In this paper, we aimed to find the sputtering power most suitable for fabricating anodized TiO2 nanotubes (TNTs) with high dimensions (diameter and length). TNTs were synthesized via anodization of Ti films deposited on a glass substrate at varying sputtering power from 50 W to 200 W. The properties of Ti films such as crystallinity, residual stress, and roughness were investigated, which affected the morphology of TNTs. Sputtering power levels of 150 W and 200 W were suitable for TNTs formation via the anodization process in NH4F concentrations from 1.0 wt% to 2.5 wt% due to the increased density and …

Polyvinyl alcohol/sodium alginate (PVA/SA) hydrogel was successfully prepared by freeze thaw process. Without crosslinking agent, hydrogel was formed by using 3, 5 and 7 consecutive cycles of freeze thaw. Hydrogel can be formed by hydrogen bonding formation between OH-group of sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol throughout network. Scanning electron microscope reported that microstructure of hydrogel was well packed. The interconnect porosity was also observed. Differential scanning calorimetry exhibited that two exothermic peaks at temperature of 110℃ and 225℃ were observed due to evaporation of water molecule and melting temperature of hydrogel, respectively. This article explores the ballistic and mechanical performance of HDPE matrix composites reinforced with alumina and silicon carbide particles, to be used as lightweight body armor. After processing, the composites were evaluated by tensile tests, Izod impact, and Shore D hardness. In addition, depth of penetration (DOP) and energy absorption tests were performed with chronograph simulating .22 ammunition in the ballistic test. Samples A80 and A70 had the lowest DOP result (15.98 and 17.98 mm respectively) indicating that these samples had the best ballistic performance. Seawater desalination techniques have been continuously developed to tackle the water scarcity problems. This review article provides comprehensive discussion on the progress of water desalination applications that utilize the unique wettability and surface characteristics of graphene and graphene oxides, which are being employed as ultrafiltration membranes in either a monolayer or multilayer nanosheet configuration. The interaction of water with graphene materials and their wetting characteristics as well as the controlling factors are examined.  Particularly, the designs and roles of hydrophilic and hydrophobic nanopores and nanochannels are discussed. Rotaxanes are known for the mechanically interlocked molecules for decades. The present work demonstrates a method to prepare multi-responsive rotaxane by conjugating with a multi-responsive supramolecule. Benzoxazine dimers, N, N’-bis(3,5-dimethyl-2-hydroxybenzyl) methylamine derivatives, are good models because their simple chemistry. An azobenzene containing benzoxazine with remaining hydroxyl group for further conjugation with rotaxane was designed. The ring opening of rotaxane using fluorescent phenol provides benzoxazine dimer with metal ion responsive and fluorescent properties. Based on this concept, light responsive benzoxazine conjugated with rotaxane system shows light, metal ion and rotaxane shuttling responsiveness which can be followed by fluorescent signals. Spinel structured lithium cobalt manganese tetroxide (LiCoMnO4) which exhibit unrivalled reduction potential of 5.3V (vs. Li0 | Li+) was identified to be one of the potential cathode candidates for next generation lithium-ion batteries offering high voltage output and energy density. The objective of this research is to prepare a green acidic catalyst from cellulose derived from sugarcane bagasse (SB). Initially, SB was pretreated by electron beam irradiation with a dose of 50 kGy to 200 kGy and subsequent acid hydrolysis to obtain cellulose. The cellulose derived from SB was carbonized at different temperatures for 4 h and then sulfonated with heating at 120°C under reflux. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to confirm the successful preparation of acidic catalyst by irradiation pretreatment and subsequent sulfonation. Bipolar Disorder is an affective disorder characterized by moderate to extreme lability in emotional states where individuals experience symptoms of mania, hypomania, mixed mood and/or depression. Individuals may be diagnosed with bipolar I disorder, which is hallmarked by extreme mood lability between mood states of mania and depression. Alternatively, bipolar II disorder is distinguished by fluctuating hypomanic and depressive episodes (DSM-V, 2014). Cyclothymia is defined by shifting mood states that are less severe than bipolar I or II. One of the hallmarks of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), which prohibits discrimination in the workplace on the basis of disability, is that it defines “discrimination” to include “not making reasonable accommodations to the known mental or physical limitations of an otherwise qualified individual with a disability.” This concept of reasonable accommodation was seen as innovative in two ways. It recognized that employers must sometimes take affirmative steps or make adaptations to afford individuals with disabilities an equal opportunity to apply for and perform jobs. Corporations began hiring Black people into management positions in the 1960s and 1970s following the passage of the Civil Rights Act (1964) which made it unlawful to discriminate in hiring based on race, gender, religion, or country of origin. Black men were the first to benefit from this change in the law and Black women began to appear in entry level management roles in the 1980s. Forty years later, there have only been four Black women CEOs in the history of the Fortune 1000, the largest American companies based on reported revenues. The facilitation of healthcare for people with Down syndrome offers a unique challenge to healthcare systems. Both caregivers and healthcare providers often need to navigate a complex system of specialties in care, resources, and expertise to optimize treatment and care plans for children with Down syndrome, whose needs vary widely and extend beyond the walls of a hospital. This study identified seven domains of care based on conceptualizations of integrated care in the literature: coordination, communication, continuity, dignity, information, shared decision-making, and resources. วัตถุประสงค์หลักของบทความวิจัยมุ่งอภิปรายการใช้ภาพเล่าเรื่องเพื่อเป็นเสียงสะท้อนผ่านการสื่อสารที่สามารถมองเห็นในชุมชนท้องถิ่นโดยคนในชุมชนเป็นผู้เล่าและสะท้อนเสียงส่วนลึกที่สุดในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดินในอุทยานแห่งชาติทับลาน อนึ่ง ผู้เข้าร่วมในการศึกษามีจำนวน 6  คน จาก18 คนในงานวิจัยเพื่อร่วมในการวิจัยภาพถ่ายเล่าเรื่อง ได้แก่ ชาวบ้าน เอ็นจีโอ และพระนักพัฒนาในตำบลไทยสามัคคี ซึ่งประโยชน์จากการใช้ภาพถ่ายเล่าเรื่องจะช่วยบันทึกเรื่องราว สะท้อนแง่มุม และแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ถือเป็นประจักษ์พยานในการศึกษาปัญหาที่ดิน อีกทั้งช่วยพัฒนาความสามารถของพลเมืองในการถกแถลงสาธารณะโดยใช้ภาพถ่าย ดังนั้นการศึกษานี้นำมาสู่การจุดประกายให้เห็นถึงบทบาทของการใช้ภาพเล่าเรื่องว่าเป็นวิธีการในการเข้าถึงแก่นแท้ในความรู้สึกเชิงศีลธรรมของประชาธิปไตยแบบปรึกษาหารือผ่านมุมมองของประชาชนในการพัฒนาชุมชนร่วมกันและเข้าถึงผู้กำหนดนโยบาย ทั้งนี้การนำผลงานวิจัยไปใช้เน้นเพื่อการพัฒนานโยบายสาธารณะและการเติมเต็มการศึกษาประชาธิปไตยแบบปรึกษาหารือในการจัดการปัญหาความขัดแย้งเรื่องที่ดิน

บทความเรื่องนี้ศึกษาปัญหาอาชญากรรมลูกผสมที่เป็นปัญหาสำคัญในสังคมไทย โดยวิเคราะห์ปัญหาจากการสังเคราะห์เอกสาร พบว่าปัญหาอาชญากรรมในสังคมไทยในศตวรรษที่ 21 ถูกปรับเปลี่ยนจากการเป็นรูปแบบเดี่ยวมาเป็น “อาชญากรรมลูกผสม” ซึ่งเป็นการผสมผสานกันระหว่างอาชญากรรมรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ทั้งอาชญากรรมรูปแบบเดิม อาชญากรรมรูปแบบใหม่ อาชญากรรมรูปแบบอื่น ๆ และที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ทำให้เป็นอาชญากรรมแบบเบ็ดเสร็จ มีความซับซ้อน เชื่อมโยงสาเหตุจากปัจจัยการเปลี่ยนแปลงสังคมโดยเทคโนโลยี ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคมในระดับมหภาค ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคมในระดับจุลภาค ปัจจัยด้านกายภาพ/ชีวภาพ และปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยา ที่ประสานสอดคล้องกับวิธีการก่ออาชญากรรม ทำให้ไม่สามารถเข้าใจรูปแบบที่แท้จริงของอาชญากรรมที่เกิดขึ้นได้โดยง่าย นอกจากนี้แล้วอาชญากรรมลูกผสมจะแตกต่างกันขึ้นอยู่กับอาชญากรผู้วางแผนเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของการก่ออาชญากรรมนั้น โดยมีลักษณะสำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้กระทำผิดหรืออาชญากรมีการรวมตัวกันเป็นเครือข่าย/องค์กรมากขึ้น กระทำการข้ามรัฐ/ไร้พรมแดน พึ่งพาเทคโนโลยี และใช้วิธีการที่หลากหลายซึ่งส่งผลกระทบในวงกว้าง ไม่จำกัดช่วงเวลาและสถานที่ สร้างการเลียนแบบ เข้าถึงเป้าหมายได้ง่าย ไม่จำเป็นต้องเผชิญหน้ากับเป้าหมาย คุ้มค่ามากที่สุดในการก่อเหตุต่อครั้ง เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน ติดตามตัวผู้กระทำผิดมาลงโทษได้ยาก ทำให้ต้องใช้บุคลากรและงบประมาณจำนวนมากในการปราบปราม ป้องกันและแก้ไข

ความก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลได้ส่งผลกระทบอย่างรวดเร็วและรุนแรงต่อระบบเศรษฐกิจและสังคมในปัจจุบัน ภาครัฐจึงจำเป็นต้องปรับตัวเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการเปลี่ยนผ่านในทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม และการจัดสรรผลประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีได้รับการจัดการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ที่ผ่านมา แม้ประเทศไทยจะมีการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล แต่การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่สังคมดิจิทัลที่เท่าเทียมกันยังคงเป็นความท้าทาย งานวิจัยนี้ใช้แนวทางเชิงคุณภาพ ศึกษาการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของภาครัฐในปัจจุบัน ผ่านระบบการให้บริการในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ประกอบด้วยระบบการออกใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และระบบให้บริการรับคำร้องขอหนังสือเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของกรมสรรพากร ระบบการจดทะเบียนนิติบุคคลทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า ระบบพิธีการศุลกากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมศุลกากร และระบบการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สำนักงานประกันสังคม รวมทั้งศึกษาองค์ประกอบความสำเร็จการใช้งานระบบดังกล่าว ผลการศึกษาพบว่าองค์ประกอบความสำเร็จของการปรับใช้ภาครัฐดิจิทัลอยู่ที่การลดความเหลื่อมล้ำด้านดิจิทัล การส่งเสริมทักษะด้านดิจิทัล และการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมของภาครัฐเพื่อให้ตอบสนองความต้องการและความคาดหวังของประชาชนได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) สำรวจภาวะห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อนจากการสื่อสารทางการเมืองในพื้นที่ออนไลน์ของผู้ออกเสียงเลือกตั้งครั้งแรก ในช่วงของการเลือกตั้งทั่วไป พ.ศ.2562 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะของห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อนในพื้นที่ออนไลน์กับทัศนคติทางการเมือง 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อน โดยใช้พหุวิธีวิจัย การศึกษาพบว่าองค์ประกอบหนึ่งของห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อนในแง่ข้อมูลหรือชุดความคิดหลักหนึ่ง ๆ ได้รับการตอกย้ำและกระจายออกไปผ่านการทำซ้ำและการสนับสนุนในกลุ่มแบ่งขั้ว ส่วนลักษณะการกลั่นกรองและคัดสรรข้อมูลโดยระบบอัลกอริทึมพบในบางวิธีศึกษา ขณะเดียวกัน ภาวะห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อนมีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติทางการเมืองของบุคคล ซึ่งสร้างภูมิทัศน์ทางความคิดรายรอบแต่ละบุคคลเอาไว้ เมื่อผนวกกับประเด็นเรื่องปัจจัยทางเทคโนโลยีและการรวมกลุ่มสังคมจะทำให้เกิดการสร้าง “พื้นที่ทางความคิด” ขึ้นมา สำหรับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อนในการวิจัยนี้ ได้แก่ 1) อัลกอริทึมสร้างภาวะฟองสบู่ตัวกรอง 2) แนวทางในการเปิดรับข้อมูลข่าวสารทางการเมืองของผู้ใช้ออนไลน์ 3) ทัศนคติทางการเมืองและบริบท/สถานการณ์แวดล้อมทางการเมือง และ 4) รูปแบบเครือข่ายทางการสื่อสารที่มีส่วนร่วมในพื้นที่ออนไลน์

For decades, corporate law scholars insisted on a simple division of responsibilities. Regulatory diffusion occurs when an agency adopts a substantially similar rule to that of another agency. Indeed, regulatory texts proliferate just like other forms of law like constitutions, statutes, and contracts do. While this insight has been explored across countries, this dynamic also occurs closer to home: American administrative agencies regularly borrow language from one another.
