As nanoparticles serve as mediators in the electron transfer between biomolecules and a biosensor’s electrode surface, this study is dedicated to investigating Mn2O3 and Co3O4 nanoparticles and their photoluminescence effect that play a critical role in sensing glucose and lactose. The chemical coprecipitation method was adopted for preparing the nanoparticles that were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction, Transmission Electron Microscope, Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, Energy Dispersive X-ray, UV-vis spectroscopy, and Vibrating Sample Magnetometry. It was found that the obtained Mn2O3 and Co3O4 nanoparticles were successfully prepared, with a crystallite size of 65.91 and 58.00 nm, respectively. The high specific surface area …

Abstract
Purpose: This study explores the perceptions of Library professionals towards the technological trends used in the Public Sector Universities of Pakistan.
Methodology/Approach: The quantitative research method was adopted while using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. A total of 106 questionnaires were distributed among the Head librarians working in the public Sector Universities of Pakistan. All questionnaires were sent through emails except a few which has been sent through post. Some 73 surveys were received back, and all were found usable. This article depicts the main problem that the translator encounters when transferring referential meanings expressed in the source text is the discrepancy between the range of meanings inherent in the FL (first language) and TL (target language) units. This post offers suggestions for teaching about mediation practice without focusing primarily on the problematic traditional mediation theories described in Section 3.C. It suggests that faculty (1) help students understand dynamics related to assessments of court outcomes, (2) teach students to strategically combine elements from the traditional models, (3) teach them how to manage the counteroffer process, (4) include lawyer-client relationships in simulations, and (5) use longer simulations including preparation for mediation sessions.

Competency-based education programs in the United States have grown over the past decade in response to the need to address adult learners who have earned some college credits but have not earned a degree. Hundreds of colleges have either developed or are developing competency-based education (CBE) programs, which separate learning from credit hours. Students complete assignments and/or projects to achieve mastery of competencies. The complex and multifaceted pathophysiology of life-threatening COVID-19 illness including viral mediated organ damage, cytokine storm, and thrombosis warrants early interventions to address all components of the devastating illness. In countries where therapeutic nihilism is prevalent, patients endure escalating symptoms and without early treatment can succumb to delayed in-hospital care and death. As halal tourism demand show significant growth due to increase awareness of muslim tourists on consuming halal products and services during their travels, muslim millennials travelers becomes the most targeted market from destinations in the world, especially as they represent 25% of total tourism visitor arrivals.
