งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของถังปฏิกรณ์ชีวภาพไร้อากาศฟลูอิดไดซ์เบดแบบไม่เวียนน้ำที่ใช้พีวีเอเจลเป็นตัวกลางในระบบ ทำการทดลองระดับปฏิบัติการด้วยถังปฏิกรณ์ขนาด 4.58 ล. ความสูง 2 ม. จำนวน 4 ชุดการทดลอง รองรับค่าอัตราภาระสารอินทรีย์แตกต่างกัน 5, 15, 25 และ 40 กก.ซีโอดี/ลบ.ม.-วัน และแปรค่าระยะเวลากักเก็บน้ำ 4.4, 2.93, 2.2 และ 1.1 ชม. ทั้งนี้เม็ดพีวีเอเจลในถังปฏิกรณ์ถูกปรับลดขนาดให้อยู่ในช่วง 500-1,000 ไมครอนเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับระบบฟลูอิดไดซ์เบด โดยทั้งลักษณะโครงสร้างภายในและความถ่วงจำเพาะยังคงใกล้เคียงกับตัวกลางต้นแบบ เริ่มต้นเดินระบบการทดลองทั้ง 4 ชุดด้วยอัตราภาระสารอินทรีย์ 5 กก.ซีโอดี/ลบ.ม.-วัน ระยะเวลากักเก็บน้ำ 4.4 ชม. พบว่าทุกถังปฏิกรณ์ใช้เวลา 89 วันในการเข้าสู่สภาวะสมดุล มีร้อยละการบำบัดสารอินทรีย์มากกว่า 80 เมื่อแปรค่าอัตราภาระสารอินทรีย์เข้าระบบและลดระยะเวลากักเก็บน้ำในถังปฏิกรณ์เป็น 2.93, 2.2 และ 1.1 ชม. ตามลำดับ ทุกชุดการทดลองยังคงร้อยละการบำบัดสารอินทรีย์มากกว่า 80 ยืนยันถึงประสิทธิภาพของระบบฟลูอิดไดซ์เบดไร้อากาศแบบไม่เวียนน้ำที่ใช้พีวีเอเจลเป็นตัวกลางสามารถทำงานได้ดีแม้ลดระยะเวลากักเก็บน้ำลงถึง 4 เท่า และอัตราภาระสารอินทรีย์สูงถึง 40 กก.ซีโอดี/ลบ.ม.-วัน โดยมีอัตราการผลิตก๊าซชีวภาพสูงสุดเท่ากับ 93.80 ล.ก๊าซชีวภาพ/วัน คิดเป็นความสามารถในการแปลงสารอินทรีย์เป็นก๊าซชีวภาพเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 0.55±0.10 ล.ก๊าซชีวภาพ/ก.ซีโอดีบำบัด โดยมีค่าคงที่ปฏิกิริยาอันดับหนึ่งเท่ากับ 41.72 วัน-1 ที่ระยะเวลากักเก็บน้ำ 4.4 และ 2.93 ชม. ความเข้มข้นครึ่งปฏิกิริยาเท่ากับ 0.09 ก./ล. และอัตราการบำบัดสูงสุด 42.11 ก./ล.-วัน ที่ระยะเวลากักเก็บน้ำ 2.2 และ 1.1 ชม. เมื่อติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงกลุ่มประชากรจุลินทรีย์ในถังปฏิกรณ์ พบว่า Methanosarcinar จะมีปริมาณเพิ่มมากขึ้นตามความเข้มข้นกรดอินทรีย์ที่สะสมในระบบ ตรงกันข้ามกับ Methanosaeta ที่จะลดลงเมื่อกรดเพิ่มขึ้น จึงสรุปได้ว่าพีวีเอเจลสามารถใช้เป็นตัวกลางในถังปฏิกรณ์ไร้อากาศชนิดฟลูอิดไดซ์เบดแบบไม่เวียนน้ำได้ดี ทุกสภาวะของการเดินระบบสามารถบำบัดสารอินทรีย์ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งนี้เมื่อคำนวณค่าจลนพลศาสตร์จากความสามารถในการบำบัดสารอินทรีย์ที่สภาวะเหล่านั้นร่วมกับลักษณะการไหลของน้ำภายในถังปฏิกรณ์ จะได้สมการคำนวณที่ประยุกต์ใช้กับระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียที่มีรูปแบบใกล้เคียงกันได้

Growth factors and hormones often mediate their biological effects through series of protein-protein interaction between cytoplasmic signaling molecules or transcription factors. Interfering of these protein-protein interactions has been shown to reduce or inhibit biological and growth responses to various growth factors and hormones. We previously demonstrated that progesterone receptor (PR) contains a polyproline domain (PPD) which directly interact to Src homology 3 (SH3) domain-containing molecules and expression of PR-PPD inhibits EGFR-mediated NSCLC cell proliferation. LIN28 is an RNA-binding protein, a known as regulator of microRNAs biogenesis and play a role in multiple cellular functions such as stem cell maintenance, cell metabolism and implicated in oncogenesis. In cancer study, LIN28 protein is frequently expressed and associated with tumor aggressiveness and poor disease outcome. Previous studies have shown that paralog-LIN28B was upregulated in during CCA development. However, the role of LIN28B in cholangiocarcinogenesis remains largely unknown. The present study, we found LIN28B is overexpressed in CCA patients' tissues. The purpose of this study was to develop a stable niosomal eye drop containing angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor for lowering intraocular pressure. Three ACE inhibitors i.e., captopril, quinapril and fosinopril (FOS) were used in this study. Their inclusion complexes formation with parent CDs i.e., alphaCD, betaCD and gammaCD were determined. All drugs represented 1:1 stoichiometry inclusion complex with each CD. Of these, FOS/gammaCD complex showed the highest stability constant. Kinetic degradation study confirmed that FOS showed the lowest degradation in the presence of gammaCD. The purpose of this research was to develop and optimize a self-microemulsifying delivery system (SMEDS) to improve dissolution rate of poor soluble compound AST by mixture experimental design. The solubility of AST was analyzed with various excipients so that the appropriate oil, surfactant, and cosurfactant were figured out. Through the findings about the microemulsion existence area, the pseudoternary phase diagrams were constructed for selecting the optimum combination of excipients in a formulation of SMEDS. A cross-sectional study was performed for household survey using a questionnaire with a face-to-face interview to determine the general characteristics and water consumptions during flooding events in flood-prone communities, Pak Phanang and Chian Yai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, Thailand between February-July 2020. From a 425 household survey, 69.5% were female, two-thirds of the participants aged 46 years old and above, and had the average monthly household income at 7305.13 ± 7016.56 Baht. Most of the family-based interventions focus on assisting patients more than the family caregivers. Family caregivers of schizophrenic patients require intervention which focuses more on their strengths than on solving problems for schizophrenic patients. For this study with 127 family caregivers of schizophrenic patients in Nonsung District, Nakornratchasima Province, Thailand, 63 were in the intervention group and 64 were in the control group. The 4-session intervention was held every other week. Psychological well-being and burden of care were assessed pre-intervention, post-intervention, and at 3-month follow-up. Pyrethroids are commonly used in households and affect to nervous system in children. Data on pyrethroids exposure related to neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is unknown. This study investigated the relationship between 3-PBA metabolites and GABA concentrations, and also determined the factors influencing pyrethroids metabolites among young children in urban areas. A repeated cross-sectional design was designed to collect the information on PYR insecticide exposure between wet (November – December 2018) and dry (April – May 2019) seasons. Rang-Jued or Thunbergia laurifolia Lindl. is a species in family Thunbergiaceae. In Thailand, leaf and stem of T. laurifolia are used to treat fever, inflammation, as well as antidotes. Perilla frutescens (L.) Britton or Nga-Kee-Mon belongs to Labiatae family. The leaf of P. frutescens is used to treat allergy, fever and inflammation. Rosmarinic acid is the active compound in both plants which was used as a standard marker in this study. Duck Tembusu virus (DTMUV), an emerging infectious disease in ducks, belongs to the Ntaya virus group of the Flavivirus genus in the Flaviviridae family. The emergence of DTMUV has been observed in layer and breeder duck farms in China since 2010 and in layer and broiler duck farms in Thailand since 2013. Infected ducks show neurologic signs, including an incapability to stand, ataxia, and paralysis. A significant drop in egg production is usually observed among layer ducks. Feline morbillivirus (FeMV), a relatively new virus, has been discovered in domestic cats and associated with kidney diseases since 2012 in Hong Kong. The FeMV study gained widely attentions in many countries whereas the pathogenesis remains elusive. These studies aimed to provide the FeMV knowledge in Thai domestic cat by performing the genetic-based, serological-based and pathological-based studies of FeMV-infected in Thai cats. Additionally, the indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and rabbit polyclonal antibody against FeMV matrix (FeMV-M) protein was produced for seroprevalence and viral localization by immunohistochemistry (IHC) techniques, respectively.
