The present study is undertaken to find out the publication trends on Alopecia Areata Disease during 2010-2019 from the global perspective. The study mainly focus on distribution of research output, top journals for publications, most prolific authors, authorship pattern, and citations pattern on Alopecia Areata Disease. The results indicate that highest growth rate of publications occurred during the year 2019. Columbia University topped the scene among all institutes. This study attempts to overview the awareness and use of citations databases by researches and faculty members of MIT, MAHE, Manipal. The survey reveals that most of the research scholars are aware of the citation databases and largely use them for their research work and to update subject knowledge. Many of the respondents use the citation databases to select good journals for publishing their papers and to prepare the exhaustive bibliography at the end of their work easily. The study highlights the highly cited publications published by selected five Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) during the period 2010-2020. The IITs are the institutes of eminence and produced the quality scholarly output. They always occupy top positions in the ranking of institutions by different agencies. Abstract
The e-journal facility introduced in Burdwan University for its scholars is known as INFLIBNET which is under the e-sodhsindhu consortium. INFLIBNET e-journal provides with high quality content among University libraries. This study shows the popularity of e-journal with the help of INFISTATS in the optional usage period during 2015-2019. JSTOR had the maximum usage (26.8%) of total download over the period 2015-2019. 7 of the top listed e-journals had the highest percentage of use (86.33%) proving that the popularity of e-journals is in growing use in the University of Burdwan.

This study investigated the influence of ownership structure and leadership styles on turnover intention of Library and Information Science (LIS) Professionals in private universities in Osun State, Nigeria. Descriptive and inferential statistics of frequency counts, percentages and correlational methods were employed to analyse the data gathered from 59 LIS professionals in the State. The indices of ownership structure (functional, divisional, matrix and hybrid) and leadership styles (democratic, autocratic, transactional) were found to have positive linear correlations with turnover intention of LIS professionals. The study applied Lotka’s law of the author’s productivity in the field Thermodynamic from 2015 to 2019. The Goodness of fit test Kolmogorov – Smirnov (K-S) test was applied to the data of thermodynamics research. It is found that the applicability of Lotka’s law is confirmed with 0.003 level of significance in the field of Thermodynamics. Bur Lotka’s inverse square law does not fit the present data. First, it investigated the impact of knowledge sharing (KS) on job satisfaction (JS), second, this study examined the role of demographic variables (gender, age, designation, qualification, and experience) between KS-JS relationship.
