Ex Ante Moral Hazard Pada Sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (Jkn) Di Indonesia, Fajar Nurhaditia Putra

Jurnal Ekonomi Kesehatan Indonesia

This paper contributes to the empirical evidence of ex ante moral hazard on the National Health Insurance System (NHIS) in Indonesia. We find that JKN participation has a negative relationship with physical activity and positive relationship with smoking spending. Furthermore, by calculating marginal effect we obtained that JKN participation reduce the probability of physical activity by 2.7% and also reduce the intensity of individual physical activity. For the smoker, JKN Participation is expected increase in their spending for smoking. The result indicates that there is an evidence of ex ante moral hazard since there is a positive relationship between JKN …

Jampersal as a transfer fund from central to district government is provided to support maternal and child health services aiming to increase access to health services for pregnant women, childbirth and postpartum mothers, also newborns to competent health facilities. This analysis aimed to evaluate the use of Jampersal in increasing institutional delivery using quantitative and qualitative approaches. Verticillium wilt, caused by the soil-borne fungus Verticillium dahliae, is one of the most harmful diseases in Mediterranean olive-growing areas. Although, the effects of both soil temperature and moisture on V. dahliae are well known, there is scant knowledge about what climatic drivers affect the occurrence of the pathogen on a large scale. Here, we investigate what climatic drivers determine V. dahliae occurrence in olive-growing areas in southern Spain. Runoff coefficient is an index for losses in rainfall required in most hydrological models and water resources projects. Generally, in the Balakayety water shade in Kurdistan region of Iraq, no runoff data are available as almost basins are ungagged. This study was aimed to evaluate the biocompatibility of calcium phosphate cement modified with the styrene-butadiene copolymer-modified calcium phosphate (mCPC) by its implantation in the subcutaneous tissue of rabbit. NewWave-type focused wave groups are commonly used to simulate the design wave for a given sea state. These extreme wave events are challenging to reproduce numerically by the various Numerical Wave Tanks (NWTs), due to the high steepness of the wave group and the occurring wave-wave interactions.
