การพัฒนาคู่มือฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของครูแกนนำสู่ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ, ทนงศักดิ์ จันทบุรี, ณัฐิยา ตันตรานนท์, เกตุมณี มากมี, สุเทพ พงศ์ศรีวัฒน์

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินคู่มือฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงของครูแกนนําสู่ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสอบถามครูแกนนําที่คัดเลือกตามคุณสมบัติที่กําหนดไว้ 19 คน โดยผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาคู่มือฝึกอบรมจากนั้นทําการอบรมครูแกนนําและประเมินผลการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นําของครูแกนนํา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คู่มือมีความเหมาะสมและมีส่วนประกอบที่สําคัญ 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) แนวทางการดําเนินการ 2) การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลง 3) การพัฒนาครูแกนนําสู่ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ และ 4) การติดตามประเมินผลภายหลังการฝึกอบรม ผู้วิจัยทําการประเมินผลการอบรมภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยใช้แนวคิดของ KIRKPATRICK'S พบว่า ครูมีความพึงพอใจต่อการฝึกอบรมมีความรู้ความเข้าใจและแสดงพฤติกรรมกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้ มีประสิทธิภาพการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเพิ่มมากขึ้น และมีความสามารถในการสร้างเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ของครูและความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ โดยการฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีองค์ประกอบของเนื้อหาใน 5 มิติ ได้แก่การมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ การกระตุ้นทางปัญญา การบ่งชี้และให้ความชัดเจนทางวิสัยทัศน์ และการคํานึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ผลการวิจัยสามารถสรุปได้ว่า การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพจากการอบรมส่งผลต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรม และมีความสําคัญต่อการขับเคลื่อนโรงเรียนสู่การเป็นชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพเพื่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนเป็นสําคัญ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการออกกําลังกายโดยใช้ทฤษฎีบูรณาการประสาทความรู้สึกร่วมกับภูมิปัญญาไทยเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถภาพทางกายที่สัมพันธ์กับสุขภาพและทักษะทางสังคมของเด็กออทิสติก และ (2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมการออกกําลังกายโดยใช้ทฤษฎีบูรณาการประสาทความรู้สึกร่วมกับภูมิปัญญาไทยเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถภาพทางกายที่สัมพันธ์กับสุขภาพและทักษะทางสังคมของเด็กออทิสติก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เด็กออทิสติกที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์ว่ามีภาวะออทิสซึ่มอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อายุ 12-18 ปี จํานวน 8 คน จากการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงดําเนินการทดลอง 8 สัปดาห์ ๆ ละ 3 ครั้ง ครั้ง ๆ 45 นาที ทําการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลก่อนการทดลองหลังการทดลอง และหลังเสร็จสิ้นการทดลอง 2 สัปดาห์ นําผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียวชนิดวัดซ้ํา Repeated One-way ANOVA Measurementการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) โปรแกรมที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 3 กิจกรรม คือ กิจกรรมการละเล่นพื้นบ้านไทยโดยใช้ผ้าขาวม้า การออกกําลังกายแบบเดี่ยว การออกกําลังกายแบบเป็นคู่และการออกกําลังกาย แบบเป็นกลุ่ม จํานวน 26 ท่า และ 5 ขั้นตอนการออกกําลังกาย โดยมีดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 0.94 2) สมรรถภาพทางกายที่สัมพันธ์กับสุขภาพของเด็กออทิสติกหลังการทดลองและหลังเสร็จสิ้นการทดลอง 2 สัปดาห์สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ด้านทักษะทางสังคมของเด็กออทิสติกหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งในด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ด้านการสื่อสารทางสังคมและด้านการทํางานร่วมกับบุคคลอื่น

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ ผู้ปกครอง และความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ และ 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ ผู้ปกครอง และความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ ดําเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้วิธีแบบผสมผสาน เก็บข้อมูลจากสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จํานวน 143 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ พบว่า กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ ผู้ปกครอง และความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ ประกอบด้วยการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาด้านหลัก 2 ด้าน และด้านย่อย 4 ด้าน การมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ ผู้ปกครอง 3 รูปแบบ และ ความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ 3 ด้านและสภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ ผู้ปกครอง และความต้องการของสถานประกอบการด้านบริหารวิชาการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านบริหารกิจการนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ด้านการบริหารวิชาการและด้านบริหารกิจการนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก

Sexual assault survivors experience a variety of adverse psychological and behavioral outcomes after their assault, such as engagement in sexual risk behavior (Testa, Hoffman, & Livingston, 2010). Previous research has reported risk factors among sexual assault survivors, such as survivors’ self-reported insecure attachment (Oshri, Sutton, Clay-Warner, & Miller, 2015), difficulties with emotion regulation (Walsh, DiLillo, & Messman-Moore, 2012), and substance use coping (Ullman, Relyea, PeterHagene, & Vasquez, 2013). Writing instruction in today’s classrooms is often structured with “formulaic, sterile writing instruction” (Brown, Morrell, and Rowlands, 2011, p. 17). Identifying an appropriate tube current setting can be challenging when using iterative reconstruction due to the varying relationship between spatial resolution, contrast, noise, and dose across different algorithms. This study developed and investigated the application of a generalized detectability index (d'_gen) to determine the noise parameter to input to existing automated exposure control (AEC) systems to provide consistent image quality (IQ) across different reconstruction approaches.

Body–machine interfaces (BMIs) provide a non-invasive way to control devices. Vibrotactile stimulation has been used by BMIs to provide performance feedback to the user, thereby reducing visual demands. To advance the goal of developing a compact, multivariate vibrotactile display for BMIs, we performed two psychophysical experiments to determine the acuity of vibrotactile perception across the arm. The first experiment assessed vibration intensity discrimination of sequentially presented stimuli within four dermatomes of the arm (C5, C7, C8, and T1) and on the ulnar head. Despite the widespread use of Electroecephalography (EEG) as an imaging modality, neural generators of current dipoles measured by EEG at the scalp are not fully understood. Here, we use two morphologically accurate multicompartments neuron models (layer IV pyramidal cell and layer V spiny stellate cell) to characterize how spiking neurons generate current dipoles in response to synaptic input. The simulations indicate that the dipole generated by synaptic inputs required to drive a pyramidal cell to threshold is smaller than the dipole associated the action potential itself. We are failing to protect the biosphere. Novel views of conservation, preservation, and sustainability are surfacing in the wake of consensus about our failures to prevent extinction or slow climate change. We argue that the interests and well-being of non-humans, youth, and future generations of both human and non-human beings (futurity) have too long been ignored in consensus-based, anthropocentric conservation. Consensus-based stakeholder-driven processes disadvantage those absent or without a voice and allow current adult humans and narrow, exploitative interests to dominate decisions about the use of nature over its preservation for futurity of all life. Most aspects of Treves et al.’s target article are commendable, but I would suggest: explicitly including (1) Singer’s ‘equal interests’ principle; adjusting (2) Mathews’s principle of ‘bioproportionality’; and clarifying the implications of (3) Parfit’s Non-Identity Problem, (4) the limits of present predictions of future needs, and (5) the application of the concept of selves to biotic individuals. Even if its intelligent behaviors are the product of decentralized control systems, Mather argues that the octopus has an “Umwelt,” and, thus, a mind. I argue that Umwelt does not provide a conceptual basis for understanding the octopus as having a mind. First, Umwelt does not refer only to an organism’s perceptual abilities. Second, in providing evidence for decentralized control systems that underlie intelligent behaviors, Mather makes a case against an octopus Umwelt. Instead, the octopus is more akin to a collection of systems, or Umwelten, than a single system with an Umwelt.

Is it part of nature or is it observer-dependent, imputed to satisfy our own psychological needs? In this commentary, I build on my own experience with octopuses to challenge the notion that we can conclusively attribute a mind to an animal; and I question the scientific usefulness of doing so.

Given the structure of the octopus brain and their complex behavior, one must consider the possibility that an octopus is a community of minds rather than a single mind.

Mather (2019) has brought together the current empirical research in support of the claim that octopuses possess minds; and the weight of the evidence does appear to support octopus sentience. Being sentient means an organism has welfare concerns, a subjective experience of life that can go well or poorly. Protecting welfare requires knowing what conditions will have a positive or negative impact. Understanding what is in the mind of an octopus will give us valuable insight into what is good for an octopus.

Science progresses by making contrasts, and the living world is a gold mine of contrasts. Often disciplines become victims by focusing on too narrow a slice of that diversity, leading to a myopic view of how nature works. The relationships between the brain and behavior have been intensively studied in vertebrates, especially mammals, and we have become complacent in our assumptions about how behavior is constructed. As the target article by Mather (2019) shows, the relationship between the brain and behavior in octopuses forces us to reevaluate some of those assumptions.

Understanding the Umwelt or being-ness of an octopus is a fascinating problem. Mather’s review provides us with significant insights into the ways of living of non-humans that exploit a perceptual and physical world we can only guess at. Octopus “distributed minds” call into question our primate-based understandings of the importance of sociality and the pace of life in the evolution of complex perceptual and behavioural abilities.
