Features Of Intelligent Models In The Theory Of Robotic And Mechatronic Systems, Kh.N. Nazarov, N.R. Matyokubov, T.O. Rakhimov
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
The article discusses the features of intelligent models and tasks in the theory of mechatronic and robotic systems, the algebraic model of artificial intelligence, formalized types of intellectual tasks, intelligent models of the problem area, which are distinguished by their versatility and clarity. Intellectual models and tasks in the field of the theory of robotic systems are formally presented. As part of a set of inference rules, intelligent models as universal rules use rules of substitution and conclusion, similar to the deductive rules of inference in propositional and predicate calculus, and the rules of meaning. The systematization of t the …

Organization Of Resources Of Distributed Computing Systems For Simulation And Research Of Complex Objects, T.F. Bekmuratov, R.K. Bazarov
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
Computing systems designed to study complex objects have evolved from single-processor computers to fog infrastructures. The article describes the composition, hardware and software features of modern distributed grid-, cloud- and fog computing systems. It is shown how these features affect the study time of complex objects. This time is a measure of computing system effectiveness. Unfortunately, there is still no assessment of modern computing system architectures in terms of that measure. The article fills this deficiency. Computing systems should have the properties of complex objects under study - the main conclusion of the publication.

Optimization Of Identification Under The Conditions Of Low Reliability Of Information And Parametric Uncertainty Of Non-Stationary Objects, Isroil Ibragimovich Jumanov, Sunatillo Maxmudovich Kholmonov
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
Constructive approaches, principles, and methods of optimization of identification in conditions of a priori insufficiency, parametric uncertainty, nonstationarity, low accuracy of data processing have been developed based on the use of natural information redundancy of random time series (RTS) and nonstationary objects in control systems of industrial and technological complexes. A technique has been developed for the accelerated computation of statistical parameters with insufficient statistics. The mechanisms of threshold control of values of elements of RTS, control of increments of the sequence of elements of RTS, inaccuracies of predictions for various models of identification of RTS are proposed. Received general …

Functional Structure Of The Advising Expert System "Defect-Cause-Action", Marat Rakhmatullaev
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
To solve some technological tasks, developers face a number of problems of formalization, modeling and management of production processes. Especially often difficulties arise when solving problems of detecting and eliminating defects. This is due to the fact that the same defects can appear for different reasons or for a set of reasons; one reason can lead to defects of different types; different values of the cause indicators can cause different defects; the complex of various causes that caused the appearance of certain defects can be eliminated by many combinations of actions taken in this case; the reasons for the appearance …
Band Structure Topology And Spin Transport In Magnon Systems, Bo Li
Band Structure Topology And Spin Transport In Magnon Systems, Bo Li
Department of Physics and Astronomy: Dissertations, Theses, and Student Research
As the spin excitation quanta in magnetic materials, the magnon is at the heart of the spintronics research because it plays a key role in magnetic dynamics, energy and spin transport, and even determining the ground state of magnetic systems. In this thesis, we will study the band-structure topology and transport properties of magnons in both collinear and noncollinear magnets. Inspired by the great success of topological insulators, exploring magnon topology can unveil the topological nature of bosonic particles and widen the zoo of topological materials. We propose a three-dimensional magnon topological insulator model protected by sublattice chiral symmetries, which …
On The Global Operator And Fueter Mapping Theorem For Slice Polyanalytic Functions, Daniel Alpay, Kamal Diki, Irene Sabadini
On The Global Operator And Fueter Mapping Theorem For Slice Polyanalytic Functions, Daniel Alpay, Kamal Diki, Irene Sabadini
Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science Faculty Articles and Research
In this paper, we prove that slice polyanalytic functions on quaternions can be considered as solutions of a power of some special global operator with nonconstant coefficients as it happens in the case of slice hyperholomorphic functions. We investigate also an extension version of the Fueter mapping theorem in this polyanalytic setting. In particular, we show that under axially symmetric conditions it is always possible to construct Fueter regular and poly-Fueter regular functions through slice polyanalytic ones using what we call the poly-Fueter mappings. We study also some integral representations of these results on the quaternionic unit ball.

Autonomous Vehicles And The Ethical Tension Between Occupant And Non-Occupant Safety, Jason Borenstein, Joseph Herkert, Keith Miller
Autonomous Vehicles And The Ethical Tension Between Occupant And Non-Occupant Safety, Jason Borenstein, Joseph Herkert, Keith Miller
The Journal of Sociotechnical Critique
Given that the creation and deployment of autonomous vehicles is likely to continue, it is important to explore the ethical responsibilities of designers, manufacturers, operators, and regulators of the technology. We specifically focus on the ethical responsibilities surrounding autonomous vehicles that these stakeholders have to protect the safety of non-occupants, meaning individuals who are around the vehicles while they are operating. The term “non-occupants” includes, but is not limited to, pedestrians and cyclists. We are particularly interested in how to assign moral responsibility for the safety of non-occupants when autonomous vehicles are deployed in a complex, land-based transportation system.

The Sets Of Julia And Mandelbrot For Multi-Dimensional Case Of Logistic Mapping, R.N. Ganikhodzhaev, Sh.J Seytov, I.N Obidjonov, L.O Sadullayev
Central Asian Problems of Modern Science and Education
The present paper is devoted to investigation of the multidimensional case of the logistic mapping on the plane to itself. In this paper we learnt the properties of the sets of Julia and Mandelbrot for some two-dimensional logistic mappings. The sets of Julia and Mandelbrot help to define asymptotical behavior of the trajectories of certain mappings. The analytical solutions of the equations for finding fixed and periodic points and the computational simulations for describing the sets of Julia and Mandelbrot are the main results of this paper

Status Of Soil Transmitted Helminths Infection Among School-Going Children In Momba, Mbeya, Siame Zebius, Winifrida B. Kidima
Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences
This study conducted cross-sectional and retrospective studies to investigate the burden of intestinal helminths among school-going children in Momba. Direct wet mount and Kato-Katz thick smears techniques were used to determine the prevalence and intensity of intestinal parasites, respectively. Out of 359 stool samples analysed, 28% were positive for intestinal parasites. Hookworm infections attributed to 10% of total infection, Ascaris lumbricoides 6%, Giardia lamblia 7%, and Entamoeba histolytica 5%. The prevalence of intestinal infection decreased with increasing age (p < 0.5). Hookworm was the most prevalent STH infection among children (p = 0.048). There was an association between taking ant-helminthic drugs and the absence of helminth infection in children (OR = 1.9, p < 0.05). No relationship existed between parents’ education level and the presence of STH infection among children (p > 0.05). Overall, children in Momba harboured low intensity helminths infection. The mean intensity of hookworm and ascaris infection decreased with age, …

Effect Of Meteorological Elements On The Dynamics Of Bacillary And Amoebic Dysentery Disease: A Mathematical Approach, Furaha M. Chuma, Rigobert C. Ngeleja, Triphonia Ngailo
Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences
Bacillary dysentery, commonly known as shigellosis, is a potentially perilous and extremely contagious bacterial infection of the colon caused by—but not limited to—bacteria shigella, bacillus, E. coli, Yersinia, and the parasite amoeba. This paper formulates and analyses a mathematical model for the transmission dynamics of dysentery epidemic that incorporate the effects of weather variations. It examines the stability of equilibria and compute the basic reproduction number that is coupled with the time-periodic model, and establishes results on the threshold dynamics. In the non-autonomous case, it investigates the disease extinction and uniform persistence. Results suggest that the dynamics of bacillary dysentery …
