Dec 25 (Interfax) - The Central Bank of Russia (CBR) is planning to hire investment consultants to prepare the sale of the Otkritie Group, which is planned for 2021, Central Bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina said in an interview with Interfax. "Early next year, we will invite investment consultants, who will help us settle on a strategy for the CBR to withdraw from the capital of Otkritie Group: as far as the timeline of the sale, the means of the sale, how to sell - as the group or in separate segments," Nabiullina said.

This paper analyzes the accuracy of the recently developed one-equation k-kL turbulence model with Quadratic Constitutive Relation (QCR) compared to the linear Boussinesq relation and Algebraic Reynolds Stress Model (ARSM). The computational results in several benchmark cases from NASA TMR are compared to other widely used one equation turbulence models with QCR, such as Spalart-Allmaras model (SA), Wray-Agarwal model (WA) and SST k-ω model. In particular, one-equation k-kL-QCR model shows good accuracy with experimental data for supersonic flow in a square duct where the effect of QCR is clearly visible in capturing the secondary flow vortices which is not feasible …

RNA-Seq, a massively parallel sequencing method for transcriptome analysis, only analyzes transcribed portions of the genome. Recently, RNA-Seq has provided an opportunity to expand the identification of alfalfa (Medicago sativa) genes. Using Illumina sequencing, 124,025 unique sequences from MSGI 1.0 have been identified from the elongating stem and post-elongation stem internodes of two alfalfa genotypes (Yang et al. 2011). Using 454 sequencing, 54,216 unique sequences were obtained from the roots and shoots of two alfalfa genotypes (Han et al., 2011). Panicum maximum Jacq. is among the prominent grass species in the grazing lands of the South-western part of Nigeria. An understanding of cutting management to find out the best agronomic practices that will improve the yield and nutritive value of these grass species, especially in the dry season formed the focus of this research work.
