This article aims to analyze the frame of the government official statement in Mosque Christhurch Attack in New Zealand (March 2019) and Easter Sunday Attack in Sri Lanka (April 2019). The two cases were chosen because they place Muslim in contradictory positions: as victim in New Zealand and as perpetrator in Sri Lanka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan sistem dengan model pengembangan prototype dengan studi kelayakan menggunakan standar ISO 9126. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan pengisian kuesioner oleh responden. Hasil pengujian aplikasi diperoleh dengan menganalisis aspek-aspek pada functional suitability, usability, compatibility, dan portability. Objectives: Microvascular dysfunction in skeletal muscle is involved in metabolic and vascular diseases. Microvascular endothelial cells (MEC) are poorly characterized in the progression of associated diseases in part due to lack of availability of MEC from various animal models. The objective was to provide a fast, simple, and efficient method to isolate murine MEC derived from skeletal muscle. Methods: Dissected abdominal skeletal muscles from C57BL/6J mice at 8 - 12 weeks of age were enzymatically dissociated. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan metakognitif siswa SMA kelas XI program IPA dalam memecahkan masalah matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang melibatkan siswa SMA negeri di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dan Gunungkidul. Sampel penelitian adalah 160 siswa kelas XI program IPA yang berasal dari 6 sekolah yang mewakili tiga kategori capaian akademik siswa yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes dan angket Metacognitive Awarenes Inventory (MAI). This study provides empirical findings on regional disparity in infrastructural facilities in 23 districts/municipalities of Aceh Province and the impact of the disparity on the economic performance of Aceh Province, specifically on those of economic growth, poverty, and unemployment. The unit of analysis is the district level and the Infrastructure Development Index (IDI) is used as the variable computed by using the multivariate method. Regional disparity is measured by the Coefficient of Variation and the impact of IDI on the provinces economy is analyzed using the econometric model. This research generally aimed to describe the characteristic of the ability of Pre-service and In-service TPE participants using the Item Response Theory, IRT. The research subject comprised 516 participants divided into 239 participants of the Pre-service TPE program and 277 participants of the In-service TPE program using the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through the technique of observation and documentation. In estimating the item parameter and ability parameter, the IRT model polytomous was implemented, which was furthermore described. Studies examining writing as a High-Impact Education Practice (HIP) have focused primarily on writing in terms of major project assignments, thus directing attention away from the promising high impacts that low-stakes writing (LSW) assignments have on student learning. This study piloted assigning LSW in two MBA classes to test the extent to which LSW assignments align with Anderson et al.'s (2016) study on high-impact writing assignments, and further, how accessible and beneficial LSW assignments are for non-WAC faculty and their curricula.
