The purpose of the study was to establish the perceptions of librarians on the usefulness of digital rights management systems in digital libraries as mechanisms of securing digital content from copyright violation in order to assess the general usefulness of the DRM technology. The study used Strathmore University library and Moi University Nairobi Campus library as the case studies. Globally, during the lockdown due to the Covid pandemic, the library services are a challenging one that changed both the publishers’ and librarians’ outlook, which resulted in the maximum utilization of library electronic resources through remote login. This study aims to analyze the universities in India utilizing e-resources through the INFED facility. The aim of this paper is to conduct a bibliometric study to investigate the research output of library and information science in India. The SCOPUS database was selected to collect data from 2011 to 2020. Collected data was analysed on various parameters such as authorship pattern, year wise contribution of articles, most cited articles, top journals, top authors, document types, etc. The study found that in year 2019 Indian author contributed 471 research papers which 21.8% and highest in 10 years. Purpose- This study aimed to identify and analyze the bibliometric characteristics of the classic papers in the field of critical care.
Design/methodology/approach- In this bibliometric overview, Google Scholar, Scopus and Web of Science were used for data collection. Study sample consisted of the classic papers in the field of critical care, introduced in Google scholar. SPSS were used for data analyses.

The study explored the several dimensions of eLearning used by Indian Higher Institutions and presented insight into current eLearning pedagogy, infrastructures, services, and perceptions during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The study's findings reveal that Indian Academic institutions are unwilling to shift to the online mode for teaching, learning thoroughly. Pandemic forced them to adopt the e-learning pedagogy and tools. A majority of users still prefer the traditional classroom environment as compared to eLearning. Email, social media, and other communications tools became vital today. Email, traditionally used as a communication tool, is now a key player in delivering educational content. Social media …

Exploring Intentional Medication Non-Adherence In Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: The Role Of Physician-Patient Interactions, Jerik Leung, Elizabeth A Baker, Alfred H J Kim

OBJECTIVE: Medication non-adherence contributes to worse health outcomes among SLE patients. The underlying mechanisms that drive medication non-adherence are poorly understood. The purpose of this study was to explore possible mechanisms of medication non-adherence by eliciting patient experiences.
METHODS: Consented adult patients with ACR- or SLICC-classified SLE were recruited. Ten semi-structured interviews were conducted across six participants. Interviews were audio recorded, transcribed, and analysed using an iterative process. The findings were presented to an interactive public forum with SLE patients, family members and friends of patients, and health-care professionals to assess validity and for elaboration of the concepts developed.

Employers are saddled with a dizzying array of responsibilities to their employees. Meant to advance a wide array of workplace policies, these demands have saddled employment with the burden of numerous social ends. However, that system has increasingly come under strain, as companies seek to shed employment relationships and workers lose important protections when terminated. In this Article, we propose that employers and employees should be given greater flexibility with a move from mandates to governance. The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed and exacerbated significant inequities experienced by people with disabilities. It has also emphasized the value of legal protections against discrimination based on disability. The Americans with Disabilities Act was enacted 30 years ago to eliminate discrimination against people with disabilities and ensure equal opportunity across major areas of American life (ADA, 2008). Together with an earlier law, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 Rehabilitation Act, 2012), this landmark civil rights law impacts a broad range of issues raised by the COVID-19 pandemic and protects a large and growing number of Americans.
