Dramaturgy Analysis In Self-Presentation Of Smokers, Novi Andayani Praptiningsih, Sarah Handayani, Vilya Dwi Agustini

The purpose of this study was to find out how dramaturgy is in the self-presentation of smokers. The research method uses a qualitative with an interpretive approach. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, observations, FGDs, and literature studies. Miles & Huberman interactive model data analysis technique. The results showed that smokers among teenagers almost entirely did dramaturgy where there was a difference in smoking behavior on the front stage and back stage. Smokers apply Goffman's self-presentation, for example on the back stage they smoke, but on the front stage when dealing with teachers/parents/leaders/employers/lover - they do not smoke. Conversely, without good organizational communication management, miscommunication often occurs. This study aims to classify high schools in Papua Province, Indonesia, based on the 2019 National Examination scores so they can be considered in maintaining the sustainability of school quality in Papua. In this study, all senior high schools in Papua Province were grouped into three clusters: Cluster 1 (high), Cluster 2 (medium), and Cluster 3 (low clusters) using the K-Means Algorithm on the 2019 National Examination data. The developed instrument is a character assessment based on the school culture, used to facilitate teachers and schools in assessing student characters. This study is development research. This study aims to describe the management of dynamic curriculum implemented by Vocational High School (VHS) Mitra Industri MM2100 in revitalizing its graduates. It was conducted using the qualitative descriptive method at VHS Mitra Industri MM2100 and the object was how VHS Mitra Industri MM2100 implemented a dynamic curriculum. The data were obtained by using a questionnaire, through document studies and observation, and by interviewing principals, deputy principals, heads of departments, and productive teachers. The unemployed from vocational high schools (SMK) is still high. Several factors, including the low job readiness of vocational students and the small availability of jobs, cause the high unemployment rate for vocational schools.
