Beyond Extractivism And Governmentality: The Postneoliberal State, Development, And The Circulation Of Oil Rents Among Indigenous Peoples In The Ecuadorian Amazon, Karla Monserrath Encalada-Falconí

This dissertation explores the experiences of an indigenous community from the Northern Ecuadorian Amazon during the implementation of extractivism, development, and redistributive projects. Drawing on twenty months of ethnographic fieldwork in the community of Playas del Cuyabeno and in Quito, the capital of Ecuador, I question the common assumption that indigenous peoples radically reject extractivism and state-imposed modernizing agendas. In contrast, this study shows how indigenous peoples negotiate resource extraction in their territories and navigate the partial failures of postneoliberal redistribution and the contradictory agendas of economic development projects—specifically the aim of the postneoliberal Ecuadorian government’s project to redistribute rents …

The cattle fever tick, Rhipicephalus annulatus (Say), is an economically destructive arthropod because of its ability to vector bovine babesiosis. Cattle fever ticks can spend more than 90% of their life cycle as questing larvae, but the effect of climatic factors on their off-host behavior and survival is unclear. The goal of this study was to measure the effects of specific ecological factors on off-host larvae in nature. The study was conducted in a south Texas pasture over a 20-mo period, during which time larval populations were surveyed and ambient weather variables - relative humidity and temperatures - were recorded. …

Biological nitrogen removal (BNR) in centralized and decentralized wastewater treatment systems is assumed to be driven by the same microbial processes and to have communities with a similar composition and structure. There is, however, little information to support these assumptions, which may impact the effectiveness of decentralized systems. We used high-throughput sequencing to compare the structure and composition of the nitrifying and denitrifying bacterial communities of nine onsite wastewater treatment systems (OWTS) and one wastewater treatment plant (WTP) by targeting the genes coding for ammonia monooxygenase (amoA) and nitrous oxide reductase (nosZ). This essay argues for the permissibility of teaching Buddhist mindfulness meditation in a critical thinking course. One might object that Buddhist mindfulness meditation is part of a religion, and religions are thought to be dogmatic and uncritical, and thus inappropriate for a critical thinking course. However, I argue that there is a pathway from the importance of self-regulation for good critical thinking to the permissibility of including mindfulness meditation in a critical thinking course. The decision to educate our students via in-person or online learning environments while COVID-19 is unrestrained is a false choice, when the clear path to achieve our chief objective safely, the education of our students, can be done online. Our decision-making should be guided by the overriding principle that people matter more than money. We recognize that lost tuition revenue if students delay or defer education is an institutional concern, but we posit that many students and parents would prefer a safer online alternative to riskier in-person options, especially as we get closer to fall, and American death tolls rise. …

Resource seeking, or the act of asking others for things that can help one attain one’s goals, is an important behavior within organizations due to the increasingly dynamic nature of work that demands collaboration and coordination among employees. Over the past two decades, there has been growing research in the organizational sciences on four types of resource seeking behaviors: feedback-, information-, advice-, and help-seeking. We begin by charting the evolution of the dominant perspective on job performance from one that viewed performance as static to one that viewed it as dynamic over long timeframes (e.g., months, years, decades) to one that views it as dynamic over not just long but also short timeframes (e.g., minutes, hours, days, weeks)—and that accordingly emphasizes the within-person level of analysis. Integrative value generation through negotiated business deals is a fundamental way in which organizations and economic systems attain economic benefits. It is also an important way in which individuals can improve their financial situation. We propose that individuals most in need of improving their financial standing, those in a financially vulnerable situation, are least likely to reap the benefits of integrative value generation. We theorize that financial vulnerability induces a more zero-sum construal of success, or a view that success for one person must come at another person’s success. Purpose – Even though there is a growing recognition of the externality costs of low environmental performance by firms, there continue to be significant inter-firm differentials in environmental performance management. We build on the theories of strategic management to inquire into the factors contributing to these differentials. Notwithstanding its significant influence in corporate finance, the theory of incomplete contracts is arguably misunderstood by courts enforcing contracts governing corporate transactions. In resolving such disputes, judges implicitly assume that complete contracts are both achievable and desirable when the parties are financially sophisticated, and they systematically assign blame to one of the parties for leaving the contract incomplete. This, in turn, prompts parties to write ever longer and more complex agreements. Such agreements do not necessarily produce more efficient outcomes, however. การศึกษา “กลไกการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์คลองโอ่งอ่าง” มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษากระบวนการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์และพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมคลองของกรุงเทพมหานคร ผ่านโครงการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์คลองโอ่งอ่าง รวมไปถึงศึกษาอุปสรรคและปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างดำเนินการ และเพื่อนำผลการศึกษามาใช้กำหนดแนวทางการดำเนินนโยบายการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์และพัฒนาเมืองกรุงเทพมหานครต่อไป โดยใช้วิธีระเบียบวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้างกับผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทั้งในระดับปฏิบัติการไปจนถึงระดับผู้บริหารของกรุงเทพมหานคร จากการศึกษาพบว่า การขับเคลื่อนนโยบายการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์คลองโอ่งอ่าง มีจุดเริ่มต้นจากแผนแม่บทเพื่อการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนากรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ โดยแบ่งการดำเนินนโยบายออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 เป็นระยะของการดำเนินการรื้อย้ายแผงค้าที่มีการรุกล้ำปากคลองโอ่งอ่าง เพื่อคืนพื้นที่สาธารณะ และระยะที่ 2 เป็นระยะของการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ เพื่อความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยและสร้างพื้นที่เศรษฐกิจคืนสู่ชุมชน กระบวนการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายดังกล่าว มีความชัดเจนของลักษณะการทำงานในสองทิศทางผสานกันระหว่างกระบวนการกำหนดนโยบายแบบบนลงล่าง (Top-down planning) และแบบล่างขึ้นบน (Bottom-up planning) โดยภาครัฐจะเป็นผู้กำหนดยุทธศาสตร์และแผนงานสำหรับการปรับปรุงฟื้นฟูเมืองให้แก่ประชาชน ซึ่งมีปัจจัยความสำเร็จแรกเริ่มมุ่งเน้นไปที่การบังคับใช้กฎหมาย และมีบริบททางการเมืองเข้ามาเป็นตัวช่วยผลักดันให้การบังคับใช้กฎหมายนั้นเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิผล ในขณะเดียวกันกรุงเทพมหานครก็ได้พิจารณากำหนดนโยบายต่อยอดจากสิ่งที่ได้ดำเนินการไปแล้ว โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่การขับเคลื่อนกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วน ทำให้เกิดพลังแห่งการขับเคลื่อนในทางสร้างสรรค์ เกิดความรู้สึกถึงการมีส่วนร่วมในการเป็นเจ้าของเมืองร่วมกัน นำไปสู่ความร่วมมือในการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์เมืองและการบริหารจัดการได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและมีความยั่งยืน

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวทางในการขับเคลื่อนของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยสู่เป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการขับเคลื่อนของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยสู่เป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ใช้วิธีการศึกษาจากการค้นคว้าจากเอกสาร และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยเริ่มขึ้นเมื่อ สิบปีก่อน ได้ออกแบบ ‘ผังแม่บทจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 100 ปี’ เพื่อวางรากฐานเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมขั้นพื้นฐานอย่างเรื่องการวางผังอาคารให้สอดคล้องกับพื้นที่สีเขียว และมีการดำเนินการมาอย่างต่อเนื่องสู่ “มหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว” และ "มหาวิทยาลัยที่ยั่งยืน" โดยการดำเนินงานอยู่ภายใต้คณะกรรมการนโยบายมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งความยั่งยืนเพื่อดูแลโครงการความยั่งยืนทั้งหมดในวิทยาเขต แบ่งเป็น 5 กลุ่มคือ 1) ด้านกายภาพและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน 2) ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากร 3) ด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากร 4) ด้านการการเรียน การสอน และวิจัย และ 5) ด้านการบริหาร ธรรมาภิบาล และการมีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งแบ่งการทำงานออกเป็น 2 ส่วนสำคัญคือการดำเนินงานภายใต้คณะกรรมการนโยบายมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งความยั่งยืนซึ่งทำหน้าที่ผลักดันโครงการ กิจกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และการทำงานของสำนักงานยุทธศาสตร์และการขับเคลื่อนซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลการดำเนินงานโครงการและกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นภายในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และอีกหนึ่งหน้าที่สำคัญคือการนำส่งข้อมูลแก่ THE Impact Ranking และปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่สำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนคือ ความเข้าใจในเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของเจ้าหน้าที่ระดับปฏิบัติการ

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาประเภทและลักษณะปัญหาและความสำเร็จเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการทางวินัย 2) เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุของปัญหาและความสำเร็จเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการทางวินัย และ 3) เพื่อได้ข้อสรุปจากการถอดบทเรียนและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการทางวินัยของข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ดำเนินการการศึกษาด้วยการสัมภาษณ์กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบว่า ลักษณะปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการทางวินัยของ คือ ความล่าช้าที่เกิดขึ้นจากการจัดทำเอกสารผิดรูปแบบ การดำเนินการไม่ถูกต้องตามขั้นตอน ไม่มีคนให้คำแนะนำ และไม่มีมาตรฐาน ส่วนลักษณะความสำเร็จคือ ความรวดเร็วที่เกิดขึ้นจากการจัดทำเอกสารถูกต้อง และคณะกรรมการที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ความร่วมมือ สำหรับสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เนื่องจากขาดความรู้ ทัศนคติเชิงลบ ความสัมพันธ์และการแบ่งงานภายในหน่วยงาน ส่วนสาเหตุของความสำเร็จ เนื่องจากอัตรากำลังมีเพิ่มมากขึ้น และความเอาใจใส่ของผู้บังคับบัญชา สรุปออกมาเป็นบทเรียน ได้ดังนี้ (1) มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับดำเนินการทางวินัย (2) มีโครงสร้างและการแบ่งงานกันภายในหน่วยงานเหมาะสม (3) บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องมีพฤติกรรมเชิงบวกต่องานวินัย (4) ความเข้าใจกันระหว่างหน่วยงาน และ (5) ความเอาใจใส่ของผู้บังคับบัญชา และนำไปสู่ข้อเสนอแนะ อันได้แก่ (1) การปรับปรุงและจัดการองค์ความรู้ เช่น การอบรม และจัดทำคู่มือ (2) การปรับปรุงตัวบทกฎหมายของกรุงเทพมหานครเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการทางวินัย (3) การปรับปรุงโครงสร้างและการแบ่งงานกันภายในหน่วยงาน และ (4) ควรส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรในองค์กร ทั้งผู้บังคับบัญชา และบุคลากรทุกคนมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทัศนคติที่ดีในงานด้านวินัย

การวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่อิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจโอนของข้าราชการสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย คือ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการโอนของข้าราชการสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี และเพื่อศึกษาแนวโน้มการตัดสินใจโอนออกจากส่วนราชการของข้าราชการสังกัด สำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษา คือ ข้าราชการสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี จำนวน 155 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และ การสัมภาษณ์ข้าราชการที่เคยสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี จำนวน 3 คน และนำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการเก็บรวบรวมมาวิเคราะห์ โดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ไคสแควร์ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ โดยผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ข้าราชการสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรีมีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี 2) ปัจจัยคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน ด้านค่าตอบแทนที่มีความเป็นธรรมและเพียงพอ ด้านลักษณะงานที่ตั้งอยู่บนฐานของกฎหมายหรือกระบวนการยุติธรรม และด้านความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตกับการทำงานโดยส่วนรวม มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจโอนของข้าราชการสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) ปัจจัยลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ ได้แก่ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ภูมิลำเนา รายได้ต่อเดือน รายจ่ายต่อเดือน สำนัก/กองที่สังกัด และระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจโอนของข้าราชการสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มุ่งศึกษาเบื้องหลังแนวคิดและการก่อตัวของนโยบายการปกครองท้องถิ่นรูปแบบเทศบาลของไทย ตั้งแต่สมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 จนกระทั่งเริ่มเผยตัวตนขึ้นในช่วงรัชกาลที่ 7 (พ.ศ. 2436 – 2478) โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการให้คำอธิบายว่าแนวคิดศุขาภิบาลได้คลี่คลายมาเป็นเทศบาลได้อย่างไร โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาแบบวิธีวิจัยประวัติศาสตร์สาแหรก (Genealogy) ของ Michel Foucault รวมไปถึงตรวจสอบประเด็นปัญหาและข้อจำกัดต่าง ๆ อันเป็นผลให้แนวคิดการปกครองท้องถิ่นรูปแบบเทศบาลในระบอบสมบูรณาญาสิทธิราชย์ไม่ถูกนำมาประกาศใช้จนกระทั่งเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงการปกครองมาสู่ระบอบประชาธิปไตยในเวลาต่อมา พบว่า ในระยะแรกรัฐบาลของรัชกาลที่ 5 ได้นำรูปแบบบางประการของคณะกรรมการด้านสุขาภิบาล(Sanitary Board) ที่มีตัวอย่างจากดินแดนอาณานิคมของอังกฤษ มาปรับใช้เป็น “ศุขาภิบาล” ในไทย อันมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อป้องกันและระงับโรคระบาดตามความเชื่อของทฤษฎีอายพิษ (Miasma) แต่ยังคงไว้ซึ่งหลักการบางประการของแนวคิดการปกครองท้องถิ่นรูปแบบเทศบาล (Municipal) อาทิ เงินผลประโยชน์ในท้องถิ่น ซึ่งสมัยนั้นชนชั้นนำเรียกศุขาภิบาลเหล่านี้ว่า “ศุขาภิบาลตามหัวเมืองคล้ายลักษณะมิวนิซิเปอล” ต่อมาในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 6 แนวคิดรัฐกับการสาธารณสุขได้พัฒนาขึ้นสู่จุดสูงสุดในไทย มีการจัดตั้ง “กรมสาธารณสุข” ขึ้นและให้กรมดังกล่าวกำกับดูแลกิจการศุขาภิบาล จึงทำให้รูปแบบ “ศุขาภิบาลตามหัวเมืองคล้ายลักษณะมิวนิซิเปอล” ในรัชกาลก่อนถูกกดทับและเน้นหนักไปที่พันธกิจของการสาธารณสุขมากจนเกินไป เมื่อล่วงเข้าสู่รัชกาลที่ 7 รัฐบาลโดยพระราชดำริของพระมหากษัตริย์มีพระประสงค์อย่างยิ่งที่จะจัดตั้งเทศบาลขึ้นมาจริง ๆ โดยการปรับปรุงศุขาภิบาลทั่วประเทศเป็นเทศบาลอันมีฐานะเป็นนิติบุคคล จนนำไปสู่การร่างพระราชบัญญัติเทศบาลเป็นผลสำเร็จ แต่กลับถูกคัดค้านจากเสนาบดีเนื่องจากกฎหมายฉบับดังกล่าวให้สิทธิ์ทางการเมืองแก่ชาวต่างชาติมากเกินไป ภายหลังจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงการปกครองในเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2475 รัฐบาลคณะราษฎรได้นำพระราชบัญญัติเทศบาลของรัชกาลที่ 7 มาแก้ไขปรับปรุงจนกระทั่งประกาศใช้เป็นผลสำเร็จ จึงกล่าวได้ว่าสาแหรกแนวคิดการปกครองท้องถิ่นรูปแบบเทศบาลในไทยใช้เวลากว่าจะเผยตัวกว่า 4 ทศวรรษ อีกทั้งระบอบสมบูรณาญาสิทธิราชย์ไม่ได้เป็นอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาแนวคิดการปกครองท้องถิ่นแต่อย่างใด อย่างไรก็ดี การปกครองท้องถิ่นรูปแบบเทศบาลของประเทศไทยเป็นการอนุญาตและจัดให้มีขึ้นโดยรัฐบาล (State-created)

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ และคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่มีต่อการคงอยู่ในงานของข้าราชการตำรวจกองทะเบียนพล และเพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการกำหนดนโยบายของผู้บังคับบัญชาในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของข้าราชการตำรวจของกองทะเบียนพล สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติให้ดีขึ้น การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสม (Mixed Method) โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากร ข้าราชการตำรวจกองทะเบียนพล จํานวน 132 คน ได้แบบสอบถามครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ 132 ชุด สําหรับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ดําเนินการโดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบตัวต่อตัว (Face-to-Face) ผ่านแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-structured- Selection Interview) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression) และสถิติ Independent T-Test กับ One Way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์การ คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน และปัจจัยที่มีต่อการคงอยู่ในงานอยู่ในระดับ “มาก” เมื่อศึกษาความผูกพันต่อองค์การที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการคงอยู่ในงานของข้าราชการตำรวจกองทะเบียนพลด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression) พบว่าปัจจัยด้านบรรทัดฐาน ส่งผลต่อการคงอยู่ในงาน และเมื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการคงอยู่ในงานของข้าราชการตำรวจกองทะเบียนพล พบว่า ความมั่นคงในหน้าที่ การพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากร ความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม การบริหารองค์การของผู้บังคับบัญชา และความภูมิใจต่อความรับผิดชอบขององค์การ ส่งผลต่อการคงอยู่ในงาน นอกจากนี้ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการตำรวจ พบว่า ข้าราชการตำรวจที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา อายุราชการ ระดับรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และสังกัดที่ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการคงอยู่ในงานไม่แตกต่างกัน ผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพพบว่า สิ่งจูงใจในการทำงานที่ส่งผลให้ข้าราชการตำรวจกองทะเบียนพลตั้งใจคงอยู่ในงานต่อไปโดยไม่คิดจะลาออก ได้แก่ ต้องการความสมดุลในชีวิตการทำงานและชีวิตด้านอื่น ๆ โดยลดขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ไม่จำเป็นเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน ต้องการงานที่ท้าทายเพื่อความก้าวหน้า ความสำเร็จ และการได้รับการยอมรับทั้งระบบบุคคล องค์การและสากล ต้องการรางวัลและค่าตอบแทนทั้งที่เป็นตัวเงินและไม่ใช่ตัวเงินที่เหมาะสมและเป็นธรรม ต้องการสัมพันธภาพที่ดีจากหัวหน้างานและเพื่อนร่วมงาน และต้องการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาในส่วนที่สอดคล้องกับงานในสายอาชีพรวมถึงการพัฒนาความฉลาดรอบด้าน ทั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าหน่วยงานควรพัฒนาความผูกพันต่อองค์การ และคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อการคงอยู่ในงาน เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของหน่วยงานให้เพิ่มขึ้นและนําผลจากการวิจัยมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการวางแผนรักษาบุคลากรให้คงอยู่ในงานต่อไป

The objectives of this qualitative research are to examine culturally hybrid features in The Stranded and the approaches to mixing different cultural elements as part of the series’ creative process. In order to collect the data needed, I conducted literature research, a textual analysis on The Stranded; and in-depth interviews on the series’ director and co-writer. The current study aimed to investigate the production of L2 English ‘wish-clauses’ by L1 Thai learners, based on the Interlanguage Hypothesis (Corder, 1981; Selinker, 1972, 1992). Despite past failures and a higher standard of regulation, excessive forecast optimism among financial analysts is still observable. It is mainly attributed to incentives provided by an underlying affiliated relationship. This paper investigates diverse market settings in the Thai stock market between 2005 and 2017 to break down the incentive structure in the analysts' forecasting process. In this study, electrospun nanofibers of polyacrylonitrile functionalized with graphene oxide (PAN/GO) were fabricated and applied as a sorbent in solid phase extraction in a disk format (SPE disk). Graphene oxide were synthesized by chemical oxidation of graphite powder via Hummers and Tour methods and were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The article argues that the U.S. model of legal education functions as a racial gatekeeper, perpetuating inequality by adopting and exacerbating societal prejudices. It highlights how structural mechanisms within legal education, such as standardized testing, admission processes, and socialization, disproportionately exclude and marginalize students of color, particularly black students, mirroring the experiences of Dalits in India's legal education system. The author introduces the concept of "adoptive prejudice," where legal education systems adapt and embed societal hierarchies, leading to systemic exclusion and disparity.
