Cloud computing is so populer and it has become a hot word in the tech world, especially in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which requires speed, accuracy and precision in the business process. Cloud computing is a combination of the use of computer technology (computing) and Internet-based development (cloud), resulting in a model of processing activities, storage, software and other services provided as an integrated virtual source on an internet network. This paper examines the use of cloud computing in the implementation of bureaucratic reforms, improving the quality of prosecutors professionalism, and providing communicative and accountable public prosecutors. Some efforts to contextualize the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights in Indonesia have been dominated by normative compliance review on the existing national regulations to the norms enshrined under the Principles. This article shall be divided into three parts, commencing from a brief socio-historical description on the landscape of law and development in Indonesia; along with how law and human rights adapted towards the relation between state and corporation since the colonial era. The analysis shall proceed to the types of human rights violation as a result of corporations activities, specifically in natural resource extraction sector. …

This paper discusses the obligation of Regional Development Bank (RDB) as a Regionally-Owned Enterprises (ROE) to implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG). In particular, this paper analyzes the forms of transparency principle in RDB, specifically in PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim) according to existing regulations. By using legal normative method, this paper concludes that the forms of transparency principle on RDB is divided into three parts, namely preparing reports, publishing them, and ensuring that they are publicly accessible. There are at least 8 (eight) forms of transparency principle implementation, namely monthly publication report, quarterly publication report, annual …

Secure Communication Using Deterministic Key Rotation Over Elliptic Curves, Ismail Turk
Defensive Publications Series
This disclosure describes techniques for using deterministic key rotation in encryption to secure communication of data between clients in a server-client configuration. A unique encryption key is generated by a client for each client message without exchanging the key between clients. The server can translate a message encryption key from one client to a form usable by other clients and send the encrypted message to other clients without performing re-encryption. Described techniques reduce per-message cryptographic load on a server while maintaining communication security, integrity, and privacy.

Among the applications that Internet of Things (IoT) facilitated to the world, Healthcare applications are most important. In general, IoT has been widely used to interconnect the advanced medical resources and to offer smart and effective healthcare services to the people. The advanced sensors can be either worn or be embedded into the body of the patients, so as to continuously monitor their health. The information collected in such manner, can be analyzed, aggregated and mined to do the early prediction of diseases. The processing algorithms assist the physicians for the personalization of treatment and it helps to make the …

Statistics Of Recombination Of Nonequilibrium Carriers For Semiconductors With Pair Recombination Complexes, A. Leyderman, A. Uteniyazov, M. Uktamova, M. Nsanbaev
Euroasian Journal of Semiconductors Science and Engineering
The recombination rate of non-equilibrium carriers is calculated for a semiconductor model with a pair recombination complex, the activity of which decreases during excitation. It is shown that the dependence of the electron capture coefficient on the first level on the filling of the second level leads to a decrease in the recombination rate.

Public Land & Resources Law Review
A Montana District Court ruled that William Perry Pendley unlawfully served as the Director of BLM for 424 days and cast doubt on the legality of many BLM decisions made during that period. The ruling took a stronger stand against the Trump administration’s liberal and brash use of acting appointees than other, similar cases have.

The Relationship Between Spatial Ability And The Conservation Of Matter In Middle School, Merryn Cole, Jennifer Wilhelm, Briana Marie-Mcknight Vaught, Corinne Fish, Hailey Fish
Teaching and Learning Faculty Research
Research has shown that spatial ability plays a key role in understanding STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) content, including chemistry. Conservation of Matter (CoM) is an essential but challenging topic for chemistry students of all ages to grasp; it is often taught in a way where students memorize it but do not learn what it means conceptually. This research explored the relationship between understanding spatial ability and conceptual understanding of CoM in middle school students. CoM was examined in two ways using the Conservation of Matter Assessment (CoMA): through questions on conservation of atoms and the conservation of mass. …

Two New Species Of Pharaxonotha Reitter Among The Early-Diverging Lineages, With A Key To The Species Of The Genus (Coleoptera: Erotylidae: Pharaxonothinae), Paul E. Skelley, William Tang
Insecta Mundi
Two species of the early-diverging lineages of Pharaxonotha Reitter (Coleoptera: Erotylidae: Pharaxonothinae) are described: Pharaxonotha taylori Skelley and Tang, new species, and Pharaxonotha thomasi Skelley and Tang, new species. A new key to described species of Pharaxonotha, based on previously unused characters, is presented.
In recent phylogenetic analyses of beetle diversity based on a large nuclear data set (McKenna et al. 2019) and on nuclear and mitochondrial legacy loci (Powell, pers. comm. 2020), the New World genus Pharaxonotha Reitter (Erotylidae: Pharaxonothinae) was shown to be sister to all remaining Erotylidae in a clade comprised of the Erotylidae+Phytophaga, …

Friedrich Nietzsche had this to say about philosophers:
"You ask me which of the philosophers’ traits are really idiosyncrasies? For example, their lack of historical sense, their hatred of the very idea of becoming, their Egypticism. They think that they show their respect for a subject when they de-historicize it, sub specie aeterni – when they turn it into a mummy. All that philosophers have handled for thousands of years have been concept-mummies; nothing real escaped their grasp alive. When these honorable idolators of concept worship something, they kill it and stuff it; they threaten the life of everything they …

A Developmental Stage-Specific Network Approach For Studying Dynamic Co-Regulation Of Transcription Factors And Micrornas During Craniofacial Development, Fangfang Yan, Peilin Jia, Hiroki Yoshioka, Akiko Suzuki, Junichi Iwata, Zhongming Zhao
Faculty, Staff and Student Publications
Craniofacial development is regulated through dynamic and complex mechanisms that involve various signaling cascades and gene regulations. Disruption of such regulations can result in craniofacial birth defects. Here, we propose the first developmental stage-specific network approach by integrating two crucial regulators, transcription factors (TFs) and microRNAs (miRNAs), to study their co-regulation during craniofacial development. Specifically, we used TFs, miRNAs and non-TF genes to form feed-forward loops (FFLs) using genomic data covering mouse embryonic days E10.5 to E14.5. We identified key novel regulators (TFs Foxm1, Hif1a, Zbtb16, Myog, Myod1 and Tcf7, and miRNAs miR-340-5p and miR-129-5p) and target genes (

Introduction
Obesity disproportionately affects rural communities, and Appalachia has some of the highest obesity rates in the nation. Successful policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) interventions to reduce obesity must reflect the circumstances of the population. We used a health equity lens to identify barriers and facilitators for healthy food access in Martin County, Kentucky, to design interventions responsive to social, cultural, and historical contexts.
Methods
We conducted 5 focus groups in Martin County, Kentucky, in fall 2019 to obtain perspectives on the local food system and gauge acceptability of PSE interventions. We used grounded theory to identify perceived barriers and …
