The aim of the present study was to compare sealing ability of three bioceramic sealers, including Endosequence BC and BioRoot RCS, with bioceramic-coated gutta-percha cone (BCGP) or GP in comparison to a clinical reference standard AH Plus sealer using high-resolution micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) analysis. Fifty freshly extracted single canal premolars were included in the study. All the samples were prepared using 2 Shape rotary system TS1 (25/0.04), TS2 (25/0.06), and F35 (35/0.06) file. Soil is play an important role for reserve abundant groups of microorganisms, especially Streptomyces. Streptomyces are recognized as prokaryotes, aerobic and Gram-positive bacteria with high Guanine + Cytosine contents in their DNA. These groups of bacteria show filamentous growth from a single spore and they are normally found in all kinds of ecosystems, including water, soil, and plants. Objective: Stainless steel crowns (SSCs) are preformed metal crowns used to restore severely decayed primary teeth. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of pH changes and SSC margin trimming on nickel release in artificial saliva solution. Methods: A total of 90 SSCs were divided into three groups and placed in 35 ml of artificial saliva of pH 6.8, 5, and 3.5. Objective: This study aimed to examine the cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images of impacted maxillary canines and mesiodentes. Methods: This retrospective radiographic study was performed on 177 patients with 200 impacted maxillary canines and 12 mesiodentes. Using CBCT images, the unilateral/bilateral occurrence, presence of root dilaceration, mesio-distal and buccopalatal location, impaction condition, contact region of adjacent teeth, presence and degree of root resorption of adjacent teeth, dental follicle width, closest distance to the nasal cavity, nasopalatinal canal, and maxillary sinus were assessed. Eliminating microorganisms in the root canal system is important for the success of regenerative endodontics. Objective: This study evaluated the effects of different antibiotic pastes used for regenerative endodontic procedures on dentin microhardness and the push-out bond strength of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) to root canal dentin. Methods: Sixty-four maxillary central incisors were instrumented and randomly divided into the following four groups (n = 16) for medicament treatment: triple antibiotic paste, amoxicillin+clavulanic acid, cefaclor, and control (no dressing). Diabetes Mellitus salah satu PTM tertinggi didunia, prevalensi global diabetes di antara orang dewasa di atas 18 tahun telah meningkat dari 4,7% pada 1980 menjadi 8,5% pada 2014. Penelitian yang dilakukan Edward ditemukan bahwa> 50% orang tua dengan diabetes melaporkan kesulitan melakukan tugas fisik sehari-hari. SIRT1 is a mammalian NAD+-dependent lysine deacetylase involved in the regulation of physiological processes. Sirtuin-activating compounds (STACs) such as resveratrol bind to the allosteric site within the N-terminal domain (NTD) to regulate activity. Understanding these allosteric effects on SIRT1 would provide insights into drug design to modulate SIRT1-dependent deacetylation on specific substrates. The overall goal of this research is to identify key residues that are involved in allosteric activation of the enzyme, also known as an allosteric switch-like region. The processing of an emotional stimulus involves a multi-step process that includes appraising and identifying a stimulus as well as producing an affective state in response. Many individuals with depressive disorders such as major depressive disorder (MDD) experience impairments related to emotion processing, likely caused by changes in the structure and function of brain regions important for emotion processing. Evidence of synergic health effects of co-supplementation with vitamin D and probiotics is emerging. Following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses PRISMA statement, scientific databases and the grey literature were searched, and a narrative review and risk of bias assessment were conducted. Seven randomized controlled trials were included, which had low risk of bias. Six studies were double-blind, and once single-blind, extended over 6-12 weeks, and included 50-105 participants. Conditions explored included schizophrenia, gestational diabetes, type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease, polycystic ovarian syndrome, osteopenia, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and infantile colic. This study aimed to estimate the risk of atherosclerosis cardiovascular disease in the next 10 years using the Systemic Coronary Risk Estimation (SCORE) method. This research was an observational study with descriptive cross-sectional study design. Creating dietary margarines using biologically valuable substances is the purpose of the work. According to the results of the experiments, it was found that the use of soybean oil, edible vegetable phospholipids and a Jerusalem artichoke extract in the margarine, allowed reducing the amount of fat and enriching the margarine with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, dietary fibre, inulin and other water-soluble substances. Based on these studies prepared margarine enriched inulin and essential fatty acids, which provide not only a preventive property of the finished product, but also high flavor indicators, as well as, original and attractive appearance.

The purpose of the study was the synthesis and study of the structure of mixed complexes of palmitate, calcium oleate with acetamide, nicotinamide and thiocarbamide. The mixed coordination compounds of palmitate and calcium oleate were synthesized. The composition, individuality, thermal behavior, methods of coordinating the palmitate and oleate fragments, acetamide, nicotinamide and thiocarbamide molecules have been established. Comparison of the diffraction patterns of calcium palmitate and oleate, free ligand molecules and synthesized compounds showed the mismatch of the diffractograms, conseqently that the synthesized complexes have an individual crystal lattice different from the starting materials. Amidoalkylating reagents containing a phthalimide group are used in the synthesis of hard-to-reach primary amines and complex heterocyclic compounds. These types of amidoalkylating compounds are suitable reagents for nucleophilic substituted reactions in acidic media due to their resistance to acids. Result of reactions of amidoalkylating reagents-N-hydroxyethylphthalimide and N-hydroxymethylphthalimide with aliphatic carbonic acids can also produce new bactericidal and fungicidal esters.
