอย (Cox regression) ในการศึกษามีผู้ป่วยทั้งหมด 371 ราย อายุเฉลี่ย 52.6 ± 19.9 ปี พบเพศชายร้อยละ 63.6 และพบผู้ป่วย วัณโรคที่ไวต่อยาร้อยละ 81.9 ผลการศึกษาจากการวิเคราะห์พหุตัวแปร (multivariate analysis) พบปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ ได้แก่ เพศหญิง (HR=1.64, 95%CI 1.22–2.20) วัณโรคดื้อยา (HR=1.48, 95%CI 1.01–2.15) โรคไตเรื้อรัง (HR=1.62, 95%CI 1.03–2.54) และการมีประวัติโรคตับ (HR=1.94, 95%CI 1.37-2.76) พบอุบัติการณ์การเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ 12.0 (95% CI: 10.4 – 13.8) รายต่อ 100 ประชากรต่อเดือน พบอัตราการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ร้อยละ 55.5 เหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ที่พบมาก 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ผื่นคัน อาการคลื่นไส้-อาเจียน และภาวะ ตับอักเสบ เหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ส่วนใหญ่มีความรุนแรงเล็กน้อยถึงปานกลาง พบร้อยละ 76.5 และผลลัพธ์ภายหลังการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ส่วนใหญ่หายเป็นปกติ พบร้อยละ 70.8 อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์กันระหว่างการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์กับอัตราการรักษาไม่สำเร็จ อุบัติการณ์การเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาต้านวัณโรคในผู้ป่วยวัณโรคปอดสูง จึงมีความสำคัญในการติดตามและเฝ้าระวังการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาต้านวัณโรคอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยเฉพาะผู้ป่วยที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ คือ เพศหญิง วัณโรค ดื้อยา ผู้ป่วยโรคตับและโรคไตเรื้อรัง

The note highlights the legal vulnerabilities of child social media influencers, or "kidfluencers," who are increasingly exploited due to inadequate protections under U.S. labor laws. The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exempts child performers, and while some states have Coogan Laws, these are insufficient to address the unique challenges posed by digital platforms like YouTube. Mapping radon (222Rn) distribution patterns in the coastal sea is a widely applied method for localizing and quantifying submarine groundwater discharge (SGD). While the literature reports a wide range of successful case studies, methodical problems that might occur in shallow wind-exposed coastal settings are generally neglected. This paper evaluates causes and effects that resulted in a failure of the radon approach at a distinct shallow wind-exposed location in the Baltic Sea.
