Choice of vote conversion method, as an element of the general election system, has implications for the degree of proportionality. The degree of proportionality in question is divided into two elements, namely between the percentage of seats acquired and the fairness to large and small parties. This study aims to evaluate the administrative policies and electronic trial (E-Court) of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia and the judicial bodies under it in achieving the principles of administering judicial power, namely: simple, fast, and low-cost justice. Sharenting, or sharing information of children by parents on social media sites, has received much media attention. While offering many benefits, it may also contain risks. The present study used a mixed-methods approach to investigate how understanding of risks and benefits alongside psychosocial variables affected the Facebook sharenting behavior of 190 mothers with young children. Findings reveal that awareness of risks was associated with a decrease in posting frequency, although most still chose to share sensitive information such as pictures and activity information. The European Commission, responding to calls for amendments, presented in June 2021 the Draft of a new Consumer Credit Directive. One of the issues that was announced as part of the amendment process was the issue of pre-contractual consumer information provided by the creditor. The article analyses the content of the Draft with respect of pre-contractual consumer information, comparing the proposed provisions with existing ones, assessing them in terms of validity and effectiveness in achieving the objectives of the new Draft Directive and the earlier announcements of the European Commission as a drafter.

The article raises the issue of the information obligation that precedes the conclusion of a reverse mortgage contract. This service is addressed, by definition, to the elderly who are looking for a way to increase their income from the funds obtained from a pension. The study analyzes statutory regulations concerning pre-contractual information obligations of the lender towards the potential borrowers, which are basically limited to the passing of the information form. The analysis leads to the conclusion that the statutory information obligation is not adjusted to the specifics of the borrowers.

We investigated whether there were differences in associations between cognition with muscle strength, fitness and function in men with prostate cancer (PCa) treated with, and without androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and non-PCa controls. A secondary aim was to compare differences in the prevalence of cognitive impairment.

Design:

This cross-sectional study compared 70 ADT-treated men with PCa aged 50-85 years to non-ADT-treated men (n=52) and non-PCa controls (n=70).

Indonesia menempati posisi ke-8 dengan total sebanyak 73.400 kejadian dengan angka lahir mati (stillbirth rate/SBR) sebesar 13 per 1.000 kelahiran.
