ملخص

هذه دراسة لجملة من انفرادات القارئ يعقوب الحضرمي في الأفعال وأثرها في بلاغة النظم، حيث اشتملت الدراسة على نبذة مختصرة عن يعقوب الحضرمي وراوييه -رحمهم الله تعالى-، ثم تناولت بعض انفرادات الحضرمي فيما يتعلق بالأفعال، وأثر تلك الانفرادات في بلاغة السياق والنظم الذي وردت فيها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن قراءات القرآن تعطي معناها في سياقه ونظمه بما يبهر العقول والقلوب دون أن تتضاد مع القراءات الأخرى أو تقصر عن بلاغتها فكل كلمة في مكانها هي الأبلغ.

وختمت الدراسة ببعض النتائج والتوصيات التي يجدر بأهل العلم أن يتمثلوها في تتبع دلائل إعجاز القرآن الكريم.

ملخص

تتناولُ هذه الدراسة موضوعَ الجزاء الدنيويّ للفِسقِ والفاسقين في القرآن الكريم، حيث عدَّ القرآن الفسقَ من أمهات المنكرات والذنوب فجاء الحديثُ عنها في هذه الدراسةِ مبيِّناً حقيقة الفسقِ وأنواعَه وجزاءَ كلِّ نوعٍ من أنواعه وكلّ صورةٍ من صُوَره.

هذا وقد خَلُصَ الباحث إلى أنَّ الفِسقَ من أخطرِ الذنوب؛ لذلك رتَّبَ الشارع الحكيم عليه جملةً من العقوبات التي تتفاوتُ قوةً وضعفاً وزيادةَ ونقصاناً على قَدَرِ التغول في هذه الآفة الخطيرة.

يتناول هذا البحث مادة (قُدْس) في القرآن الكريم، ودراستها دراسة دلالية سياقية، وذلك بهدف الكشف عن تقاليب هذه المادة، وإبراز الألفاظ المقاربة للفظها، وإدراك الفروقات بينها، وإظهار دلالاتها في سياق الآيات التي وردت فيها، وإثبات اختصاص كل لفظة بسياقها الذي وردت فيه، مما يكشف عن رافد مهم من روافد الإعجاز القرآني.

وقد كشفت الدراسة أن المادة جاءت دلالاتها اللغوية في الاستعمال القرآني بما يناسب السياق، وبما لا يمكن استبداله بلفظة أخرى مهما كانت مقاربة لها في المعنى، وذلك من خلال دراسة استقرائية وتحليلية لهذه المادة.

إنّ اختلاف الفقهاء كان موجودًا وقائمًا ابتداءً من عصر النبوّة، ومرورًا بعصر الصّحابة والتابعين إلى أيامنا هذه، ولهذا الاختلاف الفقهيِّ أسبابُهُ الكثيرة والمتنوّعة، منها: الاختلاف في ضبط النصّ الشرعيّ.

وعليه، فتهدفُ هذه الدراسة إلى تجلية هذا الموضوع ودراسته وإبرازه، من خلال ضبط مفهوم النّص الشرعيّ، وبيان أسباب الاختلاف العائدة إلى ضبط ذلك النصّ، وإيراد بعض النماذج منَ المسائل الفقهيّة، التي كان للاختلاف في ضبط نصوصها تأثيرٌ في وقوع الخلاف بين الفقهاء فيها، وصولًا إلى الخاتمة التي كان من أهمّ نتائجها:

بَحَثتْ هذه الدراسةُ مفهومَ ومشروعيةَ الطّعنِ في الأحكامِ القضائيةِ لدى المحكمةِ العليا الشرعيةِ، والتّي تُعتبر أعلى هيئة قضائيةٍ في مِرفقِ القضاءِ الشرعيّ الأردنيّ، وتَختصّ بتَدقيقِ الأحكامِ الاستئنافيّةِ الفاصلةِ والقطعيّة من حيث سلامةِ التَّطبيقِ القانونيِّ فقط، دونَ إعادةِ البحثِ في الوقائعِ أو موضوعِ الدَّعْوى التِّي صَدَرَ الحُكمُ فِيهَا.

This study was conducted to review the perception of Islamic libraries in Indonesia within the scope of Islamic economics in terms of scientific research in published journals that discuss the development of Islamic libraries. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis with meta-analysis and sentiment analysis from secondary data in the form of 43 published and Scopus-indexed papers in the last 32 years, then processed using Microsoft Excel 2016 software and SentiStrength. The architecture of the state mosques of the Arabian Gulf in the 20th century is an overlooked subject. Their various styles of Islamic architecture, lavish details, luxurious decoration and enormous scale are all intended to convey a message of elegance and power. While some research has been carried out on the Gulf States as part of modern urban development in general, little has been done on State Mosque architecture in particular, and few have been studied or even published in detail.
