Jury Trial Disparities Between Class Actions And Shareholder Derivative Actions In State Courts, Ann M. Scarlett

Class actions and shareholder derivative lawsuits are both forms of representative litigation that historically had to be brought in the equity courts to be decided by a judge, rather than in the common-law courts to be decided by a jury. In 1938, the federal courts merged law and equity by passing the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which allowed both legal and equitable claims to be heard within the same civil action. After law and equity merged, the Supreme Court interpreted the Seventh Amendment’s preservation of the right to jury trial as including not just actions recognized at common law, …

My initial interest in researching college evangelical ministries spurred from my own experience with a ministry on my campus, The Salt Company. As I dug into their media presence, I became fascinated with how The Salt Company creates and performs their social identity as a larger community. The current research over evangelical ministries on college campuses focuses primarily on students involved within the ministry, but there has been little to no research of how these evangelical ministries and their social power affect students who are not members of the ministries. วิทยานิพนธ์ เรื่อง “สัญวิทยาแห่งตัวละครหญิงในงานนาฏยศิลป์ร่วมสมัยของนราพงษ์ จรัสศรี” มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์รูปแบบและแนวคิดการสร้างงานนาฏยศิลป์ร่วมสมัยเชิงสัญวิทยา รวมทั้งการตีความในเชิงสัญวิทยาเพื่อนำไปสู่การสวมบทบาทความเป็นเพศหญิงด้วยลักษณะเฉพาะตัว จากการศึกษาการแสดงนาฏยศิลป์ร่วมสมัย ชุด Ballerina : The pathetic creature นางระบำปลายเท้าผู้น่าเวทนา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีการเลือกใช้วิธีดำเนินงานวิจัย ได้แก่ การค้นคว้าข้อมูลเชิงเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การชมการแสดงจากสื่อสารสนเทศ นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และสรุปผลเป็นรูปเล่มวิทยานิพนธ์ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลงานนาฏศิลป์ร่วมสมัยของนราพงษ์ จรัสศรีมีรูปแบบและแนวคิดในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานจากการออกแบบองค์ประกอบในการแสดงแต่ละด้านให้มีความสัมพันธ์กัน ซึ่งสามารถอธิบายผ่านกระบวนการทางสัญวิทยาจากแนวคิดทั้ง 3 ทฤษฎี ได้แก่ 1)แนวคิดสัญญะแบบทวิลักษณ์ของแฟร์ดิน็องด์ เดอ โซซูร์ ประกอบด้วยการตีความผ่านรูปสัญญะ และ ความหมายสัญญะ 2)แนวคิดสัญญะแบบไตรลักษณ์ของชาร์ลส์ แซนเดอร์ เพิร์ซ ประกอบด้วย สัญญะ วัตถุ และสัญผล 3)แนวคิดสัญญะที่อยู่ในกระบวนการทำงานของมายาคติ ของโรล็องด์ บาร์ตส์ และเมื่อตีความผ่านการสร้างเค้าโครงเรื่อง การจัดวางองค์ประกอบการแสดง ลีลาการเคลื่อนไหว และการนำอารมณ์ความรู้สึกในมุมต่าง ๆ มาเป็นตัวแทนของการสื่อถึงผู้หญิง ส่งผลให้บทบาทการแสดงความเป็นเพศหญิงมีความเด่นชัดมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้พบว่ามีการแฝงหลักธรรมที่ว่าด้วยการเป็นไปตามธรรมดาของโลกเพื่อให้ผู้ชมได้ตระหนักในตอนจบของการแสดง ทำให้เห็นถึงความลุ่มลึกของผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานในการใช้ประโยชน์จากสัญญะที่สร้างขึ้น ถือได้ว่าเป็นผลงานแม่แบบในการสร้างผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ร่วมสมัยเชิงสัญวิทยาต่อไป

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่องการแสดงในขบวนแห่เทียนพรรษาจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นมาและรูปแบบการแสดงในขบวนแห่เทียนพรรษาจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่าง และการสังเกตการณ์แบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การแสดงในขบวนแห่เทียนพรรษาจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ได้มีการพัฒนามาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2444–2562 เป็นระยะเวลา 118 ปี โดยเริ่มจากการรวมตัวของชาวบ้านแห่นำเทียนพรรษาประกอบการร้องรำทำเพลงไปถวายพระสงฆ์ยังวัดพัฒนามาเป็นการแสดงหมู่เป็นชุด ๆ ในลักษณะขบวนเคลื่อนไปตามเส้นทางบนถนน โดยแบ่งการแสดงออกเป็น 2 ช่วง คือ 1. การแสดงในขบวนแห่เทียนพรรษาภาคกลางวัน จัดแสดงในวันเข้าพรรษา สามารถจำแนกรูปแบบการแสดงออกเป็น 3 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ การแสดงพื้นบ้านในลักษณะไม่ตายตัว การแสดงพื้นเมืองอีสาน และการแสดงร่วมสมัย 2. การแสดงในขบวนแห่เทียนพรรษาประกอบแสงเสียงภาคกลางคืน มีที่มาจากการนำรูปแบบขบวนแห่เทียนพรรษาภาคกลางวันมาผสมกับการแสดงแสงเสียง จัดแสดงทั้งหมด 2 วัน คือ คืนวันอาสาฬหบูชา และคืนวันเข้าพรรษา เป็นการแสดงรูปแบบพื้นเมืองอีสานประกอบการแสดงเรื่องราว เนื้อหาของการแสดงจะสัมพันธ์กับหัวข้อหลักของการแสดงที่ถูกกำหนดขึ้น การแสดงทั้ง 2 ช่วงนี้จะสะท้อนถึงประเพณี พิธีกรรม ความเชื่อ ศิลปวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น วิถีการดำรงชีวิต การละเล่น โบราณวัตถุ และการเทิดพระเกียรติ ผ่านองค์ประกอบของการแสดง งานวิจัยฉบับนี้นอกจากจะเป็นการเผยแพร่ศิลปวัฒนธรรมเชิงพุทธศิลป์อันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีแล้ว ยังเป็นประโยชน์ทางด้านการสร้างสรรค์การแสดง และด้านการศึกษาทั้งในสถาบันการศึกษาและผู้ที่ศึกษาเชิงวิชาชีพในประเทศไทยต่อไป

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการประกวดวงกลองยาวโดยกรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมและรูปแบบการออกแบบสร้างสรรค์การแสดงกลองยาวรูปแบบใหม่จากวงกลองยาวที่เข้าร่วมแข่งขัน โดยการสืบค้นข้อมูลจากหนังสือ เอกสาร และวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผู้เกี่ยวข้องและการสังเกตการณ์จากวีดิทัศน์การแสดงกลองยาวจากวงที่ผู้วิจัยทำการศึกษาจำนวน 2 วง ได้แก่ วงเอกทันต์รางวัลชนะเลิศปี พ.ศ. 2552 และ พ.ศ. 2554 และวงศิวบุตรรางวัลชนะเลิศปี พ.ศ.2557 ผู้วิจัยพบว่า การจัดการประกวดวงกลองยาวโดยกรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรม เป็นการประกวดในรูปแบบของการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนา โดยวงที่เข้าร่วมการประกวดจะต้องสร้างสรรค์การแสดงขึ้นใหม่ ส่งผลให้เกิดการสร้างเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวของแต่ละวง เป็นการพัฒนารูปแบบการแสดงจากการรำกลองยาวแบบมาตรฐานที่มีแต่เดิม จากการศึกษารูปแบบการแสดงของวงกลองยาววงเอกทันต์และวงศิวบุตรพบว่า ได้มีการนำรูปแบบการสร้างสรรค์ที่ยังคงไว้ซึ่งอัตลักษณ์ของการรำเถิดเทิงของกรมศิลปากร โดยมีรูปแบบที่โดดเด่นและแปลกใหม่ ดังนี้ 1. การใช้ชื่อวงในการประพันธ์บทร้องเพื่อแสดงเอกลักษณ์และเป็นที่จดจำต่อผู้ชม 2. มีการต่อตัวและการตีลังกาในการแสดง 3. ใช้ลีลาท่ารำเป็นการผสมผสานของการแสดงในภาคกลางหลายประเภท ได้แก่ รำกลองยาวชาวบ้าน รำเถิดเทิง รำแม่บทเล็ก รำแม่บทใหญ่ การละเล่นลาวกระทบไม้และรำวงมาตรฐาน 4. การใช้รูปแบบการแปรแถวหลักที่พบ 9 แบบ ได้แก่ แถวตอน แถววงกลม แถวปากพนัง แถวหน้ากระดาน แถวครึ่งวงกลม แถวเฉียง แถวตัวเอ (A) แถวตัวดับเบิลยู (W) และแถวตั้งซุ้ม มาสร้างสรรค์เพิ่มเติมโดยการผสมผสานกันทำให้เกิดรูปแบบแถวใหม่ที่แตกต่างไปจากเดิม งานวิจัยนี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการสร้างสรรค์การแสดงกลองยาวเพื่อการประกวด อีกทั้งยังเป็นการกระตุ้นให้ประชาชนหรือกลุ่มคนที่สนใจแข่งขันกลองยาวมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการพัฒนารูปแบบการแสดงกลองยาวต่อไปอนาคต

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาวิวัฒนาการและคุณูปการของโขนสมัครเล่นในกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ (พ.ศ. 2325-2561) และ ศึกษากระบวนการจัดการองค์กรโขนสมัครเล่น ผู้ศึกษาใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ในการค้นคว้าและรวบรวมเอกสารทั้งชั้นต้น และชั้นรอง การสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การสังเกตการณ์ และสนทนากลุ่มย่อยกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตามศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จากการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มคนที่เป็นปัจจัยในวิวัฒนาการของโขนสมัครเล่น คือ ผู้จัดการแสดง ผู้แสดง ครูผู้สอน และผู้สนับสนุน และพิจารณาการวิวัฒนาการของโขนสมัครเล่นได้จากการจัดการแสดง คือ วัตถุประสงค์ การเรียนการสอน โอกาสในการจัดการแสดง งบประมาณ บทโขน และเครื่องแต่งกาย วิวัฒนาการและคุณูปการของโขนสมัครเล่นแบ่งได้เป็น 4 ยุค ยุคที่ 1 อยุธยา และธนบุรี พ.ศ. 1893-2325 วิวัฒนาการ : ยุคกำเนิดวางรากฐาน บทโขน และรูปแบบการแสดง คุณูปการ : ด้านพิธีกรรม การปกครอง และการทหาร ยุคที่ 2 รัตนโกสินทร์ พ.ศ. 2325-2452 วิวัฒนาการ : ด้านหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ เนื้อเรื่องรามเกียรติ์ บทพากย์ และเทคโนโลยีการจัดการแสดงคุณูปการ : การพัฒนารูปแบบ บทโขนโรงในยุคต่อมา โอกาสในการแสดง และสร้างงาน ยุคที่ 3 รัตนโกสินทร์ พ.ศ. 2452-2488 วิวัฒนาการ : ครูโขนมีบรรดาศักดิ์ ผลิตทั้งศิลปินโขนอาชีพกับโขนสมัครเล่น เล่นตามสมัครใจ บทสั้นกระชับ และชุดราชประดิษฐ์ คุณูปการ : ต้นแบบของการอนุรักษ์ การศึกษานาฎศิลป์ บทโขนโรงใน และรูปแบบการจัดการแสดงยุคต่อมา ยุคที่ 4 รัตนโกสินทร์ พ.ศ. 2488-2561 วิวัฒนาการ : โขนย้ายจากหลวงมาสู่รัฐ บทโขนโรงในแบบกรมศิลปากร และเกิดโขนสมัครเล่นในหลายองค์กรคุณูปการ : ยกย่องพระมหากษัตริย์ เป็นสื่อในเรื่องการเมือง การทูต และเป็นส่วนสำคัญทำให้โขนไทยได้รับการยอมรับในระดับโลก กระบวนการจัดการองค์กรโขนสมัครเล่น สามารถแบ่งได้ 5 รูปแบบ 1) โขนสมัครเล่นหลวง …

ธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์เป็นธุรกิจที่ถือว่ามีความสำคัญต่อเศรษฐกิจประเทศเป็นอย่างมาก โดยมีความสำเร็จของภาคเอกชนเป็นรากฐานที่สำคัญ แต่ก็เป็นธุรกิจที่มักจะได้รับผลกระทบจากสภาพเศรษฐกิจที่เปลี่ยนแปลง โดยในช่วง 10 ปีที่ผ่านมาอาคารชุดมีการขยายตัวอย่างรวดเร็ว และเป็นตลาดที่มีการแข่งขันสูงมากในปัจจุบัน งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์ระดับองค์กรของบริษัทพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ รวมถึงวิธีการในการรับมือกับสภาพเศรษฐกิจในแต่ละปีที่ส่งผลถึงกลยุทธ์ระดับผลิตภัณฑ์ และแนวคิดในการพัฒนาของอาคารชุดแต่ละแบรนด์ที่มีในปัจจุบัน จากการเลือกกรณีศึกษาที่มีความโดดเด่นด้านรายได้ คือบริษัท พฤกษา เรียลเอสเตท จำกัด (มหาชน) ด้วยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากเอกสารเผยแพร่ของสภาพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ศูนย์วิจัยกสิกรไทย ศูนย์ข้อมูลอสังหาริมทรัพย์ รายงานข้อมูลประจำปี (56-1) และเอกสารอ้างอิงต่างๆ จากนั้นจึงเก็บข้อมูลปฐมภูมิโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บริษัท พฤกษา เรียลเอสเตท จำกัด (มหาชน) แบ่งโครงสร้างบริษัทเป็นฝั่งแวลูและพรีเมียม ซึ่งมีกลยุทธ์และแนวคิดที่แตกต่างกัน โดยฝั่งแวลูเน้นการสร้างฐานลูกค้ากลุ่มใหญ่เป็นหลัก ไม่ซับซ้อน เน้นราคาและทำเล ส่วนฝั่งพรีเมียมเน้นการสร้างความแตกต่างจากไลฟ์สไตล์ลูกค้า ในส่วนของเป้าหมายและการกำหนดทิศทางของแต่ละปีนั้น บริษัทคำนึงถึงการปรับตัวตามสถานการณ์ทางเศรษฐกิจเป็นหลัก โดยการสร้างแบรนด์ให้เกิดความหลากหลาย ครอบคลุมทุกกลุ่มตลาด เพื่อที่จะสามารถปรับตัวให้สามารถดำเนินธุรกิจได้ในทุกสภาวะเศรษฐกิจ ผลการศึกษาสรุปว่า กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาสำหรับอาคารชุดพักอาศัยของบริษัท พฤกษา เรียลเอสเตท จำกัด (มหาชน) คือการขยายพอร์ทให้เติบโตและยืดหยุ่นตามสภาวะตลาด โดยการสร้างธุรกิจ ผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการที่หลากหลาย เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการปรับตัวตามสถานการณ์ทางเศรษฐกิจในแต่ละปี ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 3 ช่วงระยะเวลา คือ ช่วงที่ 1 (พ.ศ.2550-2553) เริ่มพัฒนาโครงการอาคารชุด ใช้กลยุทธ์การบริหารต้นทุนและกระจายการลงทุน สอดคล้องกับนโยบาย BOI ของรัฐบาล ช่วงที่ 2 (พ.ศ.2554-2557) เกิดภาวะสินค้าล้นตลาด เหตุการณ์น้ำท่วมใหญ่และปัญหาการเมือง จึงยังคงเน้นกลยุทธ์การบริหารต้นทุนเป็นหลัก โดยมีกลยุทธ์สร้างเสร็จไว เร่งการรับรู้รายได้และสร้างความแข็งแรงในองค์กรเป็นกลยุทธ์รอง และช่วงที่ 3 (พ.ศ.2558-2562) ตลาดบนเป็นที่ต้องการ เริ่มมีการแข่งขันด้านนวัตกรรม การพัฒนาโครงการแบบมิกซ์ยูส ทำให้เกิดแบรนด์ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับไลฟ์สไตล์ลูกค้ามากขึ้น เน้นกลยุทธ์เพิ่มมูลค่า กลยุทธ์ผลิตภัณฑ์และการตลาดแบบออนไลน์ โดยที่กลยุทธ์หลักยังคงเป็นเรื่องของการบริหารต้นทุน

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ได้ศึกษาความหมายของสีจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างของคนที่เกิดระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2538–2552 หรือกลุ่ม เจเนอเรชั่นซี (Generation Z) และนำข้อมูลมาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหารูปแบบและแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์จากความหมายของสี โดยใช้รูปแบบงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและงานวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่มีการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสารทางวิชาการ แบบสอบถามความหมายของสี 400 ฉบับ การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตการณ์ การสัมมนา สื่อสารสนเทศ เกณฑ์การสร้างมาตรฐานในการยกย่องบุคคลต้นแบบทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ และประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวของผู้วิจัย ซึ่งนำข้อมูลมาตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ และสร้างสรรค์ผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบของนาฏยศิลป์สร้างสรรค์ในครั้งนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) บทการแสดงได้สอบถามความหมายของสีตามทฤษฎีสีทางทัศนศิลป์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบ่งออกเป็น 2 องก์ คือ องก์ที่ 1 สีขั้นที่ 1 ประกอบไปด้วยความหมายของสีน้ำเงิน ความสุขุม สงบนิ่ง สีเหลือง หมายถึง ความสดใส และสีแดง หมายถึง ความร้อนแรง องก์ที่ 2 สีขั้นที่ 2 ประกอบไปด้วยความหมายของสีส้ม หมายถึง ความอบอุ่น สีเขียว หมายถึง ความอุดมสมบูรณ์ และสีม่วง หมายถึง ความลึกลับ 2) นักแสดง ใช้นักแสดงทั้งหญิงและชาย มีทักษะความสามารถทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ไทยและสามารถสื่อสารอารมณ์ผ่านลีลานาฏยศิลป์ไทย 3) ลีลานาฏยศิลป์ ใช้ลีลานาฏยศิลป์ไทยมานำเสนอความหมายของสี 4) ดนตรีประกอบการแสดง ได้เลือกเสียงของเครื่องดนตรีไทยมาประกอบลีลาสื่อความหมายของสี 5) เครื่องแต่งกายออกแบบตามรูปแบบนาฏยศิลป์ไทย รวมทั้งใช้ความเรียบง่ายผ่านการใช้สีขาวเพียงสีเดียวและมีการลดทอนเครื่องประดับ 6) พื้นที่การแสดง ออกแบบตามวงล้อของสีทางทัศนศิลป์ 7) แสง ออกแบบตามวงล้อของสีทางทัศนศิลป์ นอกจากนี้ผู้วิจัยได้คำนึงถึงแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรรค์นาฏยศิลป์จากความหมายของสี 5 ประการ คือ 1) การคำนึงถึงความหมายของสีในการสร้างงานนาฏยศิลป์ 2) การคำนึงถึงทฤษฎีทางทัศนศิลป์ 3) การคำนึงถึงการใช้สัญลักษณ์ในการสร้างงานนาฏยศิลป์ 4) การคำนึงถึงจารีตและแบบแผนในการสร้างงานนาฏยศิลป์ไทยอนุรักษ์ 5) การคำนึงถึงความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในงานนาฏยศิลป์ ทั้งนี้การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการรวบรวมองค์ความรู้ทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์มาบูรณาการร่วมกับศาสตร์แขนงอื่น ๆ ซึ่งเป็นความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาการในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ ตลอดจนเป็นแนวทางในการต่อยอดและพัฒนาผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ต่อไปในอนาคต

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบและแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์จากวรรณกรรมพื้นบ้าน เรื่อง หัวนายแรง ด้วยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยใช้กระบวนการสำรวจข้อมูลเชิงเอกสาร การสังเกตการณ์ การสัมภาษณ์ การสัมมนา สื่อสารสนเทศ เกณฑ์มาตรฐานในการยกย่องบุคคลต้นแบบทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ และประสบการณ์ของผู้วิจัย จากนั้นนำมาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบและองค์ประกอบในการแสดง นำมาทดลองและพัฒนาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ตามกระบวนการที่กำหนดไว้ ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบของการแสดงทั้ง 7 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) บทการแสดง นำแนวคิดมาจากการตีความวรรณกรรมพื้นบ้าน เรื่อง นายแรง 2) ลีลานาฏยศิลป์ ใช้ลีลาของนาฏยศิลป์ร่วมสมัย นาฏยศิลป์ไทย และนาฏยศิลป์พื้นบ้านภาคใต้ เน้นการถ่ายทอดอารมณ์ผ่านสายตา ร่างกาย และการกระทำ 3) การคัดเลือกนักแสดงใช้นักแสดงที่มีทักษะที่หลากหลายด้าน 4) เสียงและดนตรี ใช้เสียง 4 ประเภท เสียงนักแสดงที่มีบทร้อง เสียงตามความรู้สึก เสียงประกอบการแสดง และเสียงดนตรีประกอบการแสดง 5) ฉาก ใช้การฉายภาพผ่านอุปกรณ์เทคนิคการฉายภาพ คือ ภาพนิ่ง ภาพเคลื่อนไหว 6) เครื่องแต่งกาย ออกแบบตามแนวคิดเอกลักษณ์ของบริบทพื้นที่กำเนิดของวรรณกรรมทางภาคใต้ รวมไปถึงขนบ (พิธีกรรม) ธรรมเนียมประเพณี 7) แสง ใช้การสื่อความหมายเชิงสัญลักษณ์ ให้สอดคล้องกับการฉายภาพประกอบการแสดง ฉาก อารมณ์และเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในการแสดง ผสมผสานกับหลักการหักเหของแสง ในการสร้างสรรค์ครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยคำนึงถึงแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ 5 ประการ คือ 1) แนวคิดที่เกี่ยวกับการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ที่มาจากวรรณกรรมพื้นบ้าน 2) แนวคิดที่เกี่ยวกับสัญญะในการแสดงนาฏยศิลป์ 3) แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับศิลปะการละครกับการสร้างสรรค์ทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ 4) แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบทางด้านศิลปกรรม 5) แนวคิดความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมกับการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์หลังสมัยใหม่ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ จึงเป็นการรวบรวมและเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ เพื่อพัฒนาผลงานสร้างสรรค์ทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อวงการวิชาการและวงการนาฏยศิลป์ ตลอดจนเป็นแนวทางในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานของผู้สร้างสรรค์ในอนาคต

The purpose of this study was to examine how both family leisure involvement and family leisure satisfaction contributed to the explanation of variance in family functioning and satisfaction with family life among urban Russian families (n = 597). As an initial examination of family leisure functioning in the Russian culture, mixed model analysis accounted for family-level and individual level variance, and indicated core family leisure satisfaction was the strongest predictor of all aspects of family functioning and satisfaction with family life, a pattern similar across other cultures. This article surveys how contemporary Broadway musicals cast fat women and focuses on Hairspray. The use of fat suits and contractual weight clauses figure into the discussion of fat stigma and casting practices. Seemingly body-positive musicals both celebrate and undermine the identities staged in them.

We develop and apply a new and more rigorous methodology by which to measure and understand both informed trading and the agency costs of hedge fund activism. We use quantitative data to show a systematic relationship between the appointment of a hedge fund-nominated director to a corporate board and an increase in informed trading in that corporation’s stock (with the relationship being most pronounced when the fund’s slate of directors includes a hedge fund employee). This finding is important from two different perspectives. First, from a governance perspective, activist hedge funds represent a new and potent force in corporate governance. …

Understanding the impact that human development has on wildlife populations is essential to preserving biodiversity. Bird populations are a good indicator of anthropogenic threats because they are sensitive to environmental change. Window strikes are a major source of mortality for bird populations. Studies have begun to monitor factors that cause window strikes and estimate the amount of birds killed annually by strikes. However, these estimates can be greatly affected by site dependent variables and scavenging of carcasses. The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) has had significant influence on both for-profit and nonprofit employers since it was enacted in 1993. Because nonprofit organizations often have more limited resources than for-profit organizations, implementing family and medical leave policy mandates can be problematic. Arts-related nonprofit organizations often have even fewer resources available yet must still ensure legal compliance and market competitiveness while continuing to focus on meeting their missions. African American males experience homicides significantly higher than other groups throughout the United States. More African Americans are victims of violence, especially deadly violence, compared to any other racial or ethnic group. While research has been conducted on the association between perceptions of police and violence among African American men ages 18 to 44, no research exists on whether social media use moderates this association among African American men ages 18 to 44. We tested two propositions of the Theory of Structured Experience: first, strategies used to structure experiences in the leisure industries elevate experience quality only when a threshold of service performance is met or exceeded; and second, positive relations exist among indicators of experience quality. Two teams of higher education tourists visited 23 attractions on three Hawaiian Islands. Immediately after each visit, team one (n = 4) judged the attractions based on service quality and experience structuring performance. Louise of Meckelburg-Strelitz was born on March 10, 1776 and died just thirty-four years later. In her short time as the queen consort of Prussia, she would give birth to nine children, command her own dragoons, negotiate with Napoleon, and eventually become a complex and celebrated German historical figure. Adolescent males with autism spectrum disorder commonly display an increased prevalence of problem behaviors and persistent deficits in social skills when compared to their typically developing peers. The present study deployed a single subject, multiple-baseline design to investigate the use of the social skills training program Super Skills: A Social Skills Group Program for Children with Asperger Syndrome, High-Functioning Autism and Related Challengesto promote enhanced social skills and minimize problem behaviors. Over the course of its seventeen-month run in 1950 and 1951, the science fiction anthology radio program Dimension X served as a showcase for many new and established science fiction writers. Dimension X was among several adult science fiction and fantasy shows that debuted on radio in the late 1940s and early 1950s, alongside CBS’s Escape and Mutual’s 2000 Plus. While many listeners celebrated these programs, NBC received letters detailing concerns over the subject matter of three episodes. This practice research thesis investigates creative approaches to ‘the archive’, through the making and analysis of contemporary art works that are located across and between screen-based, live, and installation art forms. The methodology focuses on encountering and responding to moving image collections, in particular films where the body is instructive, active and moving. In this thesis, I will address the perceptions of elementary school teachers on the use of arts integration as a teaching practice in their classrooms and how those perceptions impact student performance. Throughout my student teaching experience this year, I engaged in a reflective practice of making field notes as I observed, assisted with, and taught arts-integrated lessons in a kindergarten classroom. Hemendranath Mazumdar, popularly referred to as Hemen Mazumdar, was born 1894 in Gachihata village of Mymensingh district, which is currently part of Bangladesh. Coming from a relatively wealthy landowning family, at the age of sixteen, Hemen dropped out of school and ran away to Calcutta to pursue his passion for painting. He enrolled at the Government College of Art in 1911, but left in 1912 for another institution, Jubilee Art Academy.
