The study assessed Library users’ purposes for using Electronic Information Resources (EIRs) as well as the problems that militate against the use of the resources in Osun State University. A survey methodology using a case study research design was adopted. The questionnaire was used as research instrument for data collection. The population of study was made up of the staff and students of Osun State University from which was drawn a sample of 470 respondents using the stratified sampling technique. Geographical Indication (GI) has developed as a significant type of Intellectual Property Rights issue in India. It provides the right to use the indication for the product to their manufacturers or producers from that particular region. The aim of this study is to map the trends of research published in the Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities (JSSH), currently a six-monthly research journal of the Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU, Islamabad, Pakistan) being published since 1995. AIOU is a federally chartered university publishing 22 research journals. Most of AIOU’s research journals are recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan including JSSH.

This paper aims to investigate the information need and seeking behaviour of physicians working in a well-reputed Lahore based hospital. Identification of medical professionals’ existing problems related to information searching and retrieval from the hospital library was another main objective of this study. Abstract
This study ascertained the extent to which improving literacy provisions can help ameliorate national security challenges in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. The study was guided by three specific purposes, three research questions and three corresponding null hypotheses. The population for the study comprised 3,035 respondents. Stratified proportionate sampling technique was used to select 749 respondents comprising 130 CBMC members, 427 adult literacy facilitators and 192 adult learners used as the sample for the study. Objectives: To know the perceptions of LIS professionals and students regarding change of nomenclature of LIS discipline and the location of LIS schools (departments) under the appropriate faculty in the universities.
Methodology: Data for this descriptive study were collected from the university websites and through discussion with the chairpersons of LIS departments in Pakistan. A web-based questionnaire was also posted on Facebook, mailing groups, WhatsApp groups to ascertain the perceptions of LIS faculty members, practitioners and students in Pakistan. Modelling is a way of constructing a virtual representation of software and hardware that involves a real-world device. We will discover the behaviour of the system if the software elements of this model are guided by mathematical relationships. For testing conditions that may be difficult to replicate with hardware prototypes alone, modelling and simulation are particularly useful, especially in the early phase of the design process when hardware might not be available. This study sought to discover young people’s impressions of librarians and their work. Three Hundred and Fifty Three Senior High School (SHS) students were selected using proportionate stratified sampling technique for the study. Using the survey descriptive method, structured questionnaires were randomly administered. Three Hundred and Twenty Six, representing 92% of the questionnaires were retrieved and found usable. The main objective of the study was to investigate how social networking sites (SNS) have shaped the reading habits of the degree college students in the Srinagar district of Kashmir, J&K, (India). Data were collected with the aid of a well-designed and structured questionnaire using Google forms. Abstract
The research was conducted to determine the relevance of the information literacy skills of Lahore University of Management Sciences graduate students (LUMS). A convenient sampling technique was used to collect the required data from the population. A sample of 357 students was selected, and the useable response rate was 82%. Results of the study revealed that the majority 51 %, were aware of the IL "Somehow" concept of information literacy. This study investigated students’ perception of plagiarism, sources of information on plagiarism, attitude towards plagiarism, reasons for acts of plagiarism and knowledge of the consequences of plagiarism. A quantitative approach was used. Data was gathered using survey from a sample size of 319 graduate students of University of Ghana, selected using the stratified sampling technique. The present study identifies the relationship and impact between the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) Score in the top 50 management institutes and their different parameters like the number of student placement; research publication score and the amount used in the library development.
