This study aims to test empirically the effectiveness of mindfulness training on improving the self-control of the crew of speedboat Company X in Bali, Indonesia. The experimental subjects in the study are 22 people who are in the sea transportation unit. They are divided into two groups, 12 of whom are in the experimental group and 10 in the control group. This study aims to reveal how satirical political communication by three kinds of social media accounts that have a large followers in Indonesia in the theme of the 2019 Presidential Election. Using Van Dijk's critical discourse analysis model, this study uncovered the discourse that underlies criticism of candidates for presidential and vice-presidential candidates 2019 on Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter. Blast-induced traumatic brain injuries have affected U.S. soldiers deployed for extended periods in the gulf and Afghanistan wars. To identify the biomechanical and biochemical mechanisms of injury, critical in the identification of diagnostic and therapeutic tools, compressed gas-driven shock tubes are used by investigators to study shockwave-animal specimen interactions and its biological consequences. However, shock tubes are designed and operated in a variety of geometry with a range of process parameters, and the quality of shock wave characteristics relevant to field conditions and therefore the study of blast-induced traumatic brain injuries suffered by soldiers is affected by those conditions. The study examined school counselor perceptions of the American School Counseling Association’s Comprehensive School Counseling Program (CSCP) on academic outcomes (betterreported grades and better-standardized scores) of middle school students with a focus on recommendations for the tasks and responsibilities of school counselors. The study was qualitative and used a phenomenological approach through semi-structured face-to-face interviews to provide inquiry into school counselors’ perceptions of an effective school counseling program.

One of the ability estimation methods that is widely applied to the Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) algorithm is the maximum likelihood estimation (MLE). However, the maximum likelihood method has the disadvantage of being unable to find a solution to the ability estimation of test-takers when the test takers' scores do not have a pattern. If there are test takers who get either score of 0 or perfect score, then the abilities of test-takers are usually estimated using the step-size model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan metakognitif siswa SMA kelas XI program IPA dalam memecahkan masalah matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang melibatkan siswa SMA negeri di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dan Gunungkidul. Sampel penelitian adalah 160 siswa kelas XI program IPA yang berasal dari 6 sekolah yang mewakili tiga kategori capaian akademik siswa yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. This study provides empirical findings on regional disparity in infrastructural facilities in 23 districts/municipalities of Aceh Province and the impact of the disparity on the economic performance of Aceh Province, specifically on those of economic growth, poverty, and unemployment. The unit of analysis is the district level and the Infrastructure Development Index (IDI) is used as the variable computed by using the multivariate method. Dalam melakukan standarisasi pendidikan di Indonesia maka dilakukan Ujian Sekolah Berstandar Nasional (USBN).Karena perangkat tes yang digunakan dalam USBN tersebut sebagian besar butir tesnya dikembangkan oleh guru, perangkat tes yang diujikan kepada siswa di daerah yang satu akan berbeda dengan daerah yang lainnya meskipun sama-sama mengacu pada kisi-kisi dari pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran berbasis STEM dengan augmented reality yang valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan spasial matematis siswa. In thematic analysis, themes construction can be performed manually by the researcher or automatically by a computer. Both methods have strengths and weaknesses. This article introduces a strategy that involves the role of both researcher and computer to construct themes from qualitative data in a rapid, transparent, and rigorous manner. The strategy uses network analysis and is demonstrated by employing a case study on students' perceptions of online distance learning they experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic.
