Objective: To carry out the bibliometric analysis of Journal of Medical Sciences Peshawar from 2014 to 2018.

Methods: This study was an attempt to analyze the scholarly documents published in Journal of Medical Sciences. All the original articles, reviews and case reports published from 2014 to 2018 were scrutinized. Website and hard copies of the Journal were used as data collection sources.

Instances of information communication technology project failure are being recorded in Nigeria. This paper focuses on a design-reality gap to assess the selected information communication technology (ICT) projects in federal universities, South West of Nigeria. We determine the success and failure rates of the selected ICT projects based on the design-reality gap model dimensions: information, technology, processes, objectives and values, staffing and skills, management systems and structures. Purpose: This study aims to examine the access and purpose of internet use by the teaching staff of Peshawar Medical College, Peshawar.

Method(s)/Materials: Data were collected through a tested questionnaire from 115 teaching staff members of two major groups’ basic sciences and clinical sciences with a response rate (57.39%) of 66 members positively. Teaching faculty comprising 71.40% Male faulty members and 28.60% female took part in the study. Data were analyzed and tabulated using the SPSS tool.

Purpose: This study investigates the Information-Seeking Behavior (ISB) of mass media professionals in E-environment working in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the most important strategic area of Pakistan. To explore the perceptions of mass media professionals towards information seeking in e-environment is significant, because traditional print newspapers, radio and electronic media (TV) face a steady decline in their information sharing due to the growth of free online contents available through internet.

This work aimed at demonstrating India’s scientific contribution on Covid-19 research and analyzes the emerging research pattern using various bibliometric parameters.

Design/methodology/approach

Indian publications data on Covid-19 research were retrieved from SCOPUS database using structured query. VOSviewer & CiteSpace data visualization tools are used to generate citation, co-citation map and keyword clusters for better understanding of the research pattern. This paper attempts to examine the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices on the Job Satisfaction of Librarians in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K). On basis of the literature review, it is hypothesized that a positive perception among librarians regarding the HRM practices helps in developing a sense of satisfaction among them regarding their jobs. The hypothesised relationship is tested though regression analysis by using data from libraries of seven universities of J&K.
